The explanation reeks of anti-pagan sentiment, and a lot of "conversions" were by the sword. I do know of Padraig's attempts to wipe out the Druids, however.

Yes, but RPing evolutions makes them seem more grandiose! I mean, any old person can just post and say 'oh woop he bigger now', but putting context into it makes it seem more special.

I was thinking the same thing, once I get my Gastly and Squirtle to their respected levels what else would stop me from just evolving them...thing is though I want to RP with them as much as I can before that, because once they have evolved there's no going back.

Same here, I could have a Magneton, Noctowl, Musharna, Poliwhirl and Kadabra (I will soon though).

I've also finally decided to evolve my Eevee into a Vaporeon, just because I feel it suits Joshua best. So I need a Water Stone... Actually, I need two, because I have my Staryu too after all (both of whom I really need to add to my profile...). Better go get some Blue Shards.

I went asking for certain items only to discover through my own research through the Cable Club records, that those items had already been traded/used. I kinda do have a problem with being almost traded something that no longer belonged or existed..

Completely understand, we all have lives outside of here ~~I hope..~~
Edit: Also the previous statement wasn't meant to be directed to you but I took the liberty to state something. If it's left to do at a much later date, you may forget to do it entirely, you're not just hurting others but yourself too, you may have even acquired a Pokemon in a trade but pushed it so far in the past you didn't bother to add it on to your profile, you've completely forgotten about it.

Don't worry, I wasn't interpreting it as a personal statement, I was just giving my own reasons for neglecting it.

EDIT: Profile updated! I've just realised how many Water types I have... Wartortle, 2 Poliwags, a Staryu and a soon-to-be Vaporeon. Plus a lot of my wants are Water types...

Nothing wrong with RPing every evolution. It's how I'm doing things now. If I weren't, I'd already have a Whirlipede, but I think it'll be a little more fun to RP it.
