It was about then when I realized that hating something just because other people hate/like it is stupid and it should be judged on it's own merit.

Despite the fact that I love Serperior, I can't stand Servine. It looks like puberty started to hit it, and then it decided that it had somewhere else to be. It just looks way too awkward and is just eugh.
I also have a slight problem with Purrloin. Something about its head just doesn't sit will with me. Looking at it makes my skin crawl. Other than that, I really have no qualms about any of the pokemon in the five generations.

Necro'd!
Gen I: Flareon, too overrated as an Eeveelution. Gen II: Unown, in Aegis Cave in PMD: EoT, they kept throwing Doom Seeds at my Typhlosion. Gen III: Blaziken, design is weird. (Also it has pubic hair) Gen IV: BIBAREL. Face is annoying and in the Safari Zone they kept appearing whenever I got stuck in mud, as if to mock me. Bidoof gets a few sympathy points though for evolving into such trash, though I still dislike it to some extent. Gen V: Swoobat, Emboar, Alomomola, Blitzle, Krookodile and Watchog. I don't think I need to explain why.

Gen 1: Pikachu. Need I say more?
Gen 2: Don't like Espeon. Don't hate it, it's just the one I like least in Gen 2. I don't like it, though. Gen 3: Blaziken, for obvious reasons. The crotch fur/feathers may be its only redeeming quality Gen 4: For the most part, I'm pretty meh on this generation, but either Lucario or the Garchomp line. Gen 5: Overall, I really like this generation, but I'd probably say one of the only ones I really dislike is Vullaby. |

Gee, Brain...

You do.
I: Like almost everything. Maybe Zubat just because FFFF every time I'm in a Cave. II: Probably my favourite Gen, couldn't pick anything I hate. III: Groudon. I love Ground types, and this is the best legend you could make? IV: Electivire/Magmortar. Was so excited for Magmar/Buzz evos but they did not need to become fat. V: Everything which is a lazy remake of a previous Gen Pokemon. So most of them. Last edited by Lonely Cubone; 08-28-2012 at 06:19 AM. |

Urrrgh Blaziken. Even things like Gardobar have grown on me, but Blaziken... ugh. Also Magmortar is a fugly blight on the Magmar line.

Concept, you already said that Blaziken was 'cunt-garglingly spasticated' back on page 1.
Also if we're going to do this by Gen: Gen I: Starmie. Blame Misty for that, really. Gen II: Scizor. I mean, way to ruin an excellent Pokémon by giving it a shitty, evo, Gamefreak. (Not that they've done that since at all.) Gen III: Not a whole lot really. Maybe Swampert because it looks so retarded? Plusle and Minun are pretty annoying though. Gen IV: Again, not many. Infernape, mostly because of the repeated typing. Cherrim always seemed a bit pointless. Oh and Lucario for being everyfuckingwhere. Gen V: Garbodor, Vanilluxe and Escavalier. All pretty shit. |

Gen I: Magmar would be one of my least fav from gen I. But I like most others.
Gen II: Many: Stantler, Magcargo, Magby, etc Gen III: Swampert, Treecko, Claydol etc Gen IV: Lopunny, Bibarel, etc. Gen V: Swoobat, Patrat, Druddigon etc.

Anyway, least favorite Pokemon is hard for me. I can say with certainty that there's no one Pokemon that I really truly hate everything about, but if I had to pick one, I'd say Tentacool. Growing up with Ruby/Sapphire being my first games that I own, and the infamous amount of water in those games, you can imagine how annoying it was for six year old me to keep running into these things. Zubat is an honorable mention here.

I don't like Seel/Dewgong, Snubbull/Granbull, Stantler, Wurmple line, Azurill, Plusle/Minun, Feebas/Milotic, Groudon, Rayquaza, Pachirisu, Purugly, Mantyke, Dialga, Palkia, Snivy line, Oshawott, Patrat line, I don't see the point of the monkeys but I don't really dislike them either, Zebstrika, Woobat line, Audino (I like the experience boost but hate the experience overhaul so it balances out towards dislike), Throh, Maractus, Gothita line, Ducklett line, Vanillite line, Emolga, Alomamola, Cubchoo, Stunfisk, Bouffalant, Vullaby, and the BW2 Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem abominations. This list helped.

Stunfisk is the best Pokemon since Magikarp and you know it.
Also bow-ties traffic cones more than makes up for its strangeness with its cry. Honestly, I'd use Gothitelle (even though she is absolute shit) just to strike terror into my opponents with the cry. That sound is the "shit just got real" sound, I swear. Though I'd say the least favorite aesthetically is Salamence. Mostly because it looks like a bulldog with razor blades on its back, and it shouldn't be able to fly or walk with the kind of body it has. Color scheme is its only plus.

Treecko. Looking through starters I realize I tend to have a preference for the Grass ones, but... I dunno, man. I hate to borrow jokes from other people, but it's been pointed out that even his first sprite at the selection is like "Hang on, I know you don't wanna pick me, just hear me out first", what with the arms out and everything.
From Gen 1, though, which is the one I'm by far most familiar with? Pidgeot. For very stupid, shallow reasons. Pidgeotto happens to be my favorite bird Pokemon, and actually one of my top 5 favorite Pokemon in general, but Pidgeot(s) just doesn't look as nice to me in artwork or in sprite form, and I've always kinda resented them for it. |
