Talon87 does indeed have Erika's Maids in his Hand and is played.
Erika's Maids: Trade 2 of the other cards in your hand for up to 2 Basic Pokémon and/or Evolution cards with Erika in their names from your deck. Show those cards to your opponent, then put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. I will PM you in a sec. |

Continuing with the effect of Erika's Maids, I'll select Erika's Vileplume and Erika's Weepinbell. These cards are added to my hand while the two other cards (Erika's Bellsprout and Erika's Gloom) are returned to my deck. I then shuffle my deck.
I play Erika's Bellsprout, placing it on the bench. I play Erika's Gloom, evolving Erika's Oddish into Erika's Gloom. I play a Grass Energy, attaching it to Erika's Gloom. And I end my turn. |

Talon87 Turn 7
Talon87 used Erika and drew 3 cards, Balmund did the same.
Does indeed have a Grass Energy in Hand and is attached to Erika's Gloom, which is Talon87's new Active Pokemon. Also has Erika's Vileplume and is attached to Erika's Gloom, thus evolving it. Attacks with Mega Drain: If Erika's Vileplume does damage to the Defending Pokémon (after applying Weakness and Resistance), remove a number of damage counters from Erika's Vileplume equal to half the damage done to the Defending Pokémon (rounded up to the nearest 10). If Erika's Vileplume has fewer damage counters than that, remove all of them. Azumarill takes 30 Damage and Erika's Vileplume recovers 20 Damage! Erika's Vileplume's Pokemon Power
Talon87 elects to use Erika's Vileplume's Pokemon Power.
Pollen Defense If an attack does damage to Erika's Vileplume while it's your Active Pokémon (even if it's Knocked Out), flip a coin. If heads, your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Confused. This power works even while Erika's Vileplume is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Coin Flip .........TAILS! Unsuccessful. Talon87 may act when ready. |

Balmund Turn 8
Balmund does indeed have a Water Energy in Hand and is attached to Lanturn.
Discards a Water Energy from Azumarill to Retreat to the Bench. Lanturn is new Active Pokemon. Attacks with Floodlight: Floodlight Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Coin Flip ...........HEADS! Since you posted taking a Prize I assume you used Lanturn's Pokemon Power: Hydroelectric Power You may make Floodlight do 10 more damage for each Energy attached to Lanturn but not used to pay for Floodlight's Energy cost. This power can't be used if Lanturn is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Lanturn has 3 Water Energy cards, so that is a total of 50 Damage Erika's Vileplume takes, knocking it out! Talon87 Active Pokemon Erika's Vileplume (GH) [Paralyzed] (Knocked Out) HP: 0/80 Energy: 3 Grass Bench Erika's Bellsprout #1 (GH) HP: 30/50 Energy: Erika's Bellsprout #2 (GH) HP: 50/50 Energy: 1 Grass Cards in Hand: 4 Cards in Discard Pile: 8 Prizes remaining: 6 Cards in Deck: 33 Balmund Active Pokemon Lanturn (NG) HP: 70/70 Energy 2 Electric|3 Water Bench Marill (NG) #2 HP: 40/40 Energy: Azumarill (NG) [Focus Band] HP: 30/70 Energy: 2 Water Cards in Hand: 10 Cards in Discard Pile: 6 Prizes remaining: 4 (Will be 3) Cards in Deck: 27 Balmund will take a Prize card. Talon87 may act after I PM his Draw and decides to use Erika's Vilplume's Pokemon Power or not. |

I choose to use Erika's Vileplume's Pokémon Power.
I choose the Erika's Bellsprout with more damage counters to be my active Pokémon. I play Erika's Weepinbell to evolve the Erika's Bellsprout on my bench. I play Super Energy Removal, and remove the Grass Energy attached to my benched Weepinbell, to force Balmund to remove the two Electric Energies he has attached to his Lanturn. I play Switch because I can and switch in Erika's Weepinbell. I play Professor Oak, discarding the one card left in my hand to draw seven new cards. Awaiting PM before continuing turn. |

Erika's Vileplume's Pokemon Power
My apologies, I had forgotten to post the results of Erika's Vileplume Pokemon Power. I should have included it in the previous post, but here it is.
Coin Flip ...........HEADS! Balmund's Lanturn is now Confused. Talon87 may continue his turn when he is ready. |
