Is there an ongoing periodical similar to Smogon's discontinued magazine, The Smog? Whether it's on Reddit, Tumblr, Serebii, you name it: I'd like to take a look at it if one exists.

Without cheating this is kinda hard without more context. Missing information:
One thing's almost certain: next to no one here is going to know based off of the stats without cheating. From memory, but also looking up the list of Early Bird Pokémon (so I'm already out of the running), the stats strongly suggest {spoiler} (because of the high Attack and high Speed, the Speed is the higher of the two stats, and the paltry other stats), but for all I know it's someone else with Early Bird. Spoiler: show If the answer is {spoiler}, then the mystery of the Attack boost is likely answered by a Baton Passing teammate. Not really sure how else {spoiler} would get all those Attack boosts.

Johto Classic again! This is actually really fun!
Why Azulo didn't get freeze dried right off the bat I will never know. Another one from the "You're Blue Now" squad Kritical Ragequit Does PS give less points for a timer win than a forfeit win? Cause that's the only reason I can see this guy making me wait 2.5 minutes rather than just quitting. This guy gets salty and says I only won because he missed Leaf Storm...even though it never did. Much postgame banter is left out.

Haven't done much PS in a while but you guys discussing all these games recently, I just popped on for one quick game of 6v6 Singles Random.
A stand-off between checks. (Random Battle, 23 turns) Spoiler: show

Super Luck + Scope Lens iirc brings you to Stage 2, which isn't 100% but is still really high, like maybe 50%? You need to be stage 3 (i.e. Focus Energy + Scope Lens) to have 100% crits.

Yeah now you see why I love Kingdrifle and KritKrow to death, because who needs Frost Breath or Storm Throw when you can get to that Crit stage just by abusing boosts?

Guys ... I only wondered if Super Luck had been boosted an additional level. Y'all are acting like I don't know a thing about crithax strategies in Gen 6. Must I remind you --
http://forums.upnetwork.net/showpost...postcount=3166 -- we discussed this topic in this very thread not but two years ago.

Unfortunately both are really bad sets and both Honchkrow and Kingdra have sets they'd rather use.
Substitute and Encore: Both very powerful moves when used correctly. I will admit: its not often I get the Encore user. While my opponent made a huge mistake in using Altaria to set-up and I did get lucky with that Hurricane, I think I did pretty well all things considered and was able to go 4-0 just be using three Pokemon (the other three were Slurpuff, Garbodor, and Galvantula).

Was there a reason you never used Latias to absorb Hi Jump Kicks?

But your opponent was so obvious about wanting to just HJK everything :x idk, you still won so it clearly wasn't as important as it could have been, but it would have made the Serperior fight a lot comfier to be able to threaten a Sap Sipper guy.
edit: especially since your pattern was obvious as well. he didn't have any way of dealing with it, but if he did he coulda made you sad!

I rewatched my video, I'm pretty sure my way of thinking was to keep Latias alive because she could tank Serperior and she was faster than Medicham! I let Golduck go because lol water type, Darmanitan wasn't faster than any of his pokemon and neither was Stantler I think? I feel like Stantler either had Life Orb or Choice Band.I only kept Crustle because he had Sturdy so I knew for sure he could survive a Hi Jump Kick in case Latias went down.
Either way you're right, it isn't that important anyway because I still won \o/ |

The minute I saw Nasty Plot I thought "wait a second, either Phione is so godawful it hasn't boosting moves if that caliber or it got a gift from Manaphy in Tail Glow. Something's up here!"
