I would consider myself fairly strongly atheist, but that doesn't mean I disagree with every tenant of every religion ever (that would be absurd). Given that, I find both the sentiment and the voice in this song (a famous prayer sung by Sarah McLachlan) incredibly beautiful.

I was watching a podcast and then they suddenly did a cut and played this music to make fun of a glitch in the game (they threw a grenade and it bounced off a vehicle and floated into space). I knew I had heard the song before and I hunted it down and got it.
God Duck Tales somehow had an amazing game. |

Half-listening, half-rewatching. This scene from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Episode 20. Pretty durn spoileriffic, so don't click it if you think you'll watch the show some day. If you're like "No chance of that " and you like a good Italian opera piece every now and again, then click away. Spoiler context provided below.
JJBA Episode 20 spoilers Spoiler: show While we're on the topic, pretty sure I've plugged this one before, the first opening of the series. Well, here's the second one.

So just curious, but did you only get into JPop after Psy's Gangnam Style?

If you look down at the keyboard, J and K are right next to one another.

Figured I should pass along this piece for any of our resident pianists as it strikes me both as being pleasant to listen to as well as well within reach of most of our pianists here. Not the song I was looking for, but still a nice one.

Woo Paramore! Because they suck, and I missed out entirely on experiencing them as a teenager. Although the song I linked to is actually not too bad.
Unrelatedly, lilblue your signature is awesome.

Thanks! I've been posting just so I can see it myself. XP
Incidentally, it is based off a series of Vocaloid songs. Won't repeat my random fan-rant again, so I'll just redirect to my post in the animé Forum. ^^; While on the subject of Vocaloid, may as well list some of my favorites: 1) "Error" by Lily - The only song I prefer in its original form. Synth-singing actually somehow works here. 2) "Just Be Friends" by Megurine Luka - Covers by Choucho, Yamai, & recently-discovered Nano ("Now or Never" by her - yes, it's a she - is pretty cool too. Apparently she also did the OP to BTOOOM! XP). 3) "Glow" by Hatsune Miku - Took me a while to find a decent cover of this. I'd say Seriyu's comes the closest to what I imagine it should sound like. This English cover is pretty good too. (Nano did one as well but I prefer the former.) 4) "Tell Your World" by Hatsune Miku - Yeah, I'm just throwing this one in there because of this cover I heard. The singer has a great voice. And now for something completely unrelated to Japan: "Moth's Wings" by Passion Pit
