Don't know if you're still updating this, but here are some missing ones.

3DS
Pokedex 3D (If this counts)
Pokemon Rumble Blast

Unknown
Pokemon + Nobunga's Ambition (Not out yet, not official title)

Arcade
Pokemon Battrio (Japan Only)

Cell Phone
Pokemate (Pretty sure it's Japan only, but not quite sure)

DS
Pokemon Card Game: How to Play DS (Japan Only)
Pokepark: Fishing Rally (Japan Only)
Battle & Get! Pokemon Typing DS (Japan Only)

Wii
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Keep Going! Blazing Adventure Squad (Japan Only)
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Let's Go! Stormy Adventure Squad (Japan Only)
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Go For It! Light Adventure Squad (Japan Only)
PokePark2: Wonders Beyond

Pokemon Mini
Pokemon Party Mini
Pichu Bros. Mini
Pokemon Pinball Mini
Pokemon Puzzle Collection
Pokemon Puzzle Collection 2
Pokemon Tetris
Pokemon Zany Cards
Togepi's Great Adventure
Pokemon Breeder Mini
Snorlax's Lunchtime!

That adds 22 to the total you have so far, for a whopping 85 games. A few of these I thought of off the top of my head, but most came from doing some looking around on Serebii. Like the Pokemon Mini ones. I didn't even know that that console even existed.

Phobes, you forgot Pokemon Rumble Blast for the 3DS.
Other than that, these are some impressive lists. 0_o

EDIT: Ah, you do have it, but you got mixed up. It's for the 3DS, and it is out. I think you're getting mixed up with Rumble, it's preccesor.

Yup yup I'm still totally updating the list! The helps appreciated!

Pokedex 3D
Dun think thats countable as its not a game nor does it interact with any of 'em afaik.

Pokepark: Fishing Rally (Japan Only)

Oh wow theres a third PokéPark game? I can't seem ta find it listed on gamefaqs even O.o; Is Typing really a game? I know its a teaching thing but as long as it has something simple like scores I'd count it as one (ala Brain Age).

Pokemon + Nobunga's Ambition (Not out yet, not official title)
I'll add this once its released somewhere!

Looking at this newly expanded list I see 30~ games released between the DS/Rev alone. An people said they were milking it in the past!

They were milking it in the past. It's just that the milking's only gotten worse.

Pokedex 3D
I didn't exactly think of it as a game either, but I posted it just in case it was considered a game.

Pokepark Fishing

A downloadable game for the DS. Limited download in Japan only.

Pokemon Battle and Get, Typing DS

Yes, typing really is a game. You can acquire over 400 different types of Pokemon in the game, as the Serebii page says. While it can't interact with any of the other games, it's a standalone title where you can catch Pokemon.

3 times worse from the previous era (GBA/GC)! Does that mean there'll be 90 games between the 3DS/RevU -_-?

Wow thats really interesting. When I saw download I assumed DSiWare but that... not only is it the first PokéPark but I can't be purchased/owned! In that case I wonder if it should count. Wonder why they didn't make it a DSiWare release or a permanent Nintendo Channel download.
