UPN 2012 "Most Desired Type Combo" Poll - Phase 2!

In Part 1 of this poll, I asked you to rank, in order from the one you most want to see to the one you least care to see, as many of the 42 remaining type combinations as you liked. Nine people voted, and from their votes I have the following results:

Spoiler: show
Bug/Dark - 289
Bug/Dragon - 204
Bug/Ice - 286
Bug/Normal - 340
Bug/Psychic - 314
Dark/Electric - 202
Dark/Normal - 348
Dark/Psychic - 273
Dragon/Fighting - 324
Dragon/Grass - 279
Dragon/Poison - 226
Dragon/Rock - 249
Electric/Fighting - 277
Electric/Normal - 377
Electric/Poison - 234
Electric/Psychic - 184
Electric/Rock - 319
Fighting/Flying - 241
Fighting/Ghost - 213
Fighting/Ground - 329
Fighting/Ice - 340
Fire/Grass - 334
Fire/Ice - 302
Fire/Normal - 377
Fire/Poison - 259
Fire/Water - 254
Ghost/Grass - 220
Ghost/Normal - 343
Ghost/Psychic - 272
Ghost/Rock - 259
Ghost/Steel - 195
Ground/Normal - 377
Ice/Normal - 377
Ice/Poison - 294
Ice/Rock - 297
Ice/Steel - 305
Normal/Poison - 349
Normal/Rock - 377
Normal/Steel - 340
Poison/Psychic - 297
Poison/Rock - 306
Poison/Steel - 277

From these results, our top five type combos moving on to Phase 2 are:
Bug/Dragon - 204
Dark/Electric - 202
Fighting/Ghost - 213
Ghost/Grass - 220
Ghost/Steel - 195
So, here's how Phase 2 voting works. Vote for all five type combos, ranking them from the one you most want to see (1) to the one you least want to see (5). Please avoid ties and rank each type a unique number. Once again, 1 means best, 5 means worst.

Second, please vote honestly, not strategically. The goal is to allow people to vote for their genuine favorites without worrying about trying to vote strategically to ensure some particular type does not win. As a result, we will be using the Schulze method to properly assess a winner. Or at least, we will if I can find someway to easily compute this on my own. ^^; Seems like it becomes a bit too difficult for me to handle with pen and paper once the number of voters grows beyond five. If I can't figure out a simple way of computing the results, then we'll try something else. Regardless, you should rank and vote as you feel.

Third, anyone may vote or not vote. If you didn't participate in Phase 1, that's fine, you may still vote now. If you did participate in Phase 1 but no longer wish to vote, that's also fine.

1) Ghost/Grass (I'd like to see the starter on the Nokémon box exist)
2) Fighting/Ghost (ME's pińata 'mon comes to mind)
3) Dark/Electric (dunno what it would look like, but sounds cool)
4) Bug/Dragon (where did this idea come from? o.O; )
5) Ghost/Steel (yno - though the story potential behind it could be interesting)

Using this handy Schuzle calculator from the University of Washington @ St. Louis, and using the input below tallied from the votes thus far:

Spoiler: show
Code:
3:BugDragon>DarkElectric>FightingGhost>GhostSteel>GhostGrass
1:BugDragon>GhostGrass>FightingGhost>DarkElectric>GhostSteel
1:BugDragon>GhostSteel>DarkElectric>FightingGhost>GhostGrass
1:BugDragon>GhostSteel>FightingGhost>GhostGrass>DarkElectric
2:DarkElectric>BugDragon>FightingGhost>GhostSteel>GhostGrass
1:FightingGhost>GhostGrass>GhostSteel>DarkElectric>BugDragon
2:GhostGrass>DarkElectric>GhostSteel>BugDragon>FightingGhost
1:GhostGrass>FightingGhost>DarkElectric>BugDragon>GhostSteel
1:GhostGrass>GhostSteel>DarkElectric>FightingGhost>BugDragon
1:GhostGrass>GhostSteel>FightingGhost>DarkElectric>BugDragon

It looks like the current score is a three-way tie between Bug/Dragon, Dark/Electric, and Ghost/Grass.

Spoiler: show
No surprise, really. Seems like the tastes of the early voters are pretty polarized. ^^; I see a lot of "Bug/Dragon #1, Ghost/Grass #5" ballots and a lot of "Ghost/Grass #1, Bug/Dragon #5" ballots. Dark/Electric generally seems to be popular but few are ranking it #1 (two of fourteen thus far). But like, Dark/Electric only loses to Bug/Dragon in the hearts and minds of, thus far, those who vote Bug/Dragon #1. Every other ballot so far has placed the Electric combo ahead of the Dragon combo. ^^; And those ballots (8) currently outnumber the ballots who listed Bug/Dragon first (6), so it produces this interesting scenario.

I don't really understand the math in the beatpaths table since it seems like the number in the left column added to the number in the adjacent right column does not add up to the total number of ballots cast, and yet it seems like it should have to since the pairs are opposites covering all cases. (For example, it says 8 people voted Bug/Dragon ahead of Dark/Electric but that another 8 people voted Dark/Electric ahead of Bug/Dragon? What? That can't be, not when the total number of ballots is only 14!) Still, I'm willing to trust that the CS department over at Washington University knows more about matrix math than I do and that "beatpaths" must involve more than simply counting the number of times A came out ahead of B vs. B coming out ahead of A. ^^;

In any event, it looks like the current number of ballots isn't sufficient to break the tie, so even if I wanted to close the voting, I couldn't. Fortunately, I do not: I am content to leave this poll open for quite a while.
