Whenever Spike is a Toxel or a Toxtricity, he cannot learn Drain Punch as an MT. To do so, he needs to learn all the EMs and MTs it can learn naturally first! Since there's no mention of that in your post, and your profile says Spike still haven't learned Endeavor (EM) and Rising Voltage (Toxtricity MT) yet... well that's a no-go. (And for the record, in terms of the calendar, a move that can be learned as a TM but not an MT is still considered an unnatural MT.)

Spike is a Toxtricity. I'm just lazy and havent updated my signature.

I think I read TM Drain Punch as MT. Changing to MT Rising Voltage.
