I dunno if this will make things better or worse for Stufful, but I jsu saw the trailer and notice that it had a tag on its butt. This thing is an actual stuffed animal? Really?

Well I mean, aren't Shuppet and Banette dolls that come to life when something spoopy happens? Wouldn't this literally be the same deal?

Baltoy and claydol are the same way, just with older junk. It's really nothing new at all.

From the look of things, Sand Compaction doesn't render the sandcastle's immune to Water attack - the attack animation still plays and the Super-effective sound effect sounds, so it doesn't look like it's going to be like Lightningrod or Storm Drain.

The fact that most Water moves are special, along with them having four other weaknesses, means that this probably isn't going to do them much good.

Also Crabrawler is amazing.

Water Compaction is really bad. There are some good abilities that act similarly, such as Rattled or Justified. The idea is there, but in Palossand's case he's going to take a massive amount of damage from physical Water-moves in the first place because of his weakness and so the Iron Defense buff is going to be mostly wasted.

I still like Palossand though.

I wonder if Gamefreak will be clever and relate the boost to the kind of attack that hit it. Like a physical water move will increase defense but a special will increase special defense. And then the drawback is that it still has to take the damage from the initial blow.

Turtonator probably has the fire type spot on my team, although if the Starter Evos turn out as expected I will likely use all three. But then there is Alola Marowak and a myriad of other potential Alolamons, why is life so hard?!

Can we please have a policy where images and leaks are posted directly in the thread rather than simply mentioned? I hate browsing through an entire discussion to try and see what a "Tortunator" is and it turns out I should have googled it in the first place.

I mean essentially everything besides leaks will basically always be on Serebii's main site so it's not exactly difficult to find XP

I don't use Serebii. All my information on Sun and Moon comes from this thread. If I'm the only one who's like this, I can live with that, but I don't think that's the case.

I mean, serebii.net is literally just a Pokemon news/information site, I'm not sure who else would not visit it for really any reason particularly, it's not like the forums where you'd need an account or anything.
