"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!" Jack bellowed at the top of his borrowed lungs. He couldn't help it- the Lapras's latest onslaught had taken its toll on many of the present Pokémon, but none moreso than the Watchog that the Ditto had just helped to heal up. Despite Jack's efforts, Lemon was felled by a pair of potent Water moves, just in time for Bart to be fully healed up and ready to get sent back out. "Arceus, Mom, and Helix!" he swore. "This thing is so infuriating. Keith, all due respect, I'm kinda in the middle of something right now," he added in response to a tap he felt on his shoulder. "So if you could just wait a few- wh- Keith?!" he exclaimed, wheeling around once his latest sentence caught up with him. Sure enough, he was face to face with the very Trainer he was impersonating.

"Hey, Jack," Keith grinned.

"Hey," Jack murmured. "Sooo... how went the Slowpoke raid?" he asked.

"Oh, very well," Keith said lightly. "Fred kicked ass. So, uh, little question, if I may- what's going on here?"

"Well, uh, I figured I'd maybe get in on some of this action myself," the Ditto admitted. "Y'know, while you were off tackling that Slowpoke? How'd you even know- oh, of course, now she's here," he added, rolling his eyes once he spotted Diana Macks's news helicopter. "So... scale of one to ten, with ten being a wild Primeape, how mad are you?" he asked meekly.

Keith laughed. "You think I'm mad?" he chuckled. "Jack, Jack, Jack... You know me by now, man, I'm not like that. Besides, by the looks of this Lapras, you seem to have put in some good work so far," he added reasonably. "Lemme see how well you do now."

"Well, alright," Jack shrugged, and he threw Bart's Poké Ball, sending out the Scrafty who seemed surprised to see his actual Trainer standing beside the gelatinous doppelganger.

Keith chuckled. "Heard you were doing good so far, Bart," Keith called. "Keep working with Jack, let's see how this goes!"

"Scrrrafty!" grinned Bart.

"Yeah!" Jack grinned. "Bart, Brick Break, go!" he ordered, just as soon as the Lapras's shield had shattered completely.

The raiders tried to strip away Lapras’ armor but the leviathan would have none of it. Lapras bristled with paralysis, but it broke through and summoned a torrential downpour that quickly washed away its ailment before singing a powerful melody that overwhelmed several of the Pokemon.

"OH, YOU MOTHERFU- MMMPH MMMMMMMPH MMMPH MMMPH!" Jack muffled, for before he could get out the whole swearword, Keith had deftly clapped a hand over the Ditto's borrowed mouth. "What?" Jack asked, exasperated. "Ain't you seen what just happened? Lapras just used Protect to block the Brick Break! Friggin' again!"

"I saw, yeah," Keith nodded. "But everyone else came along for the ride," he added, gesturing back to the Banette's Revenge. Jack looked, and saw everyone on board, waving at him. He chuckled and waved back, then turned back to Keith.

"...right, right, because Willa doesn't want Maribel hearing any more swearing than necessary," nodded Jack. "Even though her first word was 'shit'?"

"She doesn't feel like that should be an excuse," Keith shrugged. "Now, I dunno, I've heard plenty of swearwords in my youth, but ultimately, I for one think we can make the effort, yeah?"

"Fair enough," conceded Jack. "This Lapras is pissing me off, though," he added with a frown. "You missed it earlier- I did the thing to heal up a Watchog while Bart was fainted, and Lapras immediately KO'd it anyway."

"Wow," Keith shook his head. "Sounds like a real piece of work. So now what?"

"Ehh, I'd go for Brick Break again, but the Aurora Veil's gonna be going away real soon-like anyway... I'm thinking High Jump Kick, then?" Jack asked.

Keith shrugged. "Sounds like what I'd do," he stated.

"Works for me, then!" Jack declared. "Bart, use the High Jump Kick!" he ordered.
