Stormingwolf:
The Froslass dragged you for what seem to be ages. "Screccccccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhchhhhhhhhhhhhch hhhh One long continuous noise made by you being dragged along. Apperently, though as you tested the ice you were in, you were in just a shell of ice. You thought perhaps you could break it, but when? Drag, Drag, Drag Not now. You'd have no way of fighting back, at least for now. Let this Froslass take you to its lair. You thought that if you were just in a shell, then perhaps there are others too, others who could help you take this pokemon down after you freed them. Your thoughts strayed to Rolu, you sincerely hopped his situation was much better than yours currently. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You reached out to touch this pokemons back and it turned to look at you, Whatever this pokemon was, it was elephant like though curiously it had no trunk, rather it had a snout flat against its face. "I... need hhhelp, pplease heelp me" you said to it Will it help you, you thought, you hoped it would. You swayed on your feet, the wind was cold, getting colder..... it was hard to remain concious.... sway..... sway.... FWOOOOMP You blacked out.... but why? TKF: Last update Kawaii: Last update

Storm was trapped in a block of ice, dragged along by a lone Froslass. The ice was but a shell, so Storm could move, if only a little. "I might be able to break free..." "Then again, my chances of survival out here are slim." "If the Froslass takes me to her lair, then I could better try my escape there." "Maybe I could help the other person in the other block of ice too." "Jolly cooperation, heh..." "I wonder if Rolu is alright..." Meanwhile Rolu asked for help from the unknown Pokémon. Sadly, the cold became too much for him and he fainted. |

The smirk Weavile had previously worn was nowhere to be found as he endured blow after blow from the Stump Pokemon. They hit hard, being super effective against both Weavile’s Dark and Ice types. Despite having been a fresh reinforcement just moments ago, Weavile was on the brink of being knocked out, which Hugo knew would severely limit his ability to complete the trial of the wrath. Panicked, Hugo ran Weavile’s moveset through his mind. He needed something that could take out the Phantump, preferably all at once. Having already used the Z-Crystal though, that was out of the question. Hugo watched Weavile take another shot from the Power-Up Punch, the Sharp Claw Pokemon doubling over in pain. Then it hit Hugo. Avalanche. Weavile took the hit, which mean the Avalanche would be even more powerful. ”Weavile!” Hugo shouted, hoping that his partner could hear through the pain. “Summon all the snow you can! Take them all out with AVALANCHE!” Would it work? Hugo didn’t know. He never really thought he might not make it through the Wrath, at least not until right now. In the back of his mind, he had always just assumed that it would all work out in the end. Perhaps he was just being naďve and he had overestimated his own abilities. It was in Weavile’s hands now.

"Well met Eric, my name is Atlas", he extended a handshake towards the smaller man. "I've had some experience dealing with human injuries, but I'm interested in learning how to use Pokemon for healing. Can't say I've ever seen myself as the type to train a Chansey or Audino though, you got anything more unique?" Atlas hoped he wasn't being too picky, but pink just wasn't his colour. If Eric couldn't help him, maybe there was someone more experienced that could. |

King Ghidorah- Still not out of the woods, literally and figuratively, you know you have to dispose of the Phantump's with haste. With Weavile taking hits from every angle, you decide he can use the damage to turn the the tables on his opponents. You shout the order and the Weavile nods, groaning as he takes another Power-Up Punch from one of the Phantumps. Raising his hands above his head, he begins to gather the snow swirling around him. With every hit he takes, the pile of snow grows larger, before long it is almost ten metres in diameter. As all three Phantump come in for a finishing blow, Weavile brings his arms down, dropping an Avalanche down upon all of them.
You wait anxiously, your eyes locked on the mountain of snow, looking for any signs of movement. It takes a minute but eventually Weavile claws itself out, chest heaving the Weavile is looking rather worse for wear. "Well done Hugo and look what I've found!" You look up into the branches of the still recovering Trevenant, Archie was still in one piece and clinging to the branch next to him was a pale blue Spinarak, a shiny Spinarak! Archie snaps a small branch from the Trevenant and uses it to collect some of the shiny spider's silk before leaping down into the pile of snow. "We've got both items now Hugo, so let's get out of here before we freeze to death." Hugo makes his way over to you and presents you with the Spinarak silk. "Should be plenty here for both of us, should we make our way back now or?" You received Shiny Spinarak Silk! Houndoom gained 2 levels! Weavile gained 2 levels! |

But… Despite having nearly been killed by the cold, the Piloswine, and the ghost tree ensemble, Hugo realized that it probably would only get worse before it got better. That’s how these things always seemed to go, right? Just when you think you have it figured out, someone throws a wrench into things and it all goes wrong. Hugo thought back to the beginning of the wrath. The two youths who reacted so negatively to him being allowed to participate. Surely they were out there somewhere. Waiting. They were trying to complete their trial too and to this point, they hadn’t made their presence felt. This wasn’t Hugo’s first rodeo. It was only a matter of time. They were trying to complete their trial, too, weren’t they? So they too would be trying to get the antlers and the silk. Had they already been through here? It was possible, but the Trevenant who held the shiny Spinarak didn’t seem it had already been through a fight. So, by that logic, they probably hadn’t been through here yet. So they still needed the silk. So Hugo could stop them from getting the silk. “We could head back, Archie. But where’s the fun in that? You say the shiny Spinarak are rare, right? And without it, nobody else could complete the wrath?” He looked up at the pale blue spider dangling from the tree. Then to Weavile. Then to Archie. Then back to Weavile. Then deadpan to the invisible camera like Jim Halpert. “Weavile, get it with Quick Attack![“

King Ghidorah- Thinking about what you have endured and what lies ahead, you realise something. You'd seen nothing of the other two Sirunsan boys. It was definitely odd, they were pursuing the same items as you, but you hadn't seen them since entering the wrath. Perhaps they were just struggling or maybe more likely, they were waiting for you to collect the items for you. If they were still gathering the items, they likely hadn't retrieved the silk yet. If you were to remove the Shiny Spinarak, there would be no way for them to gather the silk and thus they would fail their right of passage.
Weavile bursts into action, he was exhausted from his battle with the Trevenant and the Phantumps, but he'd do as he was asked. He races past Archie and leaps up into the branches of the Trevenant, striking the Shiny Spinarak and sending it crashing backwards through the branches. Spinnnn! The Spinarak hisses as it latches onto a branch. It then begins to glow, growing larger as its legs lengthen and horns develop. As the Spinarak's evolution into an Ariados comes to a stop, Weavile groans, he now had another fight on his hands. The Ariados fires a Toxic Thread at the Ice type, quickly lashing his feet to the branch he clings to. To make matters worse, the toxins the thread is coated seep through his skin, leaving him poisoned. The Shiny Ariados doesn't stop there though, it springs from its position and drives a Megahorn into Weavile, dealing a powerful super effective blow that sends him flying from the Trevenant. He crashes into the snow, struggling to move he pulls himself to his feet. Maybe picking another fight wasn't a good idea? |

Weavile had taken a ton of punishment from the Ariados. Thankfully, Hugo had remaining Pecha berries in his backpack. He grabbed one and tossed it to his Weavile, who quickly scarfed it down. This was the second time in recent history Hugo had to use his Pecha stash on Weavile. The Sharp Claw Pokemon remembered this and shot his trainer a glare. “Look, I’ve had these things for years. It’s the best I’ve got.” Even with the poison remedied, the Megahorn had left Weavile reeling. He’d taken an enormous amount of punishment. Perhaps this wasn’t a battle worth continuing. Besides, maybe he couldn’t take the shiny Spinarak with him, but perhaps he had achieved his goal after all. I mean…there wasn’t a shiny Spinarak anymore. It was an Ariados. And the elder had specified Spinarak. Didn’t seem like he was going to be making exceptions. If the Sirunsan boys had gotten here sooner, they would have their Spinarak silk. But they didn’t. So screw those guys. “Archie, this is an Ariados. It’s no longer a Spinarak. Any silk that would come from him would not count, right? Those idiots won’t be able to pass their test, will they?” Pettiness and bitterness could definitely be some of Hugo’s worst qualities. But hey, we’re all human, right? Nobody is perfect. Weavile looked to his trainer for instruction. “Well, Archie, what do you think? Can we go or do we need to take this guy out?”

King Ghidorah- You're Weavile is getting a bit sick of mouldy Pecha Berries, but he scoffs it down anyway, relieving himself of the poison. He glares at the Ariados, this fight was over but he wasn't happy about it. You turn to Archie to discuss the situation at hand, the boy seems unsure.
"Technically I guess it wouldn't count, but why obstruct them in such a way? I know they weren't the nicest to you, they've picked on me for years, but I don't think you understand how much it means to us to pass this trial. There isn't much we can do about it now, but we should get back and complete the trial before more harm befalls us." You can tell Archie isn't too pleased with your actions, but he wasn't about to stand up to you. Archie leads the way back through the snow, Weavile leads the way, checking the path for any signs of the two Sirunsan boys who were still out here somewhere. The cold drops as you travel back through the forest, a welcome relief. "I think we're nearly out", Archie points out, "we're going to make it!" Suddenly a pair of shadows leap down from above, landing atop Weavile and Archie. The two Sirunsans that you had been worried about had finally shown themselves, they now had a hold of Weavile and Archie, with knives to their throats. One whispers into Archie's ear, you don't understand it but you don't really need to as Archie relays the message. "They saw us fighting the Trevenant, they saw you attack the Spinarak. They want what we have collected, if you don't had it over they're going to kill us." Although you saw something like this coming, you now had to figure a way out of it. |

Silence. Hugo could hear his heart pounding blood through his body. Despite the freezing temperatures, he felt his body begin to perspire in panic. He remained motionless for a moment, taking in the situation and trying to keep his composure. “Archie,” he said breaking the painful tension, “you had asked me why I would try to keep the silk from these two. Hopefully you understand now.” He glared at the Sirunsan youths. “Fine. You want the antlers? You want the silk? You can have it. It’s not worth killing my Weavile and one your own kind over. Let them go. I’ll get you what you want. I’m going to do it now. Slowly.” Hugo slowly crouched to his knees and pulled his backpack off, maintaining eye contact with the Sirunsans the whole time. Clearly, they lacked conscience. There was no question they would try to slit his throat when he wasn’t looking. Gently, he pulled the silk-wrapped branch from the bag. “See. Here it is.” But with his other hand out of sight, he released Houndoom again. The beast snarled at the Sirunsans. Hugo placed the branch in her mouth, which held the branch with delicacy, though she could destroy it instantly if she chose. “So now you see. There is no more shiny Spinarak. You will not have another opportunity to get more silk and you will NEVER compete the trial. You will be an embarrassment to your family. You will let Archie and Weavile go. Now. And I will give you a small amount of silk. If you do not, Houndoom will torch it and then YOU in a fiery blaze. Your skin will melt and blister with unbearable pain. Your bones will be nothing but charred husks for her to chew on. Do you understand me? LET THEM GO!” A game of chicken. “You have until three. “One… Two…”

King Ghidorah- Stuck in a life risking stand off, you level the playing field by releasing your Houndoom, handing her the silk which she holds between her pearly white teeth. As you count down, one of the Sirunsan boys interrupts you. He speaks again in his native tongue, relying on Archie to translate the message.
"They already have antlers, the only thing stopping them from completing the trial themselves was you. Don't you see Hugo? You have robbed them of their manhood, robbed them of the moment they've dreamed of all their lives. Completing this trial means everything to the men of this tribe. When I agreed to work with you, I thought you were an honourable person, but your recent actions have made me question that. Give them my portion of the silk, hopefully it will be enough for them to pass." Archie says something to the boy holding him, who quickly releases his hold. Archie gestures to the other boy, who lets go of your Weavile, the Ice type snarls at him. "I don't care if I fail the trial, let's just get out of the Wrath and deal with everything once we are back at camp. The Sirunsan boys had sheathed their weapons. If you allowed Archie to give them his share of the silk they would no longer pose a threat, but ultimately the decision was yours. Houndoom looks at you, unsure if she should let the boy take the silk or not. Archie was willing to throw away his future for the two boys who'd given him hell, would you let him? |

TKF, Storm, and Kawaii's Updates
Kawaii: Last update
TKF: Eric nodded at your request for a different pokemon that wasn't outrageously pink pokemon. He also shook your hand, though his hands were very rough and tough. His grip was like a vice too. "If you will follow me, I will lead you to the room where all of our pokemon are on display. - Eric looked around the room for a moment " Strange that none of the teachers that do not have a pupil are here today. Hmm, Oh, and for the record, I am one of the breeders that work in junction with the Guild to provide specially bred pokemon for trainers to receive." Eric walked as he talked and he led you to a smaller set of large doors, in a similar design to that of the ones that you entered through. In through these doors was an oddly calming room, and there was plenty of pokemon in it. Several Delcatty and Skitty looked up and over to Eric from where they laid and lounged. Those were probably his. Well, not his persay, but the ones that he bred. "We have lots of breed's to choose from Atlas, so, say. What kind are you looking for?" In the room, there were several pokemon of each species and typing. They had; the Chikorita line, Bronsor, Ralts, Riolu, Chingling, Buneary, Petilil, Some Comfy, Alolan Form Vulpix, the Eevee lines. Whew. Basically, there was a lot of pokemon to choose from. So many pokemon to pick from, so many moves that can heal others. Hmm, What did you want? Stormingwolf: *Rolu's part It was warm. Warm. That's a comforting thought. What happened last? Snow, there was snow. But why? You had Storm with you... You drifted off again for a moment. Wait. Storm? Where is he? You sat up and looked around, you were in a cave and to your left was the back wall, which you were pressed up against. To your right, there was a wall of fur. Fur? The wall of fur shifted, and it spoke. "Oh, good you are awake." It turns out that wall of fur was the elephant-like pokemon you had been asking for help earlier. This Pokemon had no trunk at all like you first thought, in fact, it had two very large and long tusks. Well, one long and large tusk. The right one was broken, and the break looked recent and not clean. But Storm, where was Storm!?!, You started to panic after you had reached out and not felt Storm's familiar aura. "Whoa Whoa, calm down a bit there, little thing. My name is Manny, what is yours?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Storms part The dragging feeling and sound stopped soon enough, and you heard a few loud thunks. What was going on? Had you stopped? Hmm well, there was no way of knowing for sure. Perhaps the Frosslass had gone somewhere else? TICK TICK TICK That was a strange noise, it sounded like someone was scraping or scratching the ice very carefully, Perhaps it was another person or perhaps a pokemon, Maybe even both. What will you Do? |

"I....My name is Rolu." "I've lost a dear friend of mine in the snow" Rolu seemed to have calmed down a little. "Where are we?" "For how long was I knocked out?" --------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile at Storm's location.... "I cannot stay in this block of ice forever." "So...I suppose that my time has come to try and escape." "Hopefully I get to help the other person or Pokémon too." "...And if all else fails, then I might be able to simply talk to the Froslass." Storm started to kick the ice from the inside at a steady pace. Cracks started to appear. It was somewhat noisy however... "I do hope that Rolu is alright...." |

"Chikorita seems pretty interesting and versatile, could I work with one of them?" Atlas locked eyes with one of the little Chikorita, her eyes sparkled with intensity. This was certainly a better option than a round pink blob. |

TKF: You and your Chesnaught walked, no were drawn, to the Chikorita in the corner of the room. Her eye's sparkled with wonder looking at you and your partner pokemon. "Chika, Chika?" She edged closer and closer to you. "Seems the wonder goes both ways there mister Atlas, This Chika here is a bit unique. She has her hidden ability Leaf Gaurd, which if it was sunny weather, she cannot get any status ailments. Not only that but she can cure them with her Aromatherapy. It looks like"- Eric pulled out a Pokedex and scanned the Chikorita. "Ah It looks like she also has Synthesis, an excellent move, that used properly, can be used to heal others. " The little leaf pokemon looked back and forth between you and Eric, a bit confused as to what you two were saying. "Well, almost all pokemon here come with a Pokeball that we offer to the trainers, however, you can change the ball if you want. We just apply one so that way in case of emergency we can move them, and move them fast." Eric spoke as if something had happened sometime which made the Guild apply pokemon to balls. But you weren't sure on that. He looked at your Chesnaught, "Uhh, your pokemon looks like he's getting drunk on Chikorita's scent?" "Don't worry if he actually is, we have a remedy for that actually." That came from someone new, so you turned around. You laid your eye's upon a very redhaired woman with very pale skin. She had a Scottish? Or maybe it was Irish? Well, she had an accent. Perhaps it was a mixture of both. "I am Merida, and I will be your teacher. I do Not take lazy butts, nor those who are scared of a bit of adventure." What will you say in reply? Chikorita, Female, Lv 5. Hidden Ability Leaf Gaurd Moves: Growl, Tackle, Synthesis, Aromatherapy Stormingwolf: *Storm's part You kicked over and over. Hitting the shell of ice you were currently being held captive in. CRACKKKK That was the first noise you heard since the little tick, and then you saw it, a big crack down the front of your casing. Now was your chance. Mustering your strength, you gave it one more big kick. CRASSSHHHHH The Ice broke apart from you, you were free. However, you had startled the nearby pokemon, Wait, what? Yes, there was indeed a pokemon, and judging by the way it had moved away from you, you assumed that it was trying to help you get out. This pokemon was small and brown, with darker stripes along her back. Perhaps you should use your pokedex to look it up? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Rolu's part Manny looked at you and shook his whole body. "Well to answer your first question, Rolu, We are not far from where you fainted. I am simply insulating you with my Thick Fat, with a snowdrift embankment. " Manny nodded his huge head outside, that his whole body blocked You from. "To answer your second question, you weren't out for long actually. " Manny said, and he looked back at you. "And I am pretty sure I know where to find your human. For a long while, humans go missing in this frozen desert. A Froslass lives here, and she captures humans and takes them back to her icey castle. If your human was out there, he's most likely there now." What will you two do? Rolu:Health remaining, Full Fainted: 1

Storm awkwardly escaped the icy shell. "Ah, a Pokémon." "I'm sorry for nearly landing on top of you." Storm got his Pokedex and scanned the small pokemon. "Mhm...I see, a Swinub." "Well, thank you for helping me get out of the ice." "Were you also trapped by the Froslass?" "Speaking of her...Is she near?" Storm checked the surrounding area for other icy shells and the Froslass. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile.... Rolu seemed a little relieved. "I'll take her Eric, where can I find her Pokeball?" Atlas began to brainstorm names, it was always an important step in establishing a bond with a new Pokemon. He had a few in mind, maybe one would soon prove itself suitable. Bacchus was still drunk on the Grass type's scent, the Chesnaught more jolly than normal. A voice cut in from behind them, a red haired woman with a strange accent. She introduced herself as Merida, she would be his instructor. She offered to clear Bacchus up, but Atlas shook his head and politely declined. "Nice to meet you Merida, I look forward to working with you. Bacchus will be alright, he can sleep it off in his Pokeball." Atlas held up the Chesnaught's ball and recalled the bulky Pokemon. "I'm always up for a good adventure and I've never been called lazy. A bit of action might be a good bonding experience for me and Chikorita, right?" Atlas looked back to the Chikorita, he could see she was just as keen to get started as he was, but maybe she could use a companion, someone a bit less intimidating than Bacchus, closer to her own size and age. Atlas retrieved another Pokeball from his belt, releasing Apollo the Jangmo-o out in front of himself. "Hey Apollo, I'd like you to meet our new friend." The young dragon looked the Chikorita over before jingling his scales in delight. Atlas had recently received the Jangmo-o as a gift from his older brother Triton and he'd been meaning to bond with him more. This way he could hit two Pidgey with one Geodude. “You know what? You’re right. But listen to me.” He moved closer to Archie, his voice becoming much sharper. “How dare you question my honorability? These friends of yours were about to kill you – KILL YOU – over this silk. That’s honorable? And while I understand the significance of what this means to you, if you had even been half paying attention before this all started, you should have been able to see in their eyes that they had been planning something like this long before I tried to thwart it. They don’t want me here. They never wanted me here and they were going to make sure I didn’t make it out of here, despite what your elder had allowed. But were you able to recognize that? No. Of course not.” Houndoom began to growl softly. Weavile honed his claws against each other. “You know this land, but you almost got yourself killed THREE times. I was the one who talked the Piloswine out of trampling you to death. I was the one who saved you after you had gotten yourself inches away from being devoured by the Trevenant. And here I am again, saving you from your own kin. And now you want to lecture me on being honorable. You think having this silk will make you a “man”? This trial is challenging, but it is nothing more than glorified tradition and spectacle. You’ll never be a man if you can’t survive in this world. These morons couldn’t even complete the trial – and don’t tell me it’s because of me – they never intended to do it the right way. And you – you speak the language, you know the land and you still couldn’t do it. You think I would have needed you if I had the foreknowledge that you did? Hell no. But you – you needed me.” He held out the silk wrapped branch toward Archie. “Here. Take it all. It means more to the three of you than it does to me, and I won’t have your blood on my hands. Though these two will probably cut your throat as soon as they no longer need you. But know this. Despite finishing this trial and despite whatever your elders may say, you remember that you couldn’t have done this without me. You three aren’t men. You’re just a bunch of naďve, punk ass kids.”

TKF: You had brought out your Jangmo-o, that you received from your brother, and called it out. While your dragon type sniffed and checked out Chikorita, Eric handed you a Pokeball. " There you go, that's Chika's ball." - He pointed over to the back wall, where a shelf was set up with pokeballs and pictures of the pokemon that use them, behind them. "Wonderful, We will get started right away. As you are new, and now under my tutelage, you have access to the supplies here at the Healer's Guild." Merida said as she pulled several items out of a pouch that was hanging from her bodice. She handed you a Forage bag, and a pin ( that actually looked more like a badge. ) What was all this for? However, Merida soon put some of those questions to rest. "The forage bag is for you to use soon because you and I need to collect some ingredients out in the field. The Pin is to be clipped on, For it shows that you are a member in training. " After you graduate from my training you will get a membership pin. - Merida leaned in closer to you " The pins don't really mean much, and I view those people who made them as overcomplicated system makers, But that's between you and me got that? Good. "Now follow me." Merida barged out the doors, startling the pokemon and the people on the outside. Within retrospect, she was a stout woman with an attitude, but she must be a good healer because while she was bold, people seemed to respect her. Before you left the room where the pokemon were given out, Eric stepped in front of you and whispered " Be careful, she's one of the top healers in this guild, and she's powerful, Don't get on her bad side. The last one who did had gotten the stomach flu for weeks and his pokemon stayed far away from him because of whatever she slipped into his food. But then again that was a pokemon smuggler so... I don't know what she may do to normal people. " Well, are you gonna get going or what? Do you have any questions? Items: Forage Bag and a pin. Stormingwolf: *Storms part You asked the little Swinub if the Froslass that captured you was still nearby, and the little pokemon shook its head. After you had asked it, you looked around for other shells. There were thousands, at least. This Pokemon had expanded her collection quite a bit you mussed. Also, it appeared that the Swinub hadn't been captured, at least as far as you know, for you didn't see a smaller shell of broken ice nearby. Curious, then were had this Pokemon come from? Well regardless, you were powerless to stop this Froslass on your own, Perhaps you should check and see if you could break these other shells, and try to get help from the people and pokemon inside them? You snuck closer to the nearest one, and you could see a person looking back at you, blinking. Maybe this one's shell was thicker than yours had been? Well,... How to get this person out... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Rolus part Manny looked at you and nodded " Of course I'd help you, I have friends I need to get out of there too. But first things first. You wouldn't last five minutes out there in that wind." Manny pulled out of the snow drift cave for a moment and shouldered back in a few minutes later, and he pushed an Energy Root towards you. "Carry this, I will carry a few more, I cannot keep you warm, but these should help keep you from fainting until we get you back to your trainer," Manny said. What will the two of you do? Rolu's health: Full Faint's: One

Storm stared at one of the icy shells while the person encased in the ice looked back and blinked. "This poor person..." Storm inspected the area to look for possible tools to help break the ice. Of course, there were none. "Ah, Swinub, could you lend me a hand...I mean paw with helping this person?" Storm braced himself to break the icy shell.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rolu's perspective. "Thank you, Manny." Rolu was given an Energy Root "This....Is going to be a painful walk, isn't it?" Rolu sighed lightly. "Please, Manny, lead the way." "I'll remain closely behind you" And so, they embarked toward Froslass' lair.... |

Chika Chik! Atlas received a lvl 5 Chikorita with the HA Leaf Guard, as well as Synthesis and Aromatherapy! "I'll take that as a yes then, welcome to the team Ceres." With the Chikorita named, Atlas turned his attention back to Merida. She presented him with a pin which would mark him as a trainee. He also received a neat little forage bag, it would certainly prove useful when collecting healing herbs. That was exactly what they were about to do in fact. Eric offered him some advice before he left, apparently it was best to stay on Merida's good side. He intended to, but only if Merida proved to be on the straight and narrow. With long strides he quickly caught up with Merida, the redhead certainly could move. Apollo and Ceres trotted along behind him, the pair were getting along swimmingly so far. "So Merida, what will we be collecting first? I've some experience with the traditional herbal remedies, they're quite common in Romma. A place like this certainly has some powerful native remedies, have the tribes been any help in regards to identifying their uses?" In his experience, natives had a special connection with the land, making them incredibly knowledgeable. Last edited by TheKnightsFury; 01-25-2019 at 08:35 PM. |

King Ghidorah- You lash out verbally, tearing all three of the Sirunsan boys to shreds with heartfelt words. Each point more brutal than the next, you can almost see the tears welling in Archie's eyes. You stick the branch of Spinarak Silk out in front of yourself, offering it Archie. It really meant nothing to you and in your eyes it should mean nothing to them as well. However, before Archie can accept it, a voice breaks the silence.
"That'll be enough, all of you", the elder walks out from behind a nearby tree. As he does, a number of other Sirunsan make their presence known, as does Arnold. "Unexpected that an outsider would better understand the true meaning of this trial better than three of our own." The elder glares, mostly concentrating on the two boys who had threatened to kill Archie and your Weavile. "The trial isn't about collecting a couple of items, its about revealing the type of men you will be." The elder pauses, allowing his words to sink in. "You two", he points at the two taller boys. "You were narrow minded, deceitful and have disappointed the entire tribe. Hugo was right, you always intended to let them collect what you needed and them dispose of them and claim the items for yourself. Consider yourselves exiled." Before the two boys can repute, they are grabbed by a pair of well built Sirunsan warriors and dragged out of the Wrath, their legs flailing helplessly. "Archie, you acted rashly, you let your heart get ahead of your mind. You fail to realise that your mind is your strongest weapon, you need to learn to wield it better. You're trusting, perhaps too much so. However, your commitment to our beliefs and traditions is to be applauded. You also showed strength in standing up to a friend and were even willing to through away your chance of completing the trial to save the life of another. While you lack the skill set of a traditional Sirunsan, we find our world changing around us. It is because of this that, it has been decided that you will be appointed as an ambassador for our people. Arnold is to remain as your mentor, until a time comes that he believes you no longer need him by your side." Archie is left stunned, still processing what the elder has said. The elder reaches into his coat and produces an old fashion ball, made from a white Apricorn. "As ambassador for our people, you are presented with our tribes most cherished Pokemon, the white Bouffalant." He releases the Pokemon from the ball. The Bouffalant was a sight to behold, its was indeed almost entirely white. As white as pure snow, apart from the gold rings on its horns and the black of its hooves and muzzle. Archie stepped forward, placing a hand on the bull's shoulder as he accepts the ball. "I promise to do the best for our people as we seek to secure our future, you have my word." The elder nods and hands the ball to Archie. "Finally Hugo we come to you." The elder slowly approaches you, his eyes locked with your own. "Despite you're clear disregard for our tradition that we so kindly let you participate in, you performed admirably. You showed compassion in the treatment of the Swinub. Charisma that allowed you to use the natural talents of others to your advantage. You showed tactical prowess and strength of character, if you'd been born a Sirunsan I dare say you'd be one of our best. I would like to present you with a few rewards, we don't have much but hopefully these will make your efforts worth it." You are presented with 3 Yache Berries, 2 Friend Balls and 2 Heavy Balls, as well as a Sirunsan Artefact (claim $500 in your bank post). "Also, you should be aware that we weren't the only ones following you." Almost on cue, a small yet familiar figure pushes its way through the snow. It was the Pilowsine! The Ice type grunts at you, you're unsure what it wants. One of the Swinub then emerges from behind it, the one you accidentally burnt but then healed. The Swinub grunts at you aggressively, it seems to want a fight? "We'll leave you to it Hugo, it was a pleasure meeting you, thanks for looking out for Archie". Arnold wishes you fair well, walking to Archie's side as the Sirunsan make their way out of the Wrath. Archie turns his back on you and walks away, his newly received Bouffalant alongside him. He wishes you no fairwell, not a word leaves his mouth. Looks like there is some bad blood there.... With everything pretty much resolved, you now found yourself alone, apart from your Pokemon, the Piloswine and its two children, one of which seems to want to battle you. |

Kawaii: Last update
TKF: You asked Merida if the two of you were going to be aiding or receiving aid from the natives of this Rainforest, and she stopped dead in her tracks. "Well, normally yes, yes we would be. But the Lythanki people are not on speaking terms with us. A rouge healer from our guild sabotaged the Old King's Temple." "And while we arrested the culprit, and restored the damage done to the temple, The Lythanki pulled all of their healers and people from the Healing Guild. All none Lythanki people are now forbidden from accessing the temple, and any trespassers will be punished horribly." "It's quite surprising at how generally happy and calm tribes can be so... fierce when provoked. Anyhow that is why we are scouting out other areas down the Leniazom river. A lot of the herbs that normally grow along the Old King's temple and Springstar's Glory that we used to collect are now off-limits to us and we are forced to substitute remedies with herbs we find along the Leniazom Banks and over upon the Canopy Crossways. Luckily, we were not banned from there, because of the majority of herbs we use, and the Lythanki people use, are found up there." Merida led you along the outside of the Healers Guild, to the riverside as she spoke. At the river's side, she withdrew a pokeball and called out a Swampert. This Swampert was a little bit bigger than you would normally find, but that's not uncommon. "Swampy here will be our ride along the banks of the river unless of course, you have your own pokemon you wish to ride that is. The reason why we are surfing is that the rain this morning has turned most of the bank-sides to sinkholes and mud pits. Not fun to constantly fall in and to get out of." Do you have any questions you wish to ask? Or any pokemon you wish to use? Stormingwolf: *Storm's Part You looked around for something to break the ice shell with, to rescue this poor person trapped inside, and there wasn't much actually. The area you currently were in was indeed a forest, but right now you are in the Froslasses Ice castle, that may have been built by herself. The Swinub looked at you, and back at the person trapped inside, then it backed up a little bit and released a move, this said move was, in fact, a giant Icicle that Crashed into the icy shell. Shattering it open, and a young man stumbled out, around your height, and perhaps a little younger than you. He looked to be one of the native people of this area, what was the word? Ah, yes he was Sirunsan. "What are YOU doing here in the Icebound Castle, Alien!" He said scathingly What? Icebound Castle?? You clearly recall heading to the Winters Wrath, the most brutal of all Palearchean Wildwoods. Perhaps that Frosslass dragged you here, hmm. What will you say in reply? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Rolu's Part Unknown to you, your partner was facing challenges of his own. One of them was to try and rescue you from Icebound Castle. " It won't be painful to walk, you are perfectly healthy, though these winds that frequent this whole place will cut through you like a flame through the ice," Manny said as he turned around and walked out of the little shelter that he had made to protect you from the harsh winds. They soon started blowing in and making you cold, as the giant said. Brrrr But, you had this Energy Root. That will help keep you awake until you reach Storm, you thought. "Come come now, we mustn't dally, That Frozen Queen likes to eat her statues when she cannot find other food. " That sentence cut through your thoughts and made you terrified. You hoped you would make it before that. What will you do? Rolu's health: Full Faints: One Items: Energy Root x2

"The Icebound Castle?" Storm chuckled. "I am most certainly not an alien." "Me and my partner, a Riolu named Rolu, were heading toward the Winter's Wrath." "As you can see, my partner is not with me." "A harsh snowstorm seperated me from my partner." "I was nearly frozen and crawled towards an odd noise in the distance, it was a Froslass" "I couldn't get away and was encased in an icy shell." "I escaped with the help of the kind Swinub over there" "We noticed you here and wanted to help" Storm shrugged. "My apologies if I did anything disrespectful." ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Rolu froze for a moment. "The Froslass....She eats her statues?!" Rolu started to walk faster. "Say...Manny, have you been here often?" "It...Must be lonely out here..." Rolu glanced at the energy roots he had with him, but it was too soon to take one. |
