Whoa, I wasn't expecting something like this to come out of the egg! It must be one of the newer Pokemon, I've never even seen it before! Let's take a look:

Duraludon, the Alloy Pokemon. Duraludon's body is made of a refined metal, even from birth, that allows its body to stay smooth as well as be a consistently light weight but also durable enough to withstand most attacks. This Pokemon does have a strong dislike for water, especially rain, as its body does rust very quickly upon contact with even a single drop of water, so it prefers to live in caves and underground, where water is less likely to be found.

Wow, Dexelle wasn't kidding, you really do feel smooth! I like it!

Claiming my Miltank and putting her in a Cherish Ball, declaring ability as Scrappy. Putting my Snivy in this Luxury Ball 3/3 and declaring his ability to be Contrary!

Xander had been fine with Bayleef staying at the Hatchery until her egg hatched. The place was well secured and he didn't think the Johto Grass Starter would appreciate being pulled away from her child. When he got the call that the egg was preparing to hatch, he'd raced back in hopes of seeing the hatch for himself. It wasn't to be though, as by the time he'd got there, the egg had hatched and Bayleef had evolved!

He approached the newly evolved Meganium carefully. She growled as she spotted him, Xander was surprised how defensive she was of her hatchling. Bayleef had always been rather timid, but he guessed that Meganium just really cared about her baby. Eventually she began to calm and was even happy to present her child. The little Snivy uncurled itself, it looked at Xander for a moment before turning its head and curling up once more. "Guess you're not too interested in me eh?" Xander pulled a Luxury Ball out of his bag, he figured Meganium wouldn't accept anything but the best for her precious boy. Xander tapped the newly hatched starter on the head with the ball, pulling it inside. It shook in his hand a couple of times before settling, but was then plucked from his hand with a deft vine whip. Meganium growled again before releasing her baby and tucking the ball into Xander's bag. "You two could prove to be a problem.....

Bayleef evolved into Meganium!
