Honestly, gender ratios are fine as-is (plus all-female Ralts line isn't even a good argument because of Gallade, wo I know isn't in this game, but that's no reason to pretend it doesn't exist).

TBH, the moment I saw the Ralts line, I thought of them as the female counterparts to the Abra line. I hated the addition of Gallade, and Pokemon needs more Nidoran(m) Nidoran(f) stuff. I also hate how Gardevoir and Kirlia can be male, that's just too messed up.

Gastly et al are toxic gasses that have a more ethereal persuasion, so Poison makes sense for them anyway. They're actually more gas than real ghost.

Makes sense, but I always hated how the first ghosts, supposedly supposed to be immune to Psychic, actually take major damage due to their poison typing.

Flame Wheel is still special in Emerald, so it wouldn't do much.

Shoot. Give Flareon some other physical fire move then if one exists.

Ninetales should probably be Fire/Psychic or Fire/Ghost, depending on which side of the mythology surrounding it you look into more. Both make sense. Some movepool changes (like getting Shadow Ball by TM) in accordance.

I thought about suggesting this myself, but figured I liked it fine as just fire.
