With Fairies around any good Dragon should be running a Steel move if their plan is to stay in long term.

Not necessarily.

While yes, Iron Head saw 23% usage on Kyubes, the most commonly used set was the Sub Roost set, which is utilized by the better players. Also, a lot of Kyubes go mixed with heavy special attack investment, leaving no room to run Iron Head.

Most say Empoleon has no room for EQ yet I still run it because electric coverage is nice.

252+ Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Fusion Bolt vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Sylveon: 208-245 (52.7 - 62.1%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Cloneblazer. This is the last time I tell you to do calcs.

Now do them with the set everyone runs which is 252 / 252 Bold.

252+ Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Fusion Bolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Sylveon: 138-163 (35 - 41.3%) -- 75.8% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

4 SpA Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Kyurem-B: 300-354 (76.5 - 90.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Given wish and Protect, Sylveon wins every time bar crits.

Clearly not clone because the calculator that PS uses automatically uses the most common set.

Then explain why Rotom is also 252 /252 Calm instead of the 252 / 252 Bold that everyone and their mom uses.

Because not everyone and their mom uses it. If you can't understand how it works, I'm not going to explain it to you. They have moveset stats for this stuff, check it out.

Im referring to the people who actually know what theyre doing. Everyone that Ive talked to agrees that Bold is the way to go with both Rotom and Sylveon.

Most used =/= best set

I have to ask Mane what he runs on his Sylveon. It's a nightmare, that sucker.

Myles, welcome to Gen V! It's been there for that long.
Sylveon says hi.

>implying that Black Kyurem runs that move

It isn't a standard move on any sets in the OP post, true, but at the same time it does show up as an optional move in two of the OP post's three recommended sets.

Red, that was impressive.

But when did Chatter become Flying? And since when did it cause confusion?

Well that shows how little I used Chatot, because I forgot that entirely despite gen 4 being my starting Gen.

Chatter could always be 100% confusion chance. Just depended on how loudly you yelled in the mic.

No, the highest it used to be was somewhere around 30% max. It was between 1 and 30%. Now it's 100%.

I wouldn't advise playing ranked matches on the server just yet. Earlier today it was incredibly laggy. They took it down for several hours ... and they've put it back up but it's no less laggy than before. Very, very easy for you to be disqualified due to inactivity.
