>Double Team
...You know, I had eventually dropped Minimize in a fangame due to its inconsistency, and that move is literally twice as effective as Double Team nowadays. Never mind that Evasion moves are banned in the vast majority of competitive formats...

As for the rest of the set, You should really opto go with either Dragon Dance, or Core Enforcer- having both on the same pokemon is not at all helpful for a couple reasons:
1) As a Special attack, Core Enforcer is not boosted by Dragon Dance.
2) In order for Core Enforcer's awesome secondary effect to trigger, Zygarde has to move after the target- and the more Dragon Dances you set up, the less likely you are do that.

In short, you've got two moves that need to be replaced in order to actually be effective, rather than just a massive blob of HP. Substitute is a more reliable way to avoid taking hits from your opponent, while simultaneously bringing you closer to activating Soopah Animu Mecha Mode!!! on your own terms, so that should probably be the switch for Double Team.

As for Core Enforcer, I'm not quite sure, actually. Really, because Thousand Arrows affects Flying Types, the only Types you don't hit for neutral damage are Grass and Bug, which... usually aren't too big a deal? I dunno. Someone with actual competitive experience can fill that slot.

Oh yeah, slip a Leftovers onto it for that solid Heal Over Time effect post- Construction.

I'll consider using these moves soon.
