The Sacred Forest: - Please reply in Green

Hayward: Wincing as you hold in a whimper, you watch your poor Cubone become dominated by the powerful bear-Pokémon; the level difference between the two so great that it just can't stop being humiliated as it's thrown about the battlefield, the Ursaring carrying on despite its many lacerations from its previous fight with Houndoom. With no hope in sight, you feel bad for the Cubone as it tried its hardest, unable to keep up with the battle-ready and experienced Ursaring just yet as it roars with victory.

Looking over to yourself from the past, it seems that you haven't heard the noise, continuing in the search as you experience deja-vu, following the path of yourself as you search around for answers of the disappearance of the chief, unaware that the Miltank you are carrying are going to cause the trouble they did. Stiffling a cry, you realize that by telling yourself from the past of what's to come, you might break the time-space continuum.

Ordering your Cubone with defensive and offensive orders, you rush over to the Houndoom as it struggles to breath, its chest expanding at al alarming pace as it tries to get enough oxygen in its system to recover. Reaching deep into your backpack, your hand meets pouch as you pull out a special item, one you've been keeping for a time like this.

Removing the top of the sack, you see the sparkle of sacred ash, the ash said to have some relation with the legendary bird Ho-oh. Grabbing all of the special substance, you begin to dabble some onto the fire-dog before a strong gust of wind takes hold of the rest, spreading the ash across the Houndoom as its cuts begin to heal and it begins to revitalize the Pokémon in question; curing it of all aliments. As you do, you hear a faint cry in the distance, as if the sacred ash was meant to be used in the sacred forest, returning the substance back to its place of origin.

With the Houndoom healed it jumps upright, growling menacingly at the tyrant who was just taunting you and the 1ittle Cubone. Turning to Chief Takanaka, Houndoom snarls as he begins to take a few steps back, unable to comprehend this new level of power that it seems to caress. Taking his chance, Cubone begins to Wish, the power of the sacred ash seemingly done grants him it as he feels a boost in both energy and health, though no healing is done. Houndoom then Growls at the Ursaring, causing it to lose focus and tremble a bit, allowing the Cubone to use its renewed sense of purpose to Iron Tail the Ursarings wrist, causing it to brace and drop the smaller Pokémon as it focuses its attention to the Harriyama.

With the Houndoom charging at the Ursaring, tackling it to the floor, Cubone begins its own assault, using its limber and quick attributes to run as fast as it can Skull Bashing the Harriyama as it stumbles forward with a loud thud, not falling however. Seeing that yourself has heard the noise, the Houndoom erects a Protect.

Though you're not sure what this'll accomplish, the past you turns to investigate the noise, looking straight at you before shrugging and turning around. Freezing still, you slowly let out a sigh of relief, realizing that the protect has indeed protecting you from sight, an attribute you didn't know it had. Pegging it down to the experiences and tribulations of the stone, you focus back on the battle. With Cubone and Houndoom regaining the upper hand, the battle is in your hands.

What will you do?

The Oasis: - Please reply in BurlyWood

PikaGod: With Cotton still trapped on the spider web you begin to confront the Ariados for the Skiploom's right, causing a stir in the forests of the Volcanic Mountain range as your Shiny Gloom continued to trade blows with the Ariados.

The start of the battle was certainly not in your best interests, Gloom finding itself hampered with sneak shots and flurries of blows as it tried to secure a lead, the Ariados also showing good battling prowess as a Pokémon. Deciding that this was probably because the region outside the trainer-friendly Oasis was so volatile, you begun to think of a new plan, one involving maneuver, something the Ariados had shown to be quite good at. With the Ariados coming so close to poisoning, and perhaps eating you, you begin to become a bit timid of the Ariados, each time you close your eyes those ferocious pincers bring you back down to earth, playing right into the bug's hand.

Shuddering loudly, you watch as your Gloom begins to execute your plan as it sends a beam of light into the sky, hoping for a Sunny Day to appear as it burns some of its small fire reserves, the Pokémon attempting to use the light for its ability causes, though with the forest head, this may take a few rounds.

Taking advantage of the break that the Gloom had to use the beam, Ariados quickly scuttles forward hitting into the Gloom and Returning some of the damage it took in the previous rounds, using its overall happiness to affect the outcome of the power and with Skiploom in its trap, it seems to be rather a good shot on Gloom. Flying backwards and hitting the floor, Gloom is quick to get up as the Ariados creeps closer; Gloom deciding to throw its weight around as it Body Slams right back, the Ariados being sent flying this time as it hits the deck, sending up a screen of dust.

As it settles, Ariados uses the natural darkness of the forest for a Night Shade as Gloom begins to hallucinate, jabbing wildly at the air before smacking itself, dealing a good bit of damage as it hits itself by accident. Far from done, Gloom follows up with an angry Energy Ball, smacking the Ariados so hard that it pushes it back some.

Ariados begins to hiss as you begin to show concern, the bug-type really seeming to fume at its treatment. As it begins an assent up the side of a large oak tree, the spider hisses menacingly before three Spinarak appear. With pincers clicking, they begin to descend on you and Gloom. With no time to reach for another Pokéball, you'll have to fight them at once, though their experience indicates how young and low leveled they are.

What will you do?

Empowered by Ho-oh’s Sacred Ash, Houndoom and Cubone valiantly fight back against Chief Takanaka’s Ursaring and Hariyama, while Ben stands nearby, hands cupped to his mouth, hollering out encouragement. As Cubone suddenly brings down Hariyama with a Skull Bash, Ben once again thinks over his choice of companion and feels he made the right decision. While it certainly hasn't been an easy fight for Roneo, Ben realizes its doing the best it can against their experienced foes, and figures Takanaka probably considers him crazy for sending out such a low-leveled Pokemon to defend himself with.

During his travels, Ben has encountered many trainers who were shocked to discover he has released or traded away most of the Pokemon he caught and can’t understand why he would do such a thing. Ben however, knows he’s not on a quest to complete the Pokedex or collect lots of Pokemon, and therefore only keeps his closest partners to assist him. The boy trusts his current team fully, including the little Cubone Roneo, and knows the junior bonekeeper won’t disappoint him in this battle. Of course, Houndoom has been a huge help, and Ben feels grateful the hellhoud is healthy once again, since Roneo alone is certainly not enough to stand up to the massive Sumo and overgrown Grizzly.

As Ben watches Roneo prepare itself for the task at hand, he can’t help but think that by refusing to give up, despite overwhelming odds, his tiny comrade has already grown stronger since the battle started, and Ben knows that Roneo will continue to grow stronger with time. While the rest of its mates are recuperating from their earlier struggles with Takanaka’s minions, Roneo is getting some much needed experience, experience that will help it immensely in the future. A future that will only come however, if they survive this fight.

Not wasting any time, Ben puts on a determined look and hollers out instructions to Roneo. “Alright, stay strong mate!” he encourages. “Hariyama's on the ground! Now’s our chance! Focus your Energy and attack Hariyama's head with Bone Club! Then hit Ursaring with a Bonemerang!”

Karmas watched as Beau and Ariados continued fighting, though he was glad to find that this time the Gloom was doing better in the fighting department, but he looked like he has still gotten a bit of a beating from the large spider. And it didn't exactly help that several Spinaraks had been summoned by the spider.

"Beau are you alright!" Karmas called out, the Gloom his first priority.

Beau turned back to his owner and gave a little wave, he wasn't going to be out of the fight for a while yet, or so Karmas hoped. The trainer gave a quick glance at Cotton, the Skiploom still stuck in the web and still shuddered every now and then due to the paralysis.

"Okay Beau, looks like we are going to have to deal with these Spinarak as well!" called out Karmas, "So I want you to get rid of them by using a couple of Razor Leafs and use Protect if things get a little out of hand!"
