Now, what about Butterfree? Specs/Scarf Tinted BugBuzz is a scary thought. My favorite Compoundeyes Sleep Powder set is still around, too.

And, has the ST Litwick line been released yet? Quote:
We should really start deciding on which Pokes should be here. Obviously, testing is going to be big(well, somewhat.) Some sets might not be bad either.

I've been ninja editing in Evolite 'mon from various lists without anyone noticing. >:3
I'm pretty sure ST Litwick is a no. Checking SPPf, seems he agrees. Shedinja and Evolite Yamna- y/n? |

That is like giving Eviolite to an Abra and making it a physical wall.

Have no idea how that Evolite slipped in there.

It's still got that crippling typing which makes Stealth Rock a good check.
Dustox has better defenses, a less crippling type, also gets Quiver Dance, and can Venoshock abuse if you are running a Toxic Spikes based team (or even a physical wall Seadra, due to Poison Point). He's a threat, too, especially in a tier that will likely be prone to stall wars. EDIT: That was all at Butterfree |

Mindgames~ Evolite Magnemite? Should we let in Lairon, or should only Aron invited to the party? |

Re: Lairon It's probably a bit too strong on the attacking side to let in, unless we ban Eviolite on his bulky Defense. But that would open up a whole new can of worms, which I doubt we'd want to do. |

Aron it is.
Full-out defense Aron has defensive stats of 304/328/117. That's pretty insane on the physical side. Full-out SpDef Aron has 304/237/196. EDIT: Err never mind. That was before Evolite. Physical: 304/492/175 Special: 304/355/294 What-is-HP?: 211/492/294 EDIT2: And he has a respectable base 70 attack. brb, finding some waters.

Plus the ever looming threat of Sandstorm to his Special Defense.
Sandstorm also makes Herdier more viable, due to Sand Rush. It lets him run a bulkier set, and then Eviolite. Item Clause will be a very good thing here, or else every team will have half Eviolite users. |

Yes, item clause is looking like a necessity, since it transforms a bunch of things into powerhouses.
But... can we allow two lefties per team? Please? ;_; (Coming up with item number six is HARD, okay?) Aron stats with Sandstorm: Physical: 304/492/262 Special: 304/355/441 What-is-HP?: 211/492/441 ...If anyone forgot, this guy gets no-recoil Head Smash. |

I just thought of something else.
What about the Gothorita lines? They would be the perfect partner for Liepard, demolishing Fighting types that threaten it with Shadow Tag and Psychic. I think I will make a list for FF mon at some point, just so we can decide on it. I think that Aron won't be bad. EvioShrew works wonders against Lairon, so no need to get waters. Already thinking of a team: Liepard@ Life Orb Modest Nature 252 Speed/ 252 Sp. Atk/ 4 HP -Nasty Plot -Dark Pulse -HP Fighting -U-Turn Gothorita@ Eviolite/Leftovers/Life Orb Bold Nature 252 HP/ 252 Sp. Def/ 4 Sp. Atk Shadow Tag -Calm Mind -Psychic -HP Fighting -Shadow Ball Got any more ideas?

Is Hydra!Phione too powerful?
I mean, there are no auto-rain inducers, so... |

Shuckle~
In a tier dominated by strong walls, Shuckle should be able to shine. Since there aren't any SUPER DRAGONS with MONSTROUS ATTACK STATS to make his low HP stat a liability. ...Game Freak needs to show his HP some love, though...

Mantyke.
The water Equivalent of Aron. Competes with Slowpoke for Water Evolite user, trading Regenerator for Swift Swim, becoming an absolute terror under rain. Physical: 294/327/415 Special: 294/205/558 HP?: 200/327/558 EDIT: Ah, yes, Shuckle. Long live the Power Split. |

EvioShelmet is pretty awesome on a rain team, too. Lack of auto-rain hurts, though, but he's still good with Recover. And him partnered with a Tirtouga would be fairly decent.
Kind, we have more options than ever for unique items. Rocky Helmet is pretty good for walls (I use Mandibuzz with it), numerous berries, Gems, Plates, Eviolite, Big Root, Lefties, Ring Target, Balloon, Battery, Absorb Bulb, Focus Sash, Shell Bell, all three orbs, the choice items, King's Rock, Razor Claw, Black Sludge... > Pidgeot Pidgeot can actually shine here, for once. I think Pidgeot is a good Pokemon for this, and not too powerful, really. |

Pidgeot seems fair- Chatot-level speed and passable defenses, yet no ability to boost anything other than their already good speed. Hurricane sounds tasty under rain, but rain also cripples their coverage in Heat Wave. On the physical side, a Band set of BraveBird/U-Turn/Pursuit/DoubleEdge/SteelWing looks powerful, but lacking in coverage. A mixed set of BraveBird/HeatWave/U-Turn with Steel Wing or Hidden Power in the final slot (Perhaps with Life orb?) looks tasty.

Jumpluff, y/n?
Steals the title of fastest 'mon from Liepard, passable bulk and an environment which would make a SD set somewhat frightening. |
