Hermione shook her head as Tessa admitted to feeling stupid. "There's no need to feel stupid," she stated. "Not everyone knows everything. I myself wouldn't dare assume that I know everything, because I'm certain that I don't."

Helena listened, nodding as Telpo explained about Jake. "I did sense something off about him," she said. "I didn't really get a good taste of his emotions, so I couldn't really tell... sure, I'll see what I can do," she agreed. "I was about to go on my break anyway- a Nurse Joy should be here any minute now to take over for me- Oh!" she added, smiling as a Nurse Joy walked in. "Well, that's good timing, isn't it?" she chuckled. "I'll go see what I can find out," she promised Telpo, before floating up, phasing straight through the ceiling, as well as that of the floor above, to get up to the Battle Room, whereupon she floated next to Jake. "Hi, Jake," she said, smiling, while also trying to see exactly what sort of emotions she could taste coming off of the Electric-type specialist.

Cyanide grinned at Pom's words. "Yeah, I... it was the same for me when we first met," she said. "Deep down I think I knew you were different than that coward Eevee, even if I was afraid to let myself think it back then." She nuzzled Pom affectionately, truly grateful for someone like him.

I think she will as well, Luna nodded, agreeing with Hayai.

Keith and Peeves arrived at Hagane Labs, thanks to Duosion. Of course, said Psychic-type wasn't letting things go without a healthy dose of sarcasm. Peeves rolled his eye, seemingly resisting the urge to shut Duosion up with an attack of some sort. "OK, seriously, Duosion, can you ease up on Peeves?" Keith asked.

Before Duosion could answer, however, Telpo, Jake, and Sophie approached. Sophie pointed out a nearby alley that would suit their purposes perfectly, and insisted that the others get going- whatever her plan was, it apparently required her to do this completely solo. Keith and Peeves exchanged glances, both of them wondering what Sophie's plan even was, but they both followed Telpo without question.

The Final Stewie-line

The first arrival was Kawaii, a good friend of Keith's. "Hey, Kawaii," Keith greeted the Trainer. "Glad you could make it- after first seeing that secret lair Stewie had, I knew he was up to no good, but to think it was something on this scale..." He shook his head.

The next thing Keith noticed was some sort of portal opening up near his ship. He looked rather alarmed by this, but said alarm turned to curiosity as a Dusknoir slowly emerged from within, and horked up its passenger. Keith recognized her- Dichromatia Schmeltzer. Not someone he'd met many times before- in fact, only once before, when he traded her an Inkay he'd come to own.

Chroma stood up, and explained to Keith that she was here to help, before apologizing for her unorthodox entrance. "Hey, it's no problem," Keith replied. "When this is all over with, I gotta ask my Dusknoir about the possibility of doing that. Besides, I've made my fair share of unorthodox entrances," he added, recalling a few examples- Teleporting in via his Qwilfish, for example, as well as arriving for a Valentine's Day date by being flown in by his Swoobat. "But yeah- glad you're here, I'll appreciate all the help I can get here," he added gratefully.

The next arrival came in the form of a colossal Golurk, colossal even by Golurk standards. And the passenger- Alex Blackhall, a friend of Keith's. "Hey, Alex," Keith greeted him. "Golestandt," he added, with a nod to the Ghost/Ground-type. "Good to see you again, just wish the circumstances weren't this dire," he added with a weak chuckle.

After Alex came Hyrem, riding on his Salamence. Sera, his Gardevoir, was riding on Wendy as well. "Hyrem, hey," Keith greeted his friend. He couldn't help but grin a bit- Sera and Wendy were both very powerful Pok閙on, Keith knew, and thus would very likely be a big help in the inevitable battle to come. Stewie, after all, had grown very strong in recent months. He was on par with the strongest of his teammates by this point, and that wasn't even accounting for whatever other precautions he may have taken in preparation to this- Keith didn't even know what to expect. "Hey, Sera, Wendy," he added, greeting the Pok閙on Hyrem was with. "Glad you're here to help," he stated.

The next one to arrive was a bit of a surprise to Keith. "Connor!" Keith exclaimed, surprised and pleased to see his old friend again. "Wow. It's been years, good to see you again. Kinda wish the circumstances were a bit better, but yeah," he shrugged sheepishly. He eyed the Tropius curiously- he'd met a number of Connor's Pok閙on previously, with Peeves even battling alongside his Petilil once against a pair of Ice-types, but the Tropius was a new one on him. However, he figured the time for introductions was not now- he'd waited quite a while for this much help to arrive, and he didn't want the trail to grow cold- the trail of shadowy energy Stewie had left behind was starting to fade. If they acted now, it could still be followed, but if Keith kept waiting, they would have no indicator of which way to go whatsoever.

"Alright," Keith announced. "Thank you all for coming, though right now, I think it's important we all board the Banette's Revenge before I talk any further, lest we lose sight of the trail Stewie's left," he stated, indicating the shadowy trail still visible in the sky. With that, he led the way on board his ship, and once everyone was either on board or hitching a ride on something with Fly, whatever their preference may be, Keith got the Banette's Revenge in motion.

As the ship headed out to sea, in pursuit of the shadowy trail, Keith spoke up again, standing at the helm as he did so, steering the ship. "OK, now, first things first, I must apologize," he said to the various Trainers who were gathered. "Stewie is my Pok閙on, and my responsibility. I should have been keeping a closer eye on him, so as to prevent this. But as it is, before today I didn't even know he was planning on taking over the world," he admitted. "It's an especially bad move on my part considering this isn't even the first time I've been blissfully unaware of the evildoings a Pok閙on under my ownership has been up to. But," he added. "With your help, we can make sure that Stewie's plans don't get a chance to take off any further than they have. Now, Stewie possesses some sort of remote control, which controls a machine buried deep underneath the sad remains of my Secret Base. That machine is what's causing the unnatural weather you undoubtedly noticed- it's amplifying his Shadow Sky move. I was able to dull the effects with multiple Sunny Day attacks, but that's more like paper clips and duct tape than a proper fix- once it wears off, the bursts of light will become much more intense. Just one of them destroyed my Secret Base and the tree it was built on," he stated. "And that tree was harder than Ponyta hooves," he added. "So yeah. Strong stuff. Now... we need to get the remote control from Stewie," he stated. "I'm thinking only that will be able to shut down or disable the machine. Unfortunately, I'm also thinking we're going to need to battle Stewie in order to acquire said remote. And I don't expect it to be easy- he's very strong, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's done something to power himself up in anticipation of anyone trying to fight him, considering he's trying to take over the world."

"Now, then. I have no idea how long we'll be out at sea looking for him," said Keith. "I'll be following that shadowy trail, and you can believe that this ship of mine will get us where we need to go. It's why she's called the Banette's Revenge, after all- because just like the vengeance of a wronged Banette, this ship of mine is unstoppable," Keith grinned. "In the meantime- I'm guessing you all already brought some of your strongest and best Pok閙on, but in case any of you need to change up your team for any reason, or heal up your team, there is a healing machine and a PC just inside, so if you need 'em, use 'em while you can. Any final preparations you gotta make, now's the time to make 'em." With that, he turned his full and undivided attention to the sea ahead as he stood at the helm, adjusting the wheel to account for any turns the shadowy trail made.

Frieghya blushed harder under all the praise.

Kawaii borded after listening intently to Kieth's speech. All other times visits with Kieth had been relatvely calm and peaceful. Today she sat atop her Ponyta on the boat and stared off into the wind. Today was different. She knew that this battle would be a hard fought one and she felt horribly underleveled.

Immediately upon boarding, Chroma made her way to the healing machine and inserted her four pokeballs so that the creatures within could be physically ready for their next challenge. Mother had put them all through a lot recently, and Chroma couldn't help but wish the device could restore her strength as well. Surely such a thing was possible, right? That was neither here nor there, however. The healing machine's final beep reminded her that right now, it wasn't her strength as an individual that mattered, but her pokemons' abilities to support the stronger trainers'- it hadn't taken the mystic long to figure out that she was one of the weakest trainers on board.

She gathered up the orbs and shakily made her way onto the ship's deck, where she began dividing her Rare Candies. Mother had put her through a harrowing battle with no warning, so she hadn't been able to use them. Now, however, she had plenty of time to prepare... but the opponent was far more terrifying. Once she was certain that she had successfully divided the confections evenly, she released her pokemon onto the deck: a mawile, a tangela, an oddly-colored bulbasaur, and an inkay. "Alright, guys, I need you all to eat these," she told them as she handed each one a bundle of Candies. "Trust me, you're about to need them*

Louise, the mawile, scoffed. 'How many times do I have to tell you, lady? I don't need more power!'

"This isn't about power, Louise," the human retorted as if she had heard what the Deceiver Pokemon had said. "Our foe is far too powerful for us to outgun them this time, even with the Rare Candies. This is about durability- we need to be able to survive long enough to provided support for the real powerhouses here!"

The mawile paused, a look of surprise plastered on her face. Tentatively, she looked around at the other trainers' pokemon that were already out and about to some capacity. It didn't take her long to realize just how far out of her league she was: gardevoir could be pretty terrifying opponents with little effort, most massive draconians have a ferocity to match, and... wasn't that golurk a few sizes too big? Heck, that ponyta could probably beat her... though that had more to do with type matchups than actual power levels. Louise heaved a sigh of resignation. '...It's a sad day when the Grand Magus has to be someone else's backup.' Reluctantly, she unwrapped one of the Candies and ate it.

Chroma's other pokemon were stunned. Nothing about this situation was familiar to them: the ship, the presence of such powerful creatures, the faint trail of violet energy, the air of tense anticipation, the ominous dark clouds forming in the distance, Louise's uncertainty... It all seemed surreal to them. Berue and Elenchos exchanged worried glances, while Butternut began to breathe heavily in panic. 'Calm down, Butternut. We'll be fine...' the tangela tried to comfort her companion. 'Remember, big things.'

'Big things...?' the pumkasaur asked weakly. 'What good are my big things if I can't even be of use here?'

'Eat your Candies, and then we'll talk.' Berue looked up toward the sky. 'I guess it's time for me to live up to my own big things...' An intense glow surrounded the tangela after she consumed(?) her first 'treat', causing her to grow larger... and grow arms. She looked at her new form, and tried to get a feel for her longer appendages. 'Hopefully I can get the hang of these before it's too late...'

Chroma gave them a weak smile, and turned to address the trainers as her pokemon continued their snacking. "Excuse me! May I suggest we send a small team ahead to scout out the situation?" She looked around to see if she had caught at least someone's attention. "I believe it would be helpful if we had some way of telling what the enemy is planning, and an aerial scout team seems like the best idea. If we can get something with long-range telepathy out there, then even better." She closed her eyes briefly, likely weighing a few options over in her head. "...If we do make a scout team, then I'd like to send in my mawile."

Louise almost choked. 'Wait, what?! Why?!'

"While it would be preferable not to have them engage in combat with Stewie, there is a chance that it could still happen," Chroma continued, giving Louise no mind. "If that was to happen, then her Intimidate should be able to cushion the mastermind's blows somewhat. And besides, she won't have to be carried around the whole way!"

'I think your overestimating my supply of Electric energy...'

(OOC: Will work on other storyline soon, hopefully getting that wrapped up sooner than later. Now, it's time for a fight!)

As Heather arrived once more on the site of her Base-in-progress, she checked her phone for messages. Quickly, she noticed an urgent one. Keith, a Trainer she was quite friendly with, was having some serious trouble with his Shadow Ledian, and desperately needed help. She stared at the message intensely for a while, before Magus looked to see what was going on.

A Shadow running rampant, is it? Magus asked. Heather nodded slowly, continuing to stare down the request. You're not thinking of going, are you? It would be remiss of you to put yourself in a situation like that. Besides, it's been a while, they must have left already. the Misdreavus continued.

"...No, I'll find a way. I can't let this hold me back anymore, Magus. If I do, he wins, and I'm not having that." Heather said, running up towards her Base.

Okay, and how are we getting there? Grace can't exactly fly us. Magus asked indignantly.

"You haven't seen the Ride Pokemon half the construction crew's been coming to work on? I'm sure one of them will let me borrow their Pager." Heather said back, finally reaching the construction site. Finding the nearest worker, Heather worked out a compromise with him (that being he could have the next three days off). Magus seemed surprised that it actually worked.

If I may...I ask that you leave me back here. The rest of you can all presumably do something to a Ledian super effectively, but I haven't got a thing. I'm a liability. the Misdreavus said solemnly.

"If that's what you want. Though speaking of super effective damage..." Heather said, bringing out Circe, her Mareep, and seven Rare Candies.

"Ma, Mareeeep!" Circe said as she chowed down on the candies, bringing her to Level 8, high enough to learn Thunder Wave and Thunder Shock.

"Now we're ready to go!" Heather said with a grin, flipping through the worker's Ride Pager until she located the option for Charizard Glide, and pressed the Call button. Within moments, a Charizard, ready with a saddle and everything, was waiting for her to mount. Packing up all her loose ends and Pokemon, Heather got on and gave the Charizard her destination, the Pokemon nodding and rocketing up into the skies above.

-----

"Detecting signals from a boat some distance away from shore, identification: The Banette's Revenge. It is trailing a faint source of Shadow energy." Heather's Pokedex reported in a robotic drawl. "High levels of Shadow energy in the air, proceed with caution." it added, as Heather noticed the clouds seemed to harbor an eerie glow to them. Heather simply grinned. It was time for her to make an entrance to the battle of battles.

"Okay Charizard, that ship is where we're headed! Make for a landing, right away!" she instructed, the Charizard again nodding before dropping through the clouds. The ship quickly became visible, with quite a few people already on it, it seemed. Surely there'd be room for one more. The Charizard slowed its descent to a stop above a clear space on the deck, allowing Heather to dismount, though the shock of the landing left her crouched for a few seconds as her knees processed the sharp impact.

"Dismissed!" she called to the Ride Pokemon above once she was able to stand, and it vanished once again into the clouds above. Turning to the assembled crowd, Heather cracked her knuckles. "So, it's showtime!" she said, definitely looking more confident than she really was.

(OOC: Used 7 rare Candies, bringing Circe to Level 8 from level 1, earning her Thunder Wave and Thunder Shock.

"Oh umm..I-I guess you're right." Tessa replied.
"I guess...it was probably pretty silly....to think that. W-wait, there's no need...to feel silly about feeling silly, r-right?" The Cosplay Pikachu questioned.
"I think you might be overthinking things again." Shibo responded.
"A-am I? Oh umm...sorry. I tend to do that....sometimes..." Tessa explained.
----
Helena agreed to Millicent and Telpo's, saying that she had sensed something off about Jake. Once a Nurse Joy had taken over for the Banette, she phased through the ceiling in search of Jake.

"Well, I'm glad that Helena is willing to help. Let's help something comes of it though." Telpo chimed.
"Hmm...did you want to do something while we wait for Helena to report back? Not that I have anything in mind..."
----
Jake nearly jumped out of his skin as Helena greeted him.
"Oh..u-umm.....hi H-helena.." Jake stammered. "Did...did you...n-need something?" The Banette didn't need to taste his emotions to realize that Jake wasn't all too comfortable with the conversation. If that weren't enough, Jake's emotions seemed to have a strong taste of anxiety.
Hazel said nothing, the Eevee having returned to Jake's side after Hayai and the group had left him behind. Despite his silence, Hazel's cold stare at the Banette seemed to perfectly convey how he felt about her presence.
----
"I'm glad you were able to see that..and I'm glad that you gave me a chance." Pom replied.
"I would never betray trust like that Eevee did. No matter what."

"Hmm. Wait where's Arthur?" Hayai questioned. "I mean, he's....e-evil..right? Shouldn't we have been keeping an eye on him?"

"Hayai brings up a good point. I shudder to think what he'll do if left unsupervised." Pom said. "Someone should probably try and find him."
----
With most of the group behind him, Telpo lead the bunch through the streets of the city. Swerving through the crowds, the group eventually arrived at the alleyway Sophie had pointed out.
Unlike the streets, it appeared that no one was here. The stench of rotten garbage filled the area, causing Jake to plug his nose.

"Alright, we should probably get everything set up quickly. I'm not sure how quickly Sophie will get the grunts over here, but we've only got one shot. Let's make it count." Telpo chimed.

"Umm..right." Jake murmured, before pulling a regular Pokeball out of his bag. From the ball emerged an Oddish....who appeared to be having a nice nap.
"Neku..come on...wake up." Jake said as he lightly shook the weed Pokemon.
"Huh-what? What's....what's going on?" Neku asked as he slowly came to.
"Now's...not the time f-for sleep Neku." Jake replied. "L-long story short...there's...g-going to be some people coming..this way. I-I need you to use Sleep Powder o-on them, after Keith's Dusknoir uses...mean look." Jake explained.

"It'd probably be wise to hide though." Telpo chimed. "No matter how good Sophie is at luring them to us, they're not going fall for a trap with we're right in their line of vision. May I suggest hiding behind one of these garbage cans?"

"It's always good to think about what you're doing or saying," said Hermione. "But you want to try to avoid overthinking- you'll never be sure of anything if you overthink everything."

Millicent shrugged. "Why don't we sit down and watch my teammates swim?" she suggested, gesturing to one of the windows, which looked more like an aquarium than a window- it was the window that provided a look into Keith's indoor pool, and from the looks of things, there were some Pok閙on swimming around in there right now. And there was a table near said windows. None of the chairs around it were occupied at the moment.

"Oh- I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you," Helena said apologetically to Jake. She looked down- she couldn't help but feel guilty for that, even if it wasn't her fault. One thing that never sat well with Helena was that many now considered her scary when going by looks alone. She shook her head as Jake asked if she needed something. "No, I just went on my break, and decided to come up and say hi," she responded. "Um... Jake, I..." she murmured, before remembering that Jake could understand Pok閙on language. She decided to switch to Banette language to make things a bit more private (and lowering her voice so Keith wouldn't overhear). "...It's none of my business, I know, but... I can taste a lot of anxiety coming from you right now," she said. "I just... is something the matter?" she asked. She jumped a little as she saw just how cold of a stare she was getting from Hazel- did the Eevee have something against Banette?

Cyanide's smile widened, and she nuzzled Pom again. "I know you would never," she responded, registering in her mind just how truly confident she was in that statement- as far as she was concerned, Pom had truly proven himself to her. She only hoped she'd proved herself to him just as well over the years.

However, Hayai broke up the romantic mood by posing a rather important question- namely, as to the whereabouts of Arthur. "Hm, good point," said Cyanide. "One of us should look for-"

"What is it, Lu-na?" snapped Myrtle- the Banette floated into the room, looking intently at the Swoobat.

Hi, Myrtle, smiled Luna. I called you here to ask for your help- this is my friend Hayai. One of his teammates is this Rotom named Arthur, who's... not very nice. We don't know where he went, and it's unwise to leave him unsupervised, so-

"So you want me to make sure he does not pull a Ne-ville," nodded Myrtle. "I can-not ar-gue with that lo-gic," she agreed, before passing through the floor in search of Arthur.

While Jake sent out Neku and briefed him on the situation, Keith likewise took a Ground Ball off his belt and tossed it into the air, unleashing a white-finned Stunfisk onto the ground before him. "Rubeus," said Keith. "Before long, there's gonna be a group of bad guys coming through here. First one of them to step on you, I want you to give 'em a taste of your Thunder Shock, alright?"

"Stunfisk fisk," nodded Rubeus.

"Oh- and I don't know if this'll happen, but it's possible that Jake's friend Sophie will be coming this way as well," Keith added. "Needless to say, if she's the first to step on you, no Thunder Shock for her, got it?"

"Fisk," Rubeus nodded.

"Good," Keith nodded. "Now hide yourself, alright?"

"Stun!" Rubeus replied, attempting to conceal himself on the ground- something Stunfisk as a species were naturally good at.

Keith nodded as Telpo suggested that they all hide as well. "Let's do it," he agreed. Peeves, however, pulled him off to the side by his arm, and created a very convincing illusion of a garbage can around the both of them. From the outside, nobody would suspect a thing. Keith smirked, hoping Duosion saw this- saw that Peeves really was capable of not screwing up.

"There's the ship!" Hyrem called out so Wendy could hear in the midst of the storm. He had never been on Keith's ship, the Banette's Revenge, before this, and he was impressed that the Poison-type specialist could steer something like this. He'd have to get a tour sometime...you know, when the sky isn't full of purple death clouds. Three trainers and their Pokemon were already at the dock with Keith, only one of the trainers he recognized as Alex, the original trainer who hatched Amethyst; wasn't he also the one who owned that Shadow Zangoose? Anyway, his arrival seemed to be a big relief to Keith; after all, he was bringing many of his best Pokemon for this job because they would be needed for sure. Sera and Wendy likewise nodded as Keith greeted them, while Hyrem spoke, "I came as soon as I got your message, I got plenty of Pokemon ready to do whatever you need them to!"

Only one more trainer arrived right after Hyrem did, but he was a welcome sight to see. How did Connor manage to find his way out here anyway? And on a Tropius, no less! Maybe Palm and this Tropius could be great friends whenever they meet up...no, Hyrem, focus, you're going to have a battle on your hands soon!

Once everyone boarded and the ship set sail, Keith began to explain what happened and the plan to stop what was in progress. So Stewie wasn't as harmless as Keith thought he was, Hyrem thought. He began to think of his own Shadow Pokemon, particularly of Ganon, his Shadow Tepig; he was already showing signs of feral behavior, what would he even be like if he evolved? And the other one, the one he just recently obtained, he barely knew anything about that one! Could he be trusted either? Regardless, it was Stewie that needed to be stopped now before he corrupted the entire world and succeed in what criminal organizations in the Orre region couldn't even come close to achieving. And that would require a little investment to get one of his Pokemon caught up to the others.

Once the Healing Machine replenished all of his Pokemon's energy and health, he called forth five of them, keeping the last one a secret until the time was right. "All right guys, come on out!" Sera and Wendy rematerialized from their Pokeballs, this time with Daphne and Zatch joining them and Delilah being the only one swimming alongside the boat for the moment. "Okay, you guys, we're probably going to be in for the toughest battle we've ever done yet! I've got a few secret weapons if we need them, but the main thing is that you guys'll need to work with the other Pokemon to win! Daphne, Delilah, and Zatch, you three are gonna be really important because you have moves that can change this stupid weather. Sera will mostly be playing defense while buffing and healing everyone else, and Wendy is going to be one of the Pokemon doing damage. Before we get into battle though..."

He walked over to Zatch, held out both his hands together, and produced a handful of Rare Candies just like others were doing. "Here, eat these, you can use the levels more than any of the others here." Zatch looked at the already unwrapped candies with hunger in his eye and drew in close before stretching his mouth around his trainer's hands, suckling on the hands and candies before separating the two and swallowing the candies down. After a little bit more suckling to get the remaining taste off the human hands in his mouth, he relinquished them before sparkling with electricity, zipping around in a Wild Charge before colliding with the surface of the water in a massive splash, the electricity arcing towards Delilah but not affecting her thanks to her Volt Absorb ability. Zatch emerged from the ocean with a bit of a bruise thanks to the recoil from the move he just learned but fine otherwise. "Great job! Now come back over here, Zatch!"

As Zatch came back, Hyrem pulled out something different: a yellow rock with a lightning bolt inside it. "Okay, Zatch, you want this Thunder Stone? It'll make you really strong, and you'll have arms too!" Zatch's eyes lit up at the sight of the electric rock, and Hyrem had to toss it in the air this time to avoid getting bit by the EleFish's razor sharp teeth as he lunged for the stone and greedily ingested it. The stone's genetic altering powers worked very quickly after that, and Zatch glowed with a bright light and grew in size until he stood about a foot taller than his trainer. Then came the aforementioned arms--long and powerful each with three sharp claws on his hands--then the flippers that he could use to swim around in the air or water or even use as feet to walk on the ground with, then the upper fin growing out, the lower fin receding back into his body as it no longer served a purpose, and finally the large, round mouth with four gnarly fangs meant to make anyone's journey into the mouth a one-way trip. As the glowing faded, two large, pink eyes stared expectantly at the trainer, the rest of the body following a brighter color scheme from the regular Eelektross he saw at Whale Island with most of it being a sea green color where it would normally be a dark blue.

Hyrem could barely believe it; when he obtained that special Tynamo from a certain, well known fisherman a couple of years ago, he knew full evolution for that Pokemon would be a ways off. Now, seeing this very powerful Pokemon up close and on his team, he knew it was all worth it. "Can't think of a better time to show you off than now!" he said before embracing the EleFish, getting a much stronger hug in return from those powerful arms. "Eeeeeeeeelektross~" Zatch bellowed and hissed happily before letting loose some electricity on his trainer in his excitement. Hyrem wasn't allowed much of a break as his head was engulfed by a huge mouth soon after, the Shiny Eelektross now suckling on his face. "This though...could've had...better timing..." Hyrem said weakly, muffled by the Electric-type's mouth. He made a mental note to himself to work on training this overaffectionate behavior out of Zatch; fortunately, it seemed he would have time to recover from this friendly attack...assuming Zatch eventually lets him go, of course.

Use: Thunder Stone on Shiny Eelektrik
Evolution!! Shiny Eelektrik evolved into Shiny Eelektross!
New Move! Shiny Eelektross learned Thrash!
New Move! Shiny Eelektross learned Gastro Acid!
New Move! Shiny Eelektross learned Zap Cannon!
New Move! Shiny Eelektross learned Ion Deluge!
New Move! Shiny Eelektross learned Crush Claw!

Frieghya started sniffing around and caught the delecate trace of electricity "guys, over here!" she motioned with her tail.

"Oh umm....yeah. Y-you're right." Tessa muttered.
"I'm sorry. You were umm...having a conversation..with someone else, b-before I interrupted..with my problems. There's...no need to umm..pay me any mind to me...anymore."
----
Millicent suggested that they could watch her teammates swim. The Timburr then pointed out one of the windows in the Pokemon Center. The window in question gave them a look of the indoor pool.
"Sure, I'd be up for that." Telpo chimed as he took a nearby chair.

"You know, I've never actually been swimming before. I've just never seen the point. I mean..it looks kind of fun..but it's definitely not my cup of tea. I'd rather read a book or something." Telpo explained.
"What about you? Have you ever been swimming?"
----
If Helena was still tasting Jake's emotions, she would notice that his levels of anxiety spiked as she asked if something was the matter.

"W-what?! No....of course not. Y-you're being..silly..." Jake murmured.
"Did...did Telpo...put you up to this?" He questioned a moment later. "He's been...insisting on figuring out w-what's wrong....but I can assure you........I-I'm fine."
Hazel said nothing as his trainer continued to speak, though his eyes never drifted from Helena...
----
It seemed Luna had the dilemma regarding Arthur under control, having called over Myrtle to track him down.
Frieghya seemed to be eager to help, calling everyone over to where she had caught the Rotom's scent.

"I didn't even know ghosts left a scent...that's pretty impressive." Pom said. "But..I don't think we'd be much help chasing down a ghost, we should probably leave it to Myrtle."
"Yeah." Hayai nodded. "If Luna....if she trusts Myrtle to do it...then I think we should put our faith in them."

----
With Rubeus hiding on the ground, Peeves grabbed Keith, and the pair were soon replaced by a garbage can.

"Wow...t-that's pretty i-impressive." Jake murmured. He then grabbed Neku, and the pair made their way behind a nearby garbage can.
Though his way of hiding wasn't nearly as good as Keith and Peeve's, Jake reasoned that it would work well enough for the task at hand. With Telpo hiding behind a second garbage can, the group could only wait for their targets to arrive...

It had only been a few minutes, but soon a loud commotion could be heard nearby. Jake almost peaked out from behind his hiding place, but opted not to. He didn't want to risk whoever was nearby from noticing them.
Suddenly the sound of loud footsteps could be heard, and a pair of people could be seen headed straight towards Rubeus. Though the pair was foreign to most of the group, Peeves might recognize them as the two he had been eavesdropping on before!
"I swear, I saw it! It went right this way!" The man exclaimed, before stepping right on Rubeus....

"No, it's quite all right, you can join in on the conversation," Hermione responded to Tessa.

"Yeah, you don't need to leave," Albus chimed in.

"I get that, yeah," Millicent nodded. "Keith doesn't even know how to swim," she added. "He keeps meaning to take lessons, and Myrtle keeps reminding him, but he's never found the time. I like the occasional swim, though," she added. "Willow can even come with me, since she floats," she added, hugging her log. As she spoke, a Tentacruel swam past, waving one of her many tentacles in greeting. Millicent waved back in response.

Helena would have been stupidly unobservant to not taste the spike in anxiety coming off of Jake at this moment. It was clear to her that something was seriously bothering him, and it wasn't just her asking about it, which made his response all the more transparent and phony. "Telpo did come to me," she said truthfully. "But I would have done this even if he hadn't- he's not the only one who's noticed something's wrong," she said gently. "Your Pok閙on are worried about you, and it's not just them- I'm worried, too, and even if Keith isn't saying anything, I can tell he's worried, too. You're one of his best friends. Look, Jake, I can understand not wanting to talk about something that's bothering you, believe me- it took me a while before I was willing to tell Keith how I died. I didn't feel like he's want me to burden him with something like that, but eventually I realized he would want to listen to me, to know what was bothering me. My brother's very good like that," she smiled. "He was even understanding when he learned what Peeves was when he was alive- he was one of the Machop that was attacking Gemini in the Fiery Path, but Keith knew that he'd changed considerably since then." She gave a small sigh. "I can tell you from experience, talking about your problems can really help," she stated. "And if you're thinking nobody would be willing to hear you out, I can tell you for sure you're wrong about that," she added. "Besides Keith and myself, there's Telpo, and in fact, I'm willing to bet most of your Pok閙on would hear you out. According to Telpo, many of them are just as worried about you," she stated.

Cyanide nodded. "Yeah, Myrtle's got this," she agreed. Indeed, as she spoke, the Banette was intently searching for Arthur, going after whatever leads she could find, anything she could sense.

It wasn't long before a commotion could be heard. Peeves's eye widened as he recognized the two Catalyst Grunts headed their way. "Son of a-" he whispered to Keith. "Those are the two I eavesdropped on in Hagane Labs!" he hissed to Keith almost silently. Keith nodded, though said nothing in response, watching intently as the man stepped right where Rubeus had hid...

"Stuuuun... FIIIIIIIIISK!" Rubeus bellowed, lighting the man up with his Thunder Shock attack.

"NOW!" Keith exclaimed. Peeves dropped the illusion, and fixed both Catalyst Grunts with a fierce Mean Look. Keith stood beside Peeves, and one could almost swear he too was using Mean Look, the way he was glaring at them. In fact, maybe he actually was. And now it was Neku's turn to act- they were waiting on the Oddish's Sleep Powder now.

The man let out a cry as Rubeus's attack sent lightning throughout his body! To make matters worse for the pair, Peeves dropped his illusion, before locking the two in place with his mean look.
"W-what the hell is this?!" The woman stammered, clearly frightened by the look Keith and Peeves were giving her. To answer the woman, Neku leaped out from his hiding spot, before spraying her and the man with a cloud of spores, knocking the pair unconscious.

"Alright...w-we did it. That was....actually k-kind of easy." Jake remarked.
"That it was. Whatever Sophie's plan was, it seemed to have worked brilliantly." Telpo chimed.
"See? I told you I had it under control." Sophie said upon entering the groups line of vision.
"I knew right from the start that it would go off without a hitch, those Catalyst scum can be so very dumb."

"I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we still have a problem." Telpo said, glancing at the sleeping grunts.
"There's only two of them. We're going to have to lure in another grunt if we all want to be disguised."

"No it's fine." Sophie shook her head. "I'll stay here while the rest of you go in. Someone has to make sure these grunts don't wake up, right? Besides I don't think I can attract anymore grunts with out getting caught."

"I-I guess so..yeah." Jake replied. "I think t-that makes sense."
"That still leaves another problem." Telpo chimed. "If you stay here Sophie, that means either Jake or Keith is going to have to be disguised as a girl."

"Umm...I-I'll do it." Jake replied. "I-I mean...it's...not like I w-want to...but..if it's our o-only way in..."
"I doubt you could pull it off master. It'll be far easier to have you stay here, while Sophie and Keith go." Telpo replied.

"Actually, I'm not supposed to go in. Zack told me as much." Sophie explained.
"Of course he did. Look, I can't be the only one that sees this isn't going to work, right?" Telpo questioned, turning his attention to Peeves and Keith.

The plan succeeded beautifully- Rubeus blasted the man with Thunder Shock, Peeves held them still with Mean Look, and Neku's Sleep Powder put them both to sleep. Keith nodded as Sophie reappeared, reiterating that she had it under control. "For sure," he agreed.

Telpo, however, was not so optimistic, considering there were only two grunts to impersonate, and three people to impersonate them, but Sophie solved that by volunteering to stay behind, guard the grunts, and make sure they didn't wake up, though the Abra pointed out the new problem this created in its place- namely, the fact that one of the guys was going to have to cross-dress. This time, it was Jake who solved that, volunteering to disguise himself as the female grunt for the sake of getting in. But Telpo still had his doubts, and upon learning that Zack didn't want Sophie going in at all, he appealed to Keith and Peeves to take his side, to agree that the plan wouldn't work.

"I dunno," shrugged Keith. "It's a crazy plan, but then, so is taking on a volcano god to save the lives of a volcanic island's dwindling Heatmor population."

"Telpo, lemme let you in on a little secret," Peeves said. "You spend enough time being trained by Keith Masters, you start to get that nothing's really impossible, and sometimes the crazy ideas are what work. Besides, if Jake's disguise ends up needing work, I can do some work on it with my illusions," he offered. "Yeah, I say we wait and see what the final disguises look like before we make any calls as to whether it'll work."

"I'm with Peeves on this," agreed Keith.

While Keith seemed to think it was crazy, he pointed out that his plan at Mt. Aduro had been crazy as well.
Peeves then explained that his time with Keith had taught him nothing was really impossible, and that he could fix Jake's disguise with his illusions if it needed work.

"Ok I guess you're right, we should probably see how the disguises turn out first." Telpo conceded.
"I can say that your illusions need to be pretty good for it to work though, I mean..these Catalyst costumes don't appear to have anything covering their faces." Telpo said, glancing at the grunts.

"I'm sure we can figure something out, Telpo." Sophie replied as she grabbed the female grunt. She quickly pulled the gray lab coat off the woman, revealing her regular street clothes underneath.
"So...I guess this all they really wear." Sophie said, before handing the coat to Jake. "Here slip this on. It might be a bit too big though."

Sophie's words were confirmed as Jake slipped the lab coat over his sweater. With his small frame, the coat was just barely hanging off the ground.

"Yeah...we're definitely going to need at least a few touch ups Peeves." Telpo remarked.
"At this rate I wonder if we should just create the illusions from scratch. I think the coat is hurting Jake's disguise, more then helping." Sophie added.

"Would you really be able to create such illusions though?" Telpo questioned, turning his attention to the Dusknoir.

While Telpo addressed Peeves, Sophie took the time to slip the gray lab coat off the male grunt, before handing it to Keith.
"I'm not sure if this is the right size for you either, but..well we should probably at least try, right?"
Indeed, from a glance, the costume the male grunt had been wearing seemed to be much closer to Keith's build, then the female grunts had been to Jake's.
Still, there was always a chance it wouldn't fit either...there was really only one way to find out.

Telpo conceded that they could see how the disguises actually looked before making any calls about their plausibility, though as they started to go to work, it became clear that Telpo had a point- the disguises consisted pretty much of the lab coats. Nothing to conceal the face whatsoever.

Peeves nodded as Telpo asked if he could create illusions the likes of which they'd need. "I learned illusions from the best," he replied. "And Keith can back me up on that- he knows who I mean by that- better, perhaps, than most. Keith," he said.

"Yeah, Peeves?" asked Keith.

"Bearing in mind who I learned about illusions from, and what you know that individual to be capable of," said Peeves. "Telpo wants to know if I can create sufficient illusions to disguise you and Jake as these Catalyst grunts."

"He's got this, Telpo," Keith stated with neither hesitance nor uncertainty, while trying on the lab coat Sophie had taken off the male grunt. It did look to be at least close to his size, if not an exact match, so he was rather confident it would be a comfortable fit.

Cassiopia nodded in agreement.
Frieghya nodded and followed the banette closely.

"Oh umm..a-alright then." Tessa murmured. "I mean..if you uh...truly don't mind."
"So Cassiopia, you were saying how you visited all these different planets..but, how did you end up finding ours?" Shibo questioned.
"Did you just happen to drift towards it or something?"
----
Millicent said that she understood, explaining that her trainer didn't know how to swim, though he'd been meaning to learn. She then said that she swam occasionally, and Willow could even come with her. Telpo noticed that she hugged her log as she said this.

"That's pretty neat. It's nice to see you two are so close...you and Willow, I mean. Almost like sisters." Telpo chimed.
"I'm kind of envious, to tell you the truth. I don't have any siblings, or anyone I could consider as such. Well, not that I know of anyway. I don't actually remember too much from my time before the Adoption Center."
"I mean, most of my teammates are nice and all...but you and my master are the only ones I'd consider myself close too. But, well I guess I'm still pretty lucky to have what I got."
----
Helena explained that while Telpo had come to her, he wasn't the only one worried about him. Jake's other Pokemon were worried, along with Keith and Helena herself.
The Banette continued, saying that it had taken her a while to tell Keith how she had died, fearing that she would be burdening him, before realizing that he would want to listen to her.
She added that talking about your problems to others could help, and that along with Keith and her, Jake's Pokemon would probably be willing to hear him out.

"N-no..I-I can't do that." Jake murmured, shaking his head.
"I-it's stupid, c-completely irrational. E-everyone would...t-think I was a creep..."
"I-I mean, i-if there was something b-bothering me." Jake quickly added, realizing what his previous sentence had implied.
"W-well...it's been a n-nice talk but...it's getting...pretty late, right? H-Hazel, can you l-look for everyone and tell them...i-it's time to get going?" Jake asked the Eevee.

Hazel gave a brief nod, before hopping away, in search of his teammates.
----
Though Cyanide agreed that Myrtle had everything covered, Frieghya seemed to want to help regardless. Though the pink Eevee tried to follow the Banette, Pom and Hayai could only imagine how difficult it would, considering Myrtle had phased through the floor.

"No really Frieghya, I think it's ok." Pom chuckled. "I get that you want to help, but I doubt that you can phase through walls like Arthur and Myrtle can."
"But that's really awesome that you're so eager to help." Hayai added. "I'd be willing to jump into action as well..but...I can't really go through walls either."
----
It didn't take long for Myrtle to find Arthur, the Rotom was casually hiding beneath the kitchen floor. However, Arthur didn't seem to notice Myrtle's presence, not quite yet anyway.
He didn't seem to be causing any chaos at the moment, but nobody knew when that would change...

----
In response to Telpo's question, Peeves once again explained that he had learned from the best, something that Keith agreed with.

"Well ok, if you say it'll work, then I'm confident that it will." Telpo chimed. "Because yeah..I think it's going to take a lot of work to make my master look anything like a girl."

Were her eyes playing tricks on her, or had Jake winced slightly just then? Sophie wondered.
Chalking it up to her imagination, she quickly turned her attention back towards Keith.

"Alright, I think it'll work." Sophie said once Keith had put the coat on.
"I mean, it does look a tiny bit short on you, but it shouldn't be too noticeable. What do you think Jake?"

"H-huh what? S-sorry...I k-kind of blanked out for a s-second." Jake murmured.
"I asked if you think the lab coat will work on Keith." Sophie replied.
"Umm...y-yeah I guess. I-I don't really know..."
"Well ok then...I guess it's time for Peeves to work his magic. Unless I'm forgetting something?" Sophie questioned.

cassiopia smiled "I was pulled here by a vision of the future. Where I would be needed."
Frieghya blushed "Duh, I'm not an idiot." she flicked her tail irritably and followed the Banette by sniffing out her scent then rushing downstairs,

Hermione and Albus both nodded at Tessa to confirm they truly didn't mind.

"Wow," Pomona murmured, amazed as Cassiopia explained that a vision of the future compelled her to arrive on their planet. "That's so cool. One of my teammates has visions of the future, too- she's a Swoobat, her name's Luna. Do you get visions about anything, or just ones that tell you where you're needed?" she asked.

Millicent smiled as Telpo remarked on how close she and Willow were. The Abra then went on to admit he was a bit jealous of that, as he really didn't have much of anyone he was that close to. There was Millicent, of course, as well as Jake, but beyond that, nobody he'd practically think of as a brother or sister. Perhaps you do have a sibling out there somewhere, speculated Willow. Jake's Qwilfish, Hannah- she's Hebenon's sister, after all.

"And even if you don't, I'll bet Jake gets a Pok閙on someday that you just instantly get along with," grinned Millicent. Her smile widened as Telpo conceded that he was lucky to have what he had. "I'm lucky to have what I got, too," the Timburr replied, looking at Telpo in a way that said there could be no question that she was talking about the Abra in particular. Meanwhile, a Blastoise and Feraligatr swimming in the pool observed the moment between the Timburr and Abra. This got them to exchange grins and loving looks, and the Blastoise affectionately nuzzled the Feraligatr.

Jake very nearly let something slip. And in fact, before hastily going back to his original, thinly veiled lie about nothing being wrong, he let slip that whatever it was he wasn't talking about, he feared it would make everyone think he was a creep. Helena gave a small sigh. Whatever was bothering Jake- and there could be no question as to whether something was bothering him- he very clearly feared what others would think of him were he to divulge it. "I can't force you to talk about what's bothering you," Helena said. "And don't tell me nothing's bothering you- even if I couldn't taste emotions I'd still know that to be false. All I can do is remind you that you have friends, both human and Pok閙on, who would be more than glad to hear out any problem you might be having. One in particular," she added, turning her blue eyes to indicate the cowboy hat-wearing man she was referring to. "I just want you to remember that you have a friend in this room who is open-minded, compassionate, loyal to a fault to anyone he considers a friend, and if I'm tasting his emotions correctly, has been concerned about you since you got here. If there was one person on the face of the planet who I know for a fact would not think you were a creep no matter what you confide in him, it would be Keith Golbatson Masters. Just remember that, OK?" she requested.

Myrtle found Arthur without any trouble. And speaking of no trouble, that's just what he was causing. For now, Myrtle simply maintained a distance, observing the Rotom carefully, and trying to see what emotions she could taste off of him.

That would be cool if I could phase through walls like a Ghost-type, Luna remarked idly, before flying after Freighya. Cyanide nodded to Pom and Hayai and followed as well. Of course, Freighya wouldn't see anything downstairs- the floor below them was the Pok閙on Center, but Arthur and Myrtle were currently somewhere between the Pok閙on Center's ceiling and the kitchen floor.

Telpo conceded that if Peeves was so confident in his abilities, than the Abra was as well, adding that it would take a lot of work to make Jake look like a girl. What struck Peeves as interesting, however, was Jake's reaction to this statement- Jake had winced slightly at Telpo's words, almost as if insulted by them somewhat. Keith noticed this as well, but neither Trainer nor Dusknoir mentioned this- they both had other matters at hand at the moment. Namely, the disguises. Keith had tried on the lab coat, and it did fit him well. It looked a bit short on him, according to Sophie, but not by very much. Jake very distractedly half agreed with this, at which point Sophie indicated that Peeves should try working his magic.

"Alright, let's do this," Peeves stated, cracking his knuckles. "Now, the general gist here is that the illusions will be psychically linked to each of you, and will also be solid due to the psychic power I'm gonna infuse them with. Not indestructible, though- that'd be pretty much impossible- but as far as being able to pick stuff up and interact with door handles or whatever, you'll be able to do it without a problem. Now then... Lemme focus..." Peeves murmured, closing his eye and concentrating intently... and seconds later, Keith and Jake were made to look exactly like the snoozing Catalyst Grunts.

"What are you needed for exactly? Is there going to be an alien invasion or something?" Shibo questioned.
"I-I'd umm...like to know as well." Tessa murmured. "Umm..both what Shibo and Pomona asked..I uh..mean."
----
"Hmm...I don't think the odds are particularly high, but you never know." Telpo replied to Willow's speculation.

The Abra couldn't help but blush at Millicent's words. Though she hadn't outright stated it, the look she was giving him made it very clear who she was referring to.
"Yeah...I guess it wasn't very logical of me to feel that way about you and Willow. I mean, like I said before...I have a lot going for me..and I can say I'm pretty happy with how my life has turned out so far." Telpo smiled, briefly glancing at the pool as he spoke.
"I mean I've come so far from the Abra I was at the Adoption Center. I've grown so much, and I've met some amazing people and Pokemon that have changed my life."
"But...I'm also looking forward to what the future has in store, for us, for everyone." Telpo finished, his face once again a light shade of red.

"Sorry, I guess I went on a bit of a rant there...but, what about you? Do you feel the same way?"
----
Helena explained that she couldn't force Jake to talk, and that even if she couldn't taste emotion, she'd still know something was up. She then reminded Jake that he did have friends he could talk to, including Keith.

"I-I know I can...talk to them. I-If something was wrong...I-I would tell them." Jake murmured.
Before anything more could be said, a Flaaffy walked over to the pair, interrupting their conversation.
"Hazel said it was time to go home?" Milo questioned.
"Y-yeah it is, it's getting kind of...late." Jake replied.
"That's fair." Milo nodded, before turning to Helena.
"This has been a splendid party. Thank you for having me as your guest." The Flaaffy said, giving a short bow to the Banette.
----
"Alright let's find that..deceiving ghost and teach him a lesson!" Hayai exclaimed, before following after Luna and Cyanide.
Pom couldn't help but shake his head at the Zebstrika's antics. Despite this, he choose not to say anything, instead silently following the rest of the group.
----
Myrtle continued to spy on the Rotom as he continued to do nothing. That was, until Frieghya and the group began to head down stairs. It seemed Arthur now had his eyes locked onto the pink Eevee, though he remained under the kitchen.
The emotions coming from the Rotom seemed to be extremely intense. The most prominent one's being anger and frustration...

----
Peeves quickly explained how the illusions worked, before beginning to concentrate. Suddenly Jake and Keith were gone, their appearances replaced by the ones of the Catalyst Grunts.

"Wow, that's amazing Peeves...I can't even tell the difference." Telpo chimed as he circled the Catalyst doppelgangers.
"Umm y-yeah...wow." Jake murmured, catching Telpo and Sophie off guard. The voice was very clearly Jake's, but coming from what appeared to be the female Catalyst grunts lips..

"Yep. I guess it doesn't really help with voices though." Sophie shook her head. "Oh well, I guess that was obvious in hindsight."
"I hadn't even thought of that." Telpo added. "But yeah, as long as you both keep quiet, it should be good."
"I imagine you won't really need to talk anyway. You're not having a staff meeting or something." Sophie explained. "Just get in and get out, as fast as you can. That was the plan."

Pomona looked curiously at Cassiopia as she waited for the questions to be answered.

Millicent nodded as Telpo reflected on how far he'd come since his days in the Adoption Center, on how lucky he was to have who and what he had, and how optimistic he was for the future. The Timburr nodded in response to Telpo's question. "I do feel the same way," she confirmed. "Back in the Adoption Center, I had nothing, nobody, and no hope for the future. In fact, if it weren't for Willow, I wouldn't have had a future at all. But now..." Millicent smiled. "Now, I have Willow, who's practically my sister... I have an awesome Trainer who accepts me the way I am, won't force me to evolve, cares about what I want... I have cool teammates, like Ariana, and Helga, and Helena, and Violet... and even Bart, annoying as he can be sometimes," she chuckled. "And of course, I have you," she added, her smile widening as she looked at Telpo. "With all of that, I can't help but be optimistic for the future."

Jake maintained that he'd tell his friends if something was wrong were something actually wrong, still sticking to the feeble lie that Helena didn't believe for a second. Before she could call Jake out on any of this, however, a Flaaffy approached. Jake confirmed that they would be leaving soon, and the Electric-type bowed to Helena, thanking her for having him as a guest. "You're very welcome," Helena smiled, bowing back. "Though you should thank my brother as well- this is his house, after all," she added, gesturing to Keith, before turning back to Jake. "I get it," she said. "You're not ready to talk about what's bothering you, and I can respect that. All I ask is that when you do feel more ready, that you remember what I said," she stated. "And also, don't feel shy about stopping by again," she added, now with a small smile. "Keith's always happy to have friends visiting. Believe me, I taste it," she added.

The group made their way downstairs to the Pok閙on Center, and sure enough, no sign of Arthur. "Must be between the ceiling and the upstairs floor," remarked Cyanide. "According to Peeves, it's actually a pretty good spot to relax, though somehow I doubt a non-Ghost-type would be in any position to see this for themselves."

Myrtle observed Arthur silently, noting his fixation on Freighya, and the intense and delicious anger and frustration he was giving off. Myrtle thought about this as she absentmindedly snacked on these negative emotions. Rage in general made for some very choice cuisine, at least in her opinion, though she poked a bit further, tried to see if she could taste any sort of motive behind the anger and frustration. Essentially the Banette equivalent of playing with one's food.

The illusions were flawless, save for one minor detail- Jake still sounded like Jake, and nowhere near anything like Team Catalyst Grunt #2. Keith said nothing, but supposed that if he spoke up, he too would sound like himself, and not like the man he was masquerading as.

"Yeah, voices I can't really do," Peeves replied sheepishly. "I mean, you want a voice match, normally I'd recommend Jack, but Keith makes a good point about not wanting to trigger that Ditto radar. Now then- the tracker," he added. "Fifth floor tracker, implied to be one of two, but it's probably the backup, meaning the main one is probably not as well-protected. It's not on the first or fifth floors, the latter being fortunate since grunts aren't allowed up there anyways. Narrows it down to floors two through four. And whatever they might have in the way of a basement," he added. "Didn't really see what's what in that regard... But yeah- we go in, we destroy the tracker, we go out. Hopefully it'll go as simply as I say it," he stated. "We ready?"

"As I'll ever be," Keith responded (sure enough, sounding like himself).

Cassieopia slowly shook her head "Just where I am needed and when. I cannot see why I am needed."
Frieghya glared at the ceiling and sat down with a purpose, like she was not going to move until the Rotom came out. She was pissed at the Rotom for being a lying lump of betreyal and she would not stand for how he treated her new Zebstrika friend.

"Well that's a bummer." Shibo said, letting out a small sigh. "Still, whatever it is..good luck."

"E-excuse me T-Tessa." A voice stammered, causing both the Pikachu and Shibo to cast their attention towards it's owner.

"S-sorry to interrupt...i-it's just....Jake said...i-it was time to go home." Hazel murmured.
"Oh umm..ok.." Tessa replied, before turning her attention back to the group.
"I-I'm sorry..it seems we uh...must be off. S-sorry I didn't really umm..c-contribute to the conversation..."

"You were just fine, I think. There's no need to put yourself down like that." Shibo said, causing Hazel to jump into the air with a loud shriek.
"S-shibo..I-I d-didn't notice you there...s-sorry." The Eevee stammered. "But y-yeah Jake's..j-just over by the stairs...w-when you're ready." Hazel finished, before walking off in search of his other teammates.

"I'm sad that I must go so soon...but it's been nice meeting you all." Shibo smiled. "Maybe we'll see each other again soon, but until then farewell."
----
"You're probably right..but I'm guessing he won't be able to understand my speech." Milo said in response to Helena.
"So maybe just give him the message instead? That'd be much appreciated."

It seemed Helena had decided to stop asking Jake questions, instead reminding him to remember what she had said, and to not feel shy at stopping by. Apparently Keith was always happy to have friends drop by.
"Oh..umm..yeah s-sure." Jake muttered. "Well I mean..I-I'm stopping by...tomorrow, b-but other then that..I guess I'll drop by...sometime soon."
----
Millicent confirmed that she felt the same way as Telpo, explaining how back in the Adoption Center she had held no hope for the future. She wouldn't have even had a future without Willow. But now the Timburr had Willow, her trainer, cool teammates, and Telpo.

Telpo couldn't help but smile at Millicent's words. The two of them...they were so similar in many ways. Both of them had found themselves in the adoption center, and each of them had given up on ever finding a trainer during their stay.
Yet the both of them did end of finding a trainer...and each other. It was kind of poetic in a way, Telpo mused.

Before he could say anything however, Frieghya and the group marched downstairs, piquing his interest.
----
With no sign of Arthur, Cyanide explained that he must have been in between the first floor's ceiling, and the second floor's floor.

"Make sense." Pom nodded. "Since he didn't want us chasing him, that's a pretty good location to hide."
"Sure it makes sense, but it's no good for us." Hayai added.

Upon hearing what Cyanide had to say, Frieghya sat down and began to glare at the ceiling.
"Umm..a-are you ok Frieghya?" Hayai questioned. "I mean..you do know you can't really do anything just by looking in his direction...right?"

"So, what's going on here?" Telpo questioned as he floated away from the table, and towards the group. "If you don't mind me asking of course."
----
Upon seeing what Frieghya was doing, Arthur seemed to be saying some undoubtedly rude things about the pink Eevee. From her distance though, Myrtle wouldn't quite be able to hear just what the Rotom was saying.
As Myrtle probed through Arthur's emotions, one major theme could be found. Anger, frustration, hatred...all of his emotions seemed to be linked to Frieghya. It was as if the mere sight of the Pink Eevee was enough to anger him...

----
Peeves explained that he couldn't do voices, that being something Jack was better with. The Dusknoir then began to tell the group what he knew about the tracker. The fifth floor one was implied to be a back up, meaning the main one was more vulnerable.
The main tracker also couldn't be on the first or fifth floors, leaving floors two through four, as well as a potential basement.

"I'm not liking the sound of that.." Sophie said. "I mean, that's a total of four different possible floors to explore, I'm not sure how you guys will be able to find it in time."
"Fear not, for that's where I come in!" A familiar voice rang in the groups heads as a Duosion floated up to them.

"You see, my trainer and I happen to have a map of the entire laboratory. If I remember correctly, the floor with most of the labs computers is..the fourth one." The mitosis Pokemon explained. "I'm not saying it is there but, well there's a good chance."

"Of course, my trainer told me to tell you guys when Peeves first went in..but well...it sort of slipped my mind until now."
"Slipped your mind? You say that like it was nothing! We really could have used that information earlier." Telpo chimed.
"Yes yes, and I'm deeply sorry for that. I hope I didn't hurt your little adventure too much Peeves. If so I'm so very sorry."

"Aww," Pomona sighed as Tessa and Shibo were informed that Jake was leaving soon. "Well, bye, then," she said. "Please, tell Jake all of you are welcome back here anytime," she added.

"It was nice to meet you all," Albus said politely.

"Yes," agreed Hermione.

"Yeah," nodded Scorpius.

Helena chuckled. "Fair point," she conceded. "I'll pass the message along to him, then." She then nodded as Jake said that besides tomorrow, he'd drop in again sometime soon, though she wished she could get to the root of what was bothering Jake... Maybe, she figured, if she tried to see just what else she could taste in Jake's anxiety... maybe that might clue her in at least somewhat? She tried doing just that- she had no expectation of unraveling the entire mystery right then and there, but she'd appreciate any pieces to the puzzle this might uncover.

Millicent smiled at Telpo, though they then noticed the group coming downstairs. She walked with Telpo to greet them, and listened as Telpo asked what they were doing.

"We're looking for one of your teammates," Cyanide said to the Abra. "Manipulative jerk of a Rotom. Tried to turn Hayai here against Luna, claiming she works for Stewie."

"Works for-" repeated Millicent incredulously. "Why would this Rotom even-"

He wishes to appear heroic, Luna stated. If there are no villains for him to best, he makes his own.

Cyanide, at that point, sat beside Freighya and glared at the same part of the ceiling the pink Eevee was. Just looking at where Arthur was wouldn't help them much, but then, it's not like they were overburdened with alternatives here.

Myrtle raised an eyebrow as she examined what she was tasting. Hatred, anger, frustration, all of it directed at the pink Eevee below them who was glaring right at where the Electric/Ghost-type was hiding out. She made a decision, and floated closer to Arthur. "So," she said to the Rotom. "Not ve-ry hap-py, are we?"

Sophie voiced her dislike of the situation- ruling out the first and fifth floors didn't rule out all that much. Then Duosion spoke up, voicing a solution which, while admittedly brilliant, also really should've been mentioned sooner. "Wh- you- a map of- what?!" Peeves spluttered. "OK, you just lost all right to give me crap about tripping the alarm- that map of the laboratory, that's the kind of information you open with on a mission like this!" he said.

"Forget it, Peeves," said Keith. "What's done is done. The important thing is, now me and Jake know where to go, right?"

"Yeah, I guess so," grumbled Peeves. "Alright, then- fourth floor's our destination, it seems. Should we get moving?"

Cassiopia nodded "very nice meeting you." she bowed.
Frieghya twitched an ear "I'm mad at him for being a lying sack of shit and for manipulating my friends." she stated curtly.

"I'll be sure of it." Shibo nodded, before he and Tessa made their way towards Jake.

As the pair approached their trainer, Tessa stopped in her tracks. She had forgotten to say goodbye to Aragog. The Ariados had been the first to talk to her while she was here, but she had nearly forgotten about him entirely!
"Y-you umm...go on ahead Shibo, I need to...s-say goodbye to someone first.." Tessa murmured, before beginning her search for the Ariados.
----
Satisfied with Helena's answer, Milo turned to his trainer, signaling that he was ready to go.

"A-alright..Milo..return." Jake muttered as he tapped the Flaaffy with a Thunder Ball, sucking the wool Pokemon inside.
With Helena saying nothing, Jake couldn't help but feel even more anxious.
Banette's could taste emotions, that much Jake knew. So if she wasn't saying anything....was she focusing on his emotions at that moment? Or was he being paranoid? He couldn't really be sure...but he didn't want to risk it.
Looking around, Tessa hadn't yet returned..but Hazel could probably get her after, Jake reasoned.

"Y-you know what? I-I think Hazel m-might need my help. So I-I'm just going t-to go, bye." Jake stammered, before rushing out of the battle room. A few moments later, a Lickitung followed, looking quite distressed.
Though Jake hadn't stuck around for long, Helena would have been able to taste what was in his anxiety. Hatred, anger, despair, fear, it seemed many emotions played a small part in making up his anxiety.
----
"Rotom? Oh you mean Arthur?" Telpo questioned. "I didn't have the chance to talk to him too much, but from what I have, he seemed okay. A bit delusional though."
"That's what I thought too, but..some of the things he's been saying...well it's been disturbing to say the least." Pom said, shaking his head.
"That's not good. We really don't need another Aco on the team." Telpo replied.

Noticing that Cyanide was also staring at the ceiling, Hayai opted to join the pair, his gaze resting in the same spot as Cyanide and Frieghya's.
----
"-then I'll stick her head on a pole right outside her house! Then I'll laugh as she squirms and screams as her miserable life comes to an end!" Arthur exclaimed as Myrtle approached him.

Upon hearing the Banette's voice, the Rotom wheeled around to face her.
"Unhappy?! You bet I am!" Arthur shouted.
"That stupid Eevee is ruining everything! She deserves to be tortured to her dying breath, to have her head smashed in for her defiance! If Pom and that stupid girlfriend of his wasn't there..I'd make sure that pink scumbag wouldn't be leaving alive!"
"Wait a minute...you're with them aren't you?! You're here to try and take me on, is that it?!" The Rotom exclaimed.
"Because if so, you've made a terrible mistake! Even in my weakened form, I can and will destroy you."

----
Peeves seemed less then impressed as Duosion revealed this information, stating that the mitosis Pokemon had lost his right to give the Dusknoir crap after forgetting about the map.

"I'll do whatever I please. My little mistake didn't alert the enemy that they were under attack...unlike someone's." Duosion retorted.
"That's enough Duosion. You need to stop giving Peeves such a hard time." Sophie said. "We're on the same team, right? There's no need to fight, that won't get us anywhere."
"R-right...sorry Sophie" Duosion murmured.

"Apology accepted. Now, how about you help me guard these grunts while the others go to Hagane Labs?" Sophie suggested.
"That sounds great!" Duosion chirped, before floating over to Sophie's side.
"Well now that that's taken care of...I think we're ready to go!" Telpo chimed.

"B-but umm..we should p-probably have you return to your..P-Pokeball." Jake stammered. "I-I mean...we don't if the grunt...I-I'm disguising as....if she e-even has an Abra."

"Good point." Telpo chimed. "But if you do get caught, well...I can always teleport us out in a pinch."

"I-I'll keep that in mind." Jake nodded, before reaching into his bag and grabbing Telpo's Pokeball. Upon returning the Abra to his ball, Jake began to rummage through his bag, before withdrawing the rest of the Pokeballs he had brought.
The grunt he was impersonating was wearing a belt..and Peeves had said the illusions could interact with various objects thanks to psychic power. With this in mind, Jake clipped each of the Pokeball's to what appeared to be the grunt's belt. Sure enough they remained there, as if the belt was real.

"I can't r-really wear this in, huh?" Jake said as he slipped his bag off his back, before handing it to Sophie.
"S-sorry about that. But yes...I-I think we're all ready now."
