Charizard UPN PASBL: Ironthunder vs. Tyoyo

IT (C) vs. Toy (A)
3v3
Singles
Slapstick
Equilevel 1
Switch = KO

Castelia Sewers: In the underground of Castelia, the sewers have fallen into shoddy disrepair. The waters running through the system have become polluted, becoming much more like sludge than water. The filthy substance will leave any non-Poison Pokemon exposed to it for long enough under the Toxic status. On either side of the running sewers lie concrete walkways, their structures solid despite the neglect. As these walkways are made of pure concrete, very few Pokemon will be able to affect the terrain, with only the likes of Steelix being able to manipulate it for attacks such as Rock Tomb or Earthquake. This arena is indoors only.

alright squad lgi

El Rata: Level 2 Male Pikachu Libre
Hidden Power: Grass
Bio: "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOU COULD'VE BEEN ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD TONIGHT BUT YOU'RE RIGHT HERE AT THE POKEMON WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH!" The announcer shouted, raising his arms into the air. The crowd cheered on, the energy in the stadium electric and nearly tangible. The announcer continued on, "THIS MATCH AIN'T FOR THE FAINT OF HEART FOLKS, SO GET READY FOR A THROWDOWN FOR THE AAAAAGES!"

A nasty roar came from one side of the ring, and with no light shining over the beast that gave it, the crowd fell quiet, intimidated into silence. The announcer glanced over nervously. "Alright, well folks, looks like someone's getting antsy. In the red corner, the behemoth from the tip of Mt. Coronet, our city's pride and joy, STEEEEEEL DRIIIIILL!" The light flashed over the red corner of the ring, a monstrous Steelix curled over itself and gave another roar, this time spurring the crowd into a frenzy of cheering.

"And now, the challenger from Kalos." The announcer voice dropped, and he spoke with a tired and joking tone this time. The crowd laughed. The blue corner crackled with light. "The legendary brawler, known for his INCREDIBLE strength." Sarcasm seeped in his voice. The crowd laughed harder. "Here we go. EL RAAAAAATA!"

The Pikachu dashed forward, glancing around at the crowd either laughing or whispering to their friends. They didn't think he could do it. But he liked being doubted. He hopped up to the announcer's shoulder, stole his microphone, and shouted a gruff "PIKAAAA!" into it. The crowd only laughed harder.

Pleasantries were exchanged, but the Pikachu didn't pay attention. Only one thing mattered: The sound of that bell. He stared down his opponent, somebody at least 50 times his weight. Weight doesn't matter to El Rata. Heart does. His muscles loosened up as he returned to his corner of the ring, planning his first move. He strained his body, looking onward. Any second, any minute now. They'd be proven wrong.

The bell rings. Pikachu dashes forward, hopping upwards onto the Steelix's back. He springs higher into the air, and uses the momentum to bring a Flying Press right onto it's head.

The crowd gasps.

Special Training: LIIIIIBRE (Fighting)
El Rata is now familiar with fighting energy. He gains access to Circle Throw, but loses Signal Beam and Disarming Voice. El Rata is much stronger as well, able to carry things as if he were a Raichu's height and weight. El Rata's ranged attacks are less accurate at range (roughly 2-3 feet), and he is now weak to Bug and Flying type attacks.

Marquis: Level 1 Male Mime Jr.
Hidden Power: Fairy
Bio: Marquis is a performer by lineage and fighter by choice. Born into a noble family of the Mime line, Marquis was expected to learn the art of being a mime. But he took to the streets instead, engaging himself in bar brawls and fighting rings around the world. All those Fighting types didn't stand a chance, but the occasional Scrafty or Pangoro gave him trouble. With no Fairy techniques to his name, he picked up his own tricks.

Special Attack: Screen Sphere (Fairy)
Mime Jr. releases a ball of Fairy energy at the foe, dealing significant damage for significant energy. If Mime Jr. has a shield technique up, it’s damage is increased to high. Mime Jr. can no longer use Mud-Slap or Grass Knot.

Vince: Level 1 Male Buizel
Hidden Power: Ground
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature Move

Stella: Level 1 Female Gilgar
Hidden Power: Electric
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature Move

Dee: Level 1 Female Dustox
Hidden Power: Ice
Bio: Inspired by Rocky's moon transformation, Dee tried to convince a group of Clefable to transform her too. They refused, because Dustox are ugly. Also, this was a group of Wigglytuff. Dee is... not the brightest.

Signature Technique: Moonlit Aegis (Bug)
Dustox creates a bubble of silver energy around themselves, expending a significant amount of energy to protect against incoming attacks. This move will block the next attack that comes in contact with it, expending significant energy to do so, increasing by light energy each time it blocks an attack. Dustox's defensive stats will increase by one stage after blocking an attack. Moonlit Aegis will not protect against non-damaging techniques. Dustox can no longer use traditional Protect, nor any defensive boosting move. Moves with defensive boosts as secondary effects will not trigger the boosts.

Isolt: Level 1 Female Murkrow
Hidden Power: Rock
Bio: Despite her Dark-typing, Isolt is a kind hearted bird who wants to help everyone she meets. Her ancestors have always been connected to the natural world unlike any other Murkrow, and her heritage allows her to connect deeply with every living creature. Isolt loves the world she's been placed in, and seeks to prove that she has a kind heart despite her species

Special Technique: Earth's Breath (Ground)
Murkrow sends a wind imbued with the energies of the planet at the opponent, dealing solid damage for signifigant energy. Electric attacks used for the next 3 rounds will be 20% less effective, similarly to Mud Sport.

Gonna start off with Dee, the Dustox. Take the stage, girl.

Zoro, match him.

Let's lead with a Mean Look into Air Slash. Drop the Air Slash for another Mean Look should he block the first.

Get a QC Substitute out to take that Mean Look. U-turn out to El Rata, the Pikachu; if the Mean Look still hits you, give him an Electroweb to one of his wings instead.
