Round 15

The Dunsparce takes a deep breath and sounds a war cry, charging in and Flailing at the opponent. Hei Bai at the same time hardens his Tail using an Iron-like energy, hoping to swat this fly out of the air once and for all. Rhodes slams into the Kangskhan's chest, and looks ready to continue with his flurry of attacks when suddenly the beast spins, cracking the Dunsparce in the side with his tail like a batter would hit a baseball. Rhodes cries out in surprise and pain, flying several feet and bouncing off of the grass. When he comes to a stop, he lays there panting, finding it very difficult to get up. Hei Bai turns, huffing a bit himself, looking ready to get on with the match. As the Kangskhan watches though, he sees Rhodes growl and writhe in pain one more time from the painful poison, before finally fainting completely.

Rhodes is unable to battle! Ger, send out your final Pokemon!

Hei Bai took one blow, but still has a good amount in the tank. He looks banged up visibly, but seems to be holding his ground. His energy use this round wasn't too bad; on the easier side, in fact. His steel energy has had a big chunk taken out of it.

Last from Der we have a Mightyena, who is an uplevel with a nice sig. Cool.

Ambrose starts with a dark pulse immediately, hitting the kangaroo for a good hit. Kangsakhan didn’t enjoy this round, into critical health now. Energy use was pretty good and he’ll enjoy a break. Ghost is pretty much out.

Ambrose took a small hit, but used considerable energy due to spite. She can go on a bit without a break, but don’t push it.

Round 17: SUCKER !!

Kangaskhan starts to get into a frenzy, but is distracted by Ambroze’s paw. She stares at it, almost hypnotized before getting mailed by the other claw, dealing juuust enough damage to bring her down.

Results:
Ambroze used some energy, nothing special. Enjoyed the one mover.

Kangaskhan is unable to battle, last mon and orders please EG.

Round 18: Fail.

Last from EG is his Monferno, no up-level this time so Mightyena gets some boosts. But massive type advantage and all that.

We start off with Monferno slapping Mightyena silly with a bunch of kicks, she responds by glowing red before getting hit on the skull by a brickbreak. The red aura intensifies... before fading, counter being an awfull move. Hidden power however hits for more damage.

Results:
Ambroze took a lot of damage, decent energy use.

Monferno took a large hit with that hiddenpower, but holds a comfy lead. Energy use wasn’t really that much.

Round 19:

Mightyena summons up the clones, but they get destroyed by an incoming heatwave, along with a good hit for the poor cat thing. Darkpulse hits for a resisted hit, and rocksmash deals good damage only because it’s SE. You both suck at RF.

Results:

Damage for Mightyena, still goodish. Energy use was meh, could use another break soon.

Resisted damage for the monkey, nothing serious. Heatwave was a bit taxing, but rocksmash all but.

Round 20: Suckered again.

We start with a repeat scenario of last round, only this time Monferno tries to attack first and is distracted by a dangling paw, before being punched in the gut with the other one. The hit is resisted but brick break doesn’t happen. Next Monferno starts up a low sweep, but Mightyena is just as fast, and intercepts the low sweep with his paw. Actually getting most strength from the front paws this is somewhat successful, save for the whole type table thingy. Monferno taking way less damage than Mightyena.

Results:
Mightyena still took some damage from that low sweep and is sitting at half now. Just like energy, he could use a break.

Monferno took two resisted hits, yeah his lead is growing and growing. Energy use wasn’t much.

Round 21: TO THE PAIN!!!

Before Mightyena can react Monferno swoops in and starts to pummel the hyena around for some massive, massive damage. Ambrose howls in pain, and over time those howls intensify and hurt Monferno for a non-resisted hit for a change. Monferno however continues the assault with yet more close combat, taking Mightyena to his limits. He’s still standing though. But barely, so barely in fact that I’m allowing the third close combat to happen, because Ambrose isn’t going to win this anway.

Results:

Ambroze is unable to battle, EG and Monferno are the winners

EG: 3 KO’s and 6 TP
Ger: 3 TP
MXCD: 3 SP
Selena: 3 SP for being fast
