Once again happy to be out of his ball, Banane has no problems with Karmas and Claptrap hitching a ride on his back. The trio kept their pace, and found themselves running into a very cool looking Scraggy, who was quick to invite Karmas and co to come and play with it and its friend Wailord. "Sorry little fella," replied Karmas, "But I don't have anything for swimming. But perhaps we could play something else? Maybe we could see who has the strongest throwing arm by throwing some seeds or something?" Shiftry's Big Seed Fling

"Hey there," she said hoping not to frighten the little Pokemon. "You look like you could use a sweet treat, that aways perked me and my Pokemon up" she said with a smile. She took her satchel off her shoulders and routed around the Berry Pocket and pulled out Payapa x2 Berries, the vibrant pink colour looking inviting. She found out a bowl from her camping gear and ground the berries up. Zabini took the bowl from her and drew up Ice energy into his palm using his Ice Punch to freeze the berry mush into balls of Ice Cream before offering it to the small Pokemon with a bright smile Ice Cream Scoop: 7165

Meanwhile, as if in a daze, Hoshi kept a wary eye on her trainer as she scoured desperately through the tall grass. It seemed to her the girl was searching for something more than just one small bug. The young trainer looked around however, and there was no sky race at all. The Foongus was a little bit disappointed since the trainer could not help at all. As though it were on cue, several Jumpluff started to fly by calling out to the winds that carry them. The Foongus looked admirably at these grass-types, maybe even jealously. Then Bill remembered the Venipede that he helped out earlier. Bill picked up the Foongus and approached one of the Jumpluff. After explaining the situation, the Jumpluff nodded its head and let the Foongus ride it a little bit. Gold started to chase the two from the ground, very playfully. The three started to have fun and Bill looked up at the sky. "The world of dreams...who would have thought that it would be more of a paradise for my Pokemon than for myself." Suddenly, the music started to play again. Both Bill and Gold looked off to the distance where they both believed the music was originating from. The two looked at each other and walked off toward the direction. Both of them waved good-bye to their new Grass-type friends. Jumpluff: 60,369 Last edited by CyberBlastoise; 10-21-2011 at 11:32 PM. The blue pokemon turned back to the trainer and nodded at him. It then began to pantomime it's dilemma to the trainer. It took a minute for Stark to catch on. Apparently this pokemon was looking for an avian pokemon to help it in a Sky Race. Whatever that was. Still, Stark could hardly leave the pokemon in such a sad situation. Grasping one of his pokeballs, he tossed it into the air releasing his pidgey into the air where it circled and eventually came to land at Stark's feet. "Here you go. Pidgey can help you in your race. Won't you buddy?" The bird chirped in agreement as it took off into the air. Without warning the blue pokemon leaped up into the air and landed on Pidgey. Stark winced as Pidgey let out a shriek. The trainer contemplated calling his avian partner back, but it was too late as the blue pokemon had guided the bird out of range. Stark began to become more and more nervous. He jumped up into the air a number of times hoping to fly again like he did earlier, but it was of no avail. The two eevees at his feet began to race around in circles with their eyes trained toward the sky for any sign of their comrade. With a grim look of determination upon his face Stark reached down and retrieved two more pokeballs from his belt. Just as he was about to release them Pidgey and the blue pokemon returned, much to the trainer's relief. "Pidgey return!" Stark called out as a blast of red light shot forth and encompassed the bird bringing it back inside of its pokeball. Stark dug his feet hard into the ground as his two eevees took up stances on either side of him ready to attack upon his command. The blue pokemon stared at the trainer for a moment and then gave what Stark could only interpret as a smile. It looked happy. And not just happy, but grateful as it came up and gave the trainer a hug for his help. Stark stood there wide-eyed, not sure what to make of the situation even as the blue pokemon waved goodbye and headed off into the woods. The trainer was left in confusion as to what exactly just happened and eventually shrugged his shoulders at the strange encounter. "Come on guys, let's go see what else we can find here," he said to his two partners. Sky Race: 45350 |

Hayward (Tree of Dreams)
Reasoning the Relic Band may prove to be valuable you tuck it into your bag before heading further into the forest. Before long you round a bend to find a familiar sight and feel a tight knot form in your stomach as the magnificent Tree of Dream looms over you. Something is telling you your time here is up although you're not quite sure if you're ready to leave. Unsure of how you're supposed to proceed from here or what will happen next you gaze up into the branches watching the images of the Pokémon you've met upon your journey dance amongst the leaves. Suddenly you feel lightheaded as the distinct feeling of waking from a deep dream starts to overpower your conscious thought, and you try desperately to cling onto the moment. Your adventures here, the friends you've made, and the items you've found suddenly seem so unreal as you feel the warm sun on your skin as you lay on the sandy riverbank on which you'd fallen asleep not all that long ago. Images of the new and interesting Pokémon and Items you'd found are fading away as you begin to rouse, though your mind is hanging onto something you'd heard the tree say once before... "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." Rummaging through your backpack in search of your Berry Bag the items you'd found in this strange land of dreams come flying out... Only having time to collect two of them if you are to offer the Tree of Dreams a berry you choose those which most appeal to you before making your offering, the name of the Pokémon you'd most like to meet again on the tip of your tongue as you wake on the riverbank in the warm afternoon sun... PikaGod (Tree of Dreams) Though not exactly the game it had expected to be playing, the Lv.4 male Scraggy is quite content to fling some seeds around for a while, enjoying himself immensely before heading off into the forest. Rounding the next bend in the trail you stop dead in your tracks as a familiar ancient old tree looms over you. Taking a step back you feel the urge to turn tail and flee but you know this is futile and stare at it in awe as images of the Pokémon you've met in this strange land swirl in and around the tree's branches. Though the Tree of Dreams stands in silence for now, you remember the words it had spoken before: "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." You know this is it, your mind wandering back to the encounters you've had with the Pokémon whose images are floating around the tree. Opening your bag to remove your Berry Bag you spy the PokéToy and Fire Gem you'd found upon your travels, wondering if these items will disappear when you awake from your dream. Locating your Berry Bag as you feel yourself starting to rouse from a deep and restful sleep, you wonder if what the tree says is true. The Pokémon you've met here are like nothing you've seen before which makes sense considering you've just been dreaming as they're probably nothing more than a figment of your imagination. If you really were to meet one of them again, however, you know which you'd choose, and with this Pokémon in the forefront of your mind you feel yourself waking to a bright and cheerful afternoon... Arc_Angel (Tree of Dreams) The Lv.4 female Sewaddle is so very impressed with you for having taken the time to help cheer it up with a refreshment and a smile that it crawls up your arm and perches on your shoulder, quite happy to travel with you for a little while. You continue to walk through the forest for a short time before the little Sewing Pokémon stares at the trail ahead, looking a little nervous. It then rubs its cheek against yours, saying bye before making its way off into the forest and leaving you to continue on your own path. A few minutes later you come across a magnificent tree that is standing so tall you're surprised you'd not seen it before. The sheer size of it is astounding as it seems to be disappearing into the clouds above, but it's the moving images of the Pokémon you've met upon your travels here that that are weaving in and around the branches that has surprised you the most. While you stand and stare a disembodied voice that you're assuming is coming from the tree itself speaks to you:- "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, offer nothing to leave on your own..." While your mind tries to digest this information you suddenly feel yourself rousing, as though waking from a deep sleep. You're not sure if you're awake or asleep anymore, unsure of what is real and what is not, but you want to believe that not only this place is real, but also the Pokémon you have met. Instinctively reaching for your Berry Bag your hand brushes the Pearl String you'd found on the border of the beach and forest and wonder if this item is even real. You're guessing you'll soon find out, however, and as you feel your consciousness leaving this world of dreams you try to focus your mind on the one Pokémon you'd met here whom you'd most like to meet again... lilbluecorsola (Tree of Dreams) Luckily it doesn't take you long to track Ledyba down, the Lv.4 male Pansage so happy to find his friend that you can't help but be amused by the sight of the two jigging happily together. Soon afterwards they thank you before heading back off into the forest, but as you round the next bend in the road are almost distressed to find the great and mysterious Tree of Dreams looming over you. Not quite sure how you'd managed to go full circle in such a small amount of time you're certain something else is going on here so decide to let whatever is going to play out run its course. Remembering the words of the ancient oak, you reach for your Berry Bag, wondering who you should choose, the Comet Shard you'd found earlier still securely tucked away. "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." Foongus, Shelmet, Audino, Patrat, Pansear, and Pansage, all are so unique. Right now you're wondering if they're even real or just figments of your imagination. You can feel yourself rousing from a deep and restful sleep, but although you're not yet ready to leave this dream state you are in you're finding you're unable to fight the overwhelming need to awaken. Toying with your Berry Bag you wonder which of these Pokémon you'd most like to one day meet again... CyberBlastoise (Tree of Dreams) Helping the Lv.4 male Foongus to fulfill its dream is wonderful feeling, even if it hadn't been in exactly the way the Mushroom Pokémon had anticipated. This world has been a wonderful experience for your Pokémon, and you can't help but feel it's been more of a paradise for them than for yourself, but considering this is your dream, and the sky is the limit as far as imagination goes, perhaps it's possible you've not really utilised all resources available to you in this world of dreams. With this in mind you round a bend in the trail ahead only to find yourself standing in front of the Tree of Dreams, a feeling of dread washing over you as you realise your time here is almost up. The tree stand silently, its powerful presence making you feel small and insignificant, the words it had echoed before now running through your mind:- "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." Reaching for your Berry Bag you wonder if you'll see any of these Pokémon again, or if they are even real. Your hand brushes against the Binding Band and Psychic Gem you'd found earlier, and wonder if these are real either. You figure you're going to find out soon, however, as you feel yourself rousing from this deep and pleasant dream state to the familiar sights and sounds of the living world around you while your mind focuses solely on the Dream Pokémon you'd most like to meet again... Stark (Tree of Dreams) Pidgey had not only helped the Lv.4 male Sawk to enter the Sky Race, but to win it! The Karate Pokémon so thrilled it almost sends you reeling face first into the dirt trail with one almighty slap of affection landed square in the middle of your back. Finally lifting you in a gigantic bear hug, Sawk puts you down before heading off into the forest, happier than he's been in quite some time. Grinning to yourself you find yourself hoping that not all forest Pokémon are as muscular as Sawk or you may find yourself covered in bruises before your travels are over, but as you round the bend in the trail to find the Tree of Dreams looming over top of you your heart sinks, knowing your chance of meeting more forest Pokémon for now, at least, has gone. The tree's disembodied voice speaks again, but you already know what it's going to say:- "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, offer nothing to leave on your own..." As you rummage around for your Berry Bag the Float Stone and Pretty Wing you'd found earlier nearly fall out, and you find yourself hoping these items are real. Your eyes are drawn to the images of the Pokémon you had met on your adventure, the Tree of Dreams somehow conjuring up images of those whom you had befriended, when you suddenly feel yourself rousing as though from a deep and restful sleep... |

I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep, because my dreams are bursting at the seams...
Quote:
Will and his team are happily making their way through the Dream Worlds Pleasant Forest when the trees unexpectedly start thinning out all around them. A feeling of déjŕ vu mixed with nostalgia suddenly washes over everyone, abruptly stopping them in their tracks. Without realizing it, the boy and his comrades have once again happened upon that large open meadow in the heart of the woods; the one they traversed not so long ago while on their strange journey through the vast jungle realm, the one where they were encountered The Tree of Dreams. White puffy clouds that look like mountains of candyfloss drift lazily through skies of purest blue as Will steps forward and instantly spots the enormous tree sitting alone atop a crested hill in the center of the clearing, its great spreading branches swaying gently in the breeze. Curly purple wisps dangle from its limbs like Christmas ornaments, slender green vines snake around its massive trunk, and gnarled roots jut out in a variety of directions before burying themselves into the fallow ground of the forest floor. Four mighty oaks that would no doubt tower over any other tree of the forest sprout up near the base of this gargantuan tree but look more like tiny little saplings in comparison. Looking at the colossal tree rising before him, Will feels a tight knot begin to form in his chest, and he's suddenly hit with the realization that it's nearly time to go. Just then, the semi-transparent forms of all the Pokémon he and his team helped that day once again slowly materialize among the stately tree's branches, waving and smiling down at him in a friendly manner. Audino, Petilil, Cottonee, Blitzle, Foongus, Timburr, Sewaddle, the pair of Purrloin, and the pair of Minccino. Will grins fondly as he remembers the fun they had and the friendships they made and suddenly wishes it might never end. Just as he thinks this however, an unmistakable sensation of lightheadedness overpowers him, warning him that he will be awakening very soon, and even as he tries to grasp another moment in the realm of light and shadow - hold it in his hand, and never let it go - he begins to be more conscious of the material realm, the warmth of the sun on his skin, the grit of sand on his neck, and life beginning to return to his lethargic limbs. The sound of water gently lapping against the surface of the riverbank comes to him as if from another dimension, and Will realizes it'll only be a few short moments until he's back in the real world for good. As he rolls over on the beach, the images of the tree, the Pokemon he has helped, the items he has found, and the adventures he has gone on suddenly begin to swirl together into a jumble of incoherent thoughts in his mind. At that moment, a distant echo, a ghost of a memory, reverberates in his head, "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." Knowing that he won't be continuing, without hesitating, Will reaches out and grabs the ethereal Relic Band and Rocky Helmet, stuffing them down into his side-strap courier bag, before quickly withdrawing a Cheri Berry and tossing it through the arched doorway at the base of the tree, while at the same time exclaiming, "Blitzle." Quickly he reached for his back pack, and when he opened it he found the PokeToy and Fire Gem from before. Digging into this berry bag, the trainer pulled out a Durin Berry and walked up to the arc shaped opening. "Lillipup," he said as he placed the berry in the opening.

Tessie (Tree of Dreams)
As you and Tempest start to carry your travels on through the beach a sudden haze emerges, thinking the sea is giving off a fog you both disregard it and travel on, when suddenly the fog engulfs you both and in the manner of seconds disappears and all of a sudden you emerge in front of one giant tree, the looming foliage giving off a sudden vibe that makes Tempest a little uneasy, but in your mind a calmness, as you feel your body tingle in the midst's of waking, but not so much, you know the feeling well. As you look t the tree, bubbles form with the friends you have seen, Tympole, Ducklett and Frillish float and wave to you, the Tree glows as you hear these words. "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." As you rummage through your bag, Tempest barks and at your feet you see the Flying Gem and Floating Stone you came across earlier. Picking them up you notice you only have a short time to go before reciting the name of the Pokemon you need before leaving. Last edited by Arnold; 11-09-2011 at 04:20 PM. |

"From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on..." Bill listened to the words as before, but he realized something. There were no exits at this part of the forest at all, in fact, even the entrance that he and Gold went through was sealed. Bill realized this meant one thing. "I'm waking up," he said to himself. He then looked at the tree; like last time, it asked for a berry, but it would not take "no" for an answer. Bill reached into his Berry Bag and plucked his Bluk Berry. He looked down at his Binding Band and Psychic Gem and wondered if these were just figments of his imagination as well. Bill's adventures in this world cycled through his head. He kept recalling all the wonderful new friends he met along the way. He also wondered if he'd ever see them again. Bill looked at the Bluk Berry for one last time as he set the berry at the base of the tree. Suddenly, Bill had the urge to mention one of the Pokemon's names. He said, "Deerling" aloud as he backed away. At first nothing seemed to happen, but Bill felt something. He looked at the Berry and it was gone. He looked around waiting for something, anything to happen. Was he stuck in this dream world? Or perhaps there's something obvious he missed...maybe it just needed a little bit more time to happen, whatever it was. Last edited by CyberBlastoise; 11-07-2011 at 10:34 PM. "Whoa!" Righting himself, the scientist observed the panting avian, with its mouth panting excitedly and snout snorting to match. It reminded him of another bat Pokemon, except a lot less feral, but Shadow was quick to recognise the signs. "I'm guessing you're hungry, too?" he asked, and was answered by a rapid beating of black wings. Shadow had even less idea where one might find nourishment on empty clouds, so as before he presented a Mago Berry to the starving creature. "I think I know someone who might be able to help," he suggested, spotting a glimpse of a familiar, purple balloon hovering nearby. Drifloon's Fill and Float: 172,699

Hayward (Extralink's Entree Forest) Pokémon: Blitzle Level: 4 Gender: ♀ Ability: Sap Sipper Type: Electric Learned Moves Quick Attack Tail Whip The feeling of waking from a dream isn't as pleasant as you'd have hoped, but just as you feel you're about to jolt awake you find your conscious mind calming once again. You feel like you're spinning as you're standing still, but it's not a crazy, mindnumbing sensation, more a gentle twist as your surroundings blur into green before you stop, finding yourself standing in the middle of a forest clearing you've not seen before. Looking around you find yourself face to face with the very same Blitzle you were only a moment ago hoping you'll meet again. You can sense you're somewhere between worlds at the moment; not quite awake yet not asleep either, and feel the two of you are here for a purpose. Walking over to stroke Blitzle's forehead she reaches down and nuzzles your pocket with her nose. Feeling something there you reach in, curious, your fingers feeling the cool, smooth surface of a very familiar object. Drawing the Dream Ball from your pocket you smile, instinctively knowing exactly what this special Pokéball is for. A short time later, with your business here taken care of, you close your eyes and relax, welcoming your return to the real world where you can really begin to get to know your newest friend... Summary: Leaving the Dream World with Lv.4 female Blitzle, x1 Relic Band, x1 Rocky Helmet. PikaGod (Extralink's Entree Forest) Pokémon: Lillipup Level: 4 Gender: ♂ Ability: Run Away Type: Normal Learned Moves Leer Tackle Feeling a berry is a small price to pay for the opportunity to raise and train a Pokémon met in a place such as this you hand over your Durin Berry without hesitation. A moment later your surroundings feel as though they are moving around you, until pretty soon all you can see is a big green blur as even the Tree of Dreams has disappeared. Before long your surroundings begin to take shape and you find yourself standing in another forest clearing like none you'd come across in your travels, only this time the little Lillipup you had met when you'd first entered this amazing forest races up and leaps into your arms, covering your face with big, sloppy puppy kisses. Pleased that your wish to again meet with Lillipup has been granted you feel something fall and look down to find a special Pokéball you've not seen before laying on the ground by your foot while Lillipup bounces excitedly in your arms. Smiling to yourself you instinctively feel you know exactly what this Dream Ball is meant for and a short time later, your business here completed, you allow yourself to relax. Within moments you feel yourself gently rousing from a deep and wondrous slumber, a sleep so deep, with dreams so strange, you'd feel they'd not eventuated at all if not for the evidence you've somehow managed to bring back with you. The evidence in the shape of a brand new and very unique little partner... Summary: Leaving the Dream World with Lv.4 male Lillipup, x1 PokéToy , x1 Fire Gem. CyberBlastoise (Extralink's Entree Forest) Pokémon: Deerling Level: 4 Gender: ♀ Ability: Serene Grace Type: Normal/Grass Learned Moves Tackle Camouflage Growl Knowing your time here has come to an end you make the decision to try and take a Pokémon with you, though how that will happen is beyond you. All you can do is follow the advice given in the ancient tree's riddle and hope for the best. Placing your Bluk Berry at the base of the Tree of Dreams you clearly state Deerling's name before looking around curiously, waiting for something... anything... to happen, when you feel yourself begin to spin. Or perhaps it's the forest spinning around you? You're not quite sure which it is, all you know is that your surroundings are but a blur. Closing your eyes so as not to become too dizzy, you soon feel the gentle breeze around you fall still before opening your eyes to find yourself in a clearing you'd not discovered upon your journey thus far. There is no Tree of Dreams in this clearing however, just the beautiful, gentle eyes of a little doe smiling up at you. She smiles shyly before nuzzling your hand, when you notice something in it. You'd not even felt it there before, it had just seemed to materialise out of nowhere, but you smile nonetheless as you know exactly who this Dream Ball is waiting for. A short time later, with your business here taken care of, you feel you're ready to leave this strange world of dreams, hoping you may one day return. For now, however, you feel yourself rousing from a deep and restful sleep with a new little partner who is as eager to explore your world as you are to explore hers... Summary: Leaving the Dream World with Lv.4 female Deerling, x1 Binding Band , x1 Psychic Gem. Shadowshocker (Tree of Dreams) With a little help from Drifloon you manage to help satiate the appetite of the hungry little Bat Pokémon. The Lv.4 male Woobat is ever so grateful and screeches his thanks before heading off into the distance. Returning to your exploration of the Windswept Sky you admire the absolutely amazing view from way up here. You can see the Pleasant Forest and Sparkling Sea for below, along with little islands dotting the sky, some with connecting rainbow bridges and others without. You see little houses, some more modern than others, and many little garden plots with plants at various stages of growth lined up in neat little rows. The sense of freedom gained from soaring across the sky is intense, but when you pass through a cloud and are confronted by the familiar shape of a large tree materialising through the clouds, you feel your heart skip a beat as you feel it's too soon to be meeting with the Tree of Dreams again. Just like before, images of the Pokémon you have met on your adventure weave in and around its branches, only this time you sense you're not going to have the option of continuing on. Waiting for it, you finally hear the words that confirm your time here is about to come to an end; "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, offer nothing to leave on your own..." As you rummage through your backpack in search of your Berry Bag you come across the Relic Band and Fire Gem you'd found in the forest, hoping they are real and that you'll wake up with them in your possession. You feel yourself beginning to rouse with each passing moment, and concentrate on thinking of the Pokémon you'd most like to meet again, hoping the Tree of Dreams can help to reunite you... Please note that Dream World Pokémon can only be captured using a Dream Ball, the Dream Ball cannot be kept or traded.
You may later switch your DW Pokémon into another type of Pokéball, but the Dream Ball must be discarded when this occurs. Dream World abilities are only available on Pokémon caught in the Dream World although they can be bred into offspring via the female line. |

"It's a fitting tribute, then," he murmured, placing the Berry at the foot of the giant tree, and as though he willed it the image of the thorny, metallic Pokemon wafted towards him. "We're honoured to have you on the team, Durin."

"I suppose that means that you and I will part soon," Bill commented when the Normal/Grass type nuzzled up against his hand. That was also when the red headed trainer noticed it, a pink Pokeball. It kinda reminded him of a Heal Ball, but its pattern was slightly different. Bill realized exactly what was going on. He didn't know why or how, but he felt like the Deer pokemon is going to be traveling with him. He stared at the Dream Ball, and then he looked at the Pokemon before him. He held out the Dream Ball toward the Deerling and asked, "Are you ready to go?" The Deerling just smiled an nodded its head. Soon, the pokemon was put into the pokeball and the trainer found the world around him start to crumble. Pieces of it started to separate from the section that the trainer was on. He only said one thing, "I'm waking up." ------------ Bill awoke to find himself outside of the village that had recently detained him. The warmth of the sun made him want to sleep more, but the light from the same source kept him from falling back asleep. The trainer looked toward the village that he was in earlier; he wondered if they just threw him out for falling asleep in the middle of court or perhaps being sent out of the town was the punishment for his so-called crimes against them. Either way, he chuckled to himself, when he felt something graze against his left arm. He looked to see the Dream Ball, the Binding Band and the Psychic Gem that he remembered in that dream he had not to long ago. His eyes widened as he picked up the strange Pokeball and sent out the Pokemon. "Ling!" called out the Grass/Normal type as it was sent out of its Pokeball. It looked at Bill for a bit then it rubbed its face against his. "Deerling." "Wow, you-you're that Deerling I saw...in that dream," Bill said, a bit mesmerized. He then looked at the Binding Band and Psychic Gem beside him. "No doubt about it, that was no ordinary dream." He wondered if he would ever see that strange place again, that Dream World. Though right now, all that was needed is to head somewhere else, maybe to find more adventure along the way. OoC: Thankya Tess for the wonderful adventure. It certainly was very memorable. |

"Stop that little fella," he laughed, trying to pry the dog off of him. Next to their trainer, Banane and Claptrap did nothing to help, it was too funny for them. Finally managing to pry the little puppy off, Karmas noticed a small ball similar to that of a Heal Ball. Seconds later he suddenly woke up, Banane, Claptrap, the Lillipup and several items by his side. "So I take it that you wanted to come back with me?" jokingly asked Karmas as he held the Dream Ball out to the newly christened Eddie. The Lillipup barked and lightly bumped his head on the ball, being sucked in and officially confirming himself as a member of Karmas' team. OOC: Thanks for the adventure Tess, I loved it and thank you for all the time and effort that you put in.

Once again in the realm of consciousness, Will grins up at his partners, giving them a sly wink before casually remarking, "Well, mates, that was some nap, huh?" His fingers wrap tightly around the Dream Ball containing Blitzle in his hand. "Wait'll I tell you about the dream I had... you'll never believe it..." *bows graciously* Again, thanks for an unforgettable RP experience Tess. It was loads of fun and I sincerely appreciate you taking the time out of your busy RL schedule to see it through to the end...cheers! |

Shadowshocker (Extralink's Entree Forest)
Pokémon: Ferroseed Level: 4 Gender: ♂ Ability: Iron Barbs Type: Grass/Steel Learned Moves Tackle Harden Your decision is made, and an easy one it is. Placing a Durin Berry at the base of the Tree of Dreams you focus your gaze upon the image of Ferroseed floating through its branches. Soon you find your gaze fixed solely upon the Thorn Seed Pokémon while you wait for something to happen, your conscious mind barely aware of anything going on around you. The floating form of Ferroseed comes closer until it's floating less than a metre from your face and you remember clearly how happy he had been when you'd reunited him with Pineco. Suddenly the bubble bursts and you jump, startled, all of a sudden realising you are no longer even in the same area as the Tree of Dreams. You're in a forest clearing, that much is evident, but now you're face to face with Ferroseed and you wonder if it's possible that you really are able to leave with him after all. Not quite sure how you know it's there you reach into your pocket and pull out a small and unique looking sphere, the pretty pink Dream Ball almost bristling with energy in Ferroseed's presence. Knowing exactly what you're meant to do right now you take care of business before allowing yourself to completely relax, feeling yourself rousing from a deep and satisfying sleep with a new team mate you're eagerly awaiting the opportunity to train... Summary: Leaving the Dream World with Lv.4 male Ferroseed, x1 Relic Band, x1 Fire Gem. |

Though the girl made a point to steer back into the trees, to her shock and dismay she found herself standing at the foot of the great oak once again. Something in her partner's familiar gaze told her she should have been expecting this. She could feel her own body becoming restless, and her eyes growing irritated as the edges of the world began to blur at her vision. As she listened to the tree's wise words once more, she reluctantly reached for her Berry Bag, spotting the precious piece she had picked up earlier safely tucked away beside it. She smiled as she touched its seemingly solid surface, wondering if it too would vanish the moment she awakened. Pondering over all the encounters she'd had, she recalled how many of them had been searching for their own friends, and it dawned on her that asking one to leave with her would mean leaving those friends - and their home - behind for good. She gazed wistfully at the calm scenery, and came to the conclusion that perhaps this time, it would be better to leave things as they were. Forming attachments only led to loneliness... The girl felt a brush against her neck, and looked down to find Hoshi gently nuzzling against her. She smiled and stroked the creature's leaf, then stood and turned to face the towering tree. Casting one last look about the woods, she stepped forward and extended her hand, bestowing a small Chesto Berry in offering for her and her Chikorita's sole passage home.

The three of them continued on through the forest enjoying the warm weather and calm environment. As they reached the edge of the forest Sewaddle stirred and looked a little nervous. She said goodbye before jumping off her shoulder and wriggling back into the forest. Stacey and Zabini took one last look in her direction before choosing to continue on. It didn't take them long to come across an absolutely ginormous tree, she didn't know how they didn' notice it before. Its top disappeared into the clouds and its base had a hole carved into it. Strangely though in orbs floating around the tree were images of the Pokemon she had met so far. Suddenly a voice seems to eminated from all around her: "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take, Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, offer nothing to leave on your own..." As the voice diappeared Stacey began to feel like she waking up and was unsure if this world was still in her dream or part of reality. Stacey reached into her bag feeling the Pearl String placed there by Zabini and felt her berry pouch. To offer a berry to take a dreamed Pokemon with her? She felt a tug at the edges of her consciousness as her mind prepared to wake fully. She cast a look at Zabini who was exeriencing the same feelings. She thought back to the new friends she had made and frowned, how could she choose just one of them? She found her mind made up before she even realised it. "It's been great coming here, I know that I've not been the best person to live with recently but I've done with sleeping, I've done with dreaming and I'm ready for reality. I'm ready to live again and I sense that there is something or someone out there waiting for me." Zabini looked overjoyed at her speech, he had his trainer back. He couldn't wait to wake up and tell the others ... he saw a party coming on. "Lets let dreams be that, dreams. Lets go Zabini, time to wake up" Stacey took his hand and the two of them approached the tree ready to face the world again.

lilbluecorsola Knowing you've rested long enough, and that your time here has come to an end, your mind wanders back to all those Pokémon you'd met upon your travels. The decision to leave alone is an easy one to make and as you feel yourself rousing from a deep slumber you close your eyes and hold Hoshi closely, completely relaxing as you feel your conscious mind returning to the real world. Opening your eyes you find yourself laying in your own comfy bed in your secret base hidden away in a secluded cove of Sapphire Island's Southern Beach with Hoshi blinking sleeping at you from her side of the pillow. Stretching as you wake you reflect on the dream you'd just had, surprised by how real it had felt, when your hand brushes against something small and hard sitting on the bed next to you. Wrapping your fingers around it you hold it up to the light to see it looks just like the little clue Comet Shard you'd found in your dream and glance at Hoshi to see the same expression of recognition. Perhaps the two of you had shared the same dream after all...
Summary: Leaving the Dream World with x1 Comet Shard. Arc_Angel Thinking back over the Pokémon you'd met upon your travels you're satisfied with your choice to leave them here in their home world. Your reality is very different to theirs - much harsher, so much less dreamlike, but despite this you feel your time here has been well spent and that you are ready not only to return to your own time and place, but to everything that comes with it. No more hiding away, no more living in fear, no more avoidance - it's time to live again. An overwhelming feeling of relief flows through you as you give in to your unconscious, and taking Zabini by the hand allow yourself to completely succumb to the dream state as you enter the gaping mouth of the Tree of Dreams. As darkness envelops you, your eyes flutter open to the familiar surroundings of your secret base only this time you've not awoken from a nightmare leaving you a shivering mass of fear, but from a dream that has allowed you to put the past behind you and move on with your life. Feeling something in your pocket you reach in to find the Pearl String Zabini had placed there while asleep and look at it with wide-eyed wonder. Was your dream really real? Was it not just a long overdue wake up call allowing you to move on, but an actual place you had travelled to whilst asleep? If so, the range of possibilities this allows for is mind boggling, but also something you have no wish to dwell upon right now. Your priority is your team. The Pokémon you'd met in your Dream World may have been wonderful additions to your team, but your current team need you and you feel now that you're ready to be there for them. Clasping the Pearl String as a reminder of the new hope you'd discovered in the Dream World, you awaken to a new day, ready and eager to face your own real world... Summary: Leaving the Dream World with x1 Pearl String. |

"Where did it come from?" Tess murmurs, her question eliciting a questioning whine from Tempest. In the next instant the tree glows, words seeming to emanate from within its ancient trunk... "From your slumber you shall wake, but only one friend are you able to take. Offer a berry and you'll both be gone, leave for me nothing to continue on." Tess's heart skips a beat and she moistens her lips nervously, not liking what she's interpreting this to mean. If she's understanding this right then her time in this wonderfully calm and beautiful place has come to an end, and although she's not exactly sure where she is she does know she's not yet ready to leave. She senses she doesn't have any choice in the matter though, and her mind spins as she desperately tries to sift through the information at hand to reach a decision. Her gaze lifts to the images of Ducklett, Frillish, and Tympole whom she'd met upon her travels, the three Pokémon all species she's never before seen. All unique, and all special in their own way. Although she'd taken a liking to both Ducklett and Tympole, it was Frillish who had tugged at her heartstrings from the moment they'd met and for whom Tess feels the strongest bond. She isn't going to assume that Frillish feels the same way, however, and would rather allow the little Floating Pokémon to make her own decision. With this in mind Tess reaches into her pack, locates her Berry Bag, and removes a single Pinap Berry which she then places at the base of the ancient tree. "If Frillish would like to come with Tempest and me, she's welcome to," Tess says, her eyes locked upon the image of Frillish floating through the branches. "Should she wish to stay here, however, I can only hope we'll one day meet again." Not quite sure what she's expected to do next, Tess waits, her fingers nervously scratching Tempest just behind the ear while waiting for something to happen...

"That was one hell of a dream," Tess reflects, her hand unconsciously reaching out for Tempest only to feel something already in her palm. Tess frowns, lifting her hand to stare at the uniquely marked pink Pokéball she hadn't even been conscious of holding. She frowns, wondering where it had come from when she glimpses something from the corner of her eye and turns her head to see a stone floating beside her. Sitting bolt upright she scoops the stone from the air beside her before opening her palm to examine it closer, her mind wandering back to a Floating Stone on a beautiful, deserted strip of beach she'd been walking along not so long ago. A beach she'd dreamed of where she'd also found a sparkling Flying Gem - just like the one laying on the bed beside her. Tess glances at Tempest who also appears to recognise these items, and when their eyes meet they both turn their gaze to the Pink Pokéball, neither uttering a sound yet both already knowing what, or whom, it must contain. Barely able to contain herself, Tess holds the Dream Ball nervously, her hand shaking ever so slightly as she presses the release mechanism and watches the familiar form of Frillish materialise before her. Her breath catches in her throat and she smiles, a single tear rolling down her cheek while the Floating Pokémon smiles back at her before reaching out to wipe away the tear with one elegant movement. "Hello Frillish," Tess smiles, already eager to introduce this wonderful new Pokémon to the rest of her team. "Welcome home..."

"Now how did this get here?" the scientist couldn't help but ask. All questions, though, were dispelled as the seed creature began bouncing up and down, expressing its excitement despite no apparent change in its countenance. "Alright, Durin." Activating the capture mechanism, Shadow welcomed the new operative as he spiralled into the pink sphere. "You're one of us, now." OoC: Like the above, Tess, thanks muchly for an excellent adventure and introduction to Generation V. |

With the conclusion of this event, those of you who have caught Dream World Pokémon are now able to use them.
Thank you for having taken part in this special event, I hope you've enjoyed your time here. Additionally, Generation V Pokémon are now catchable in zones and can hatch from eggs. (Only eggs picked up from today can hatch Gen V Pokémon. An egg picked up last week will only hatch a Pokémon from Gen I - Gen IV) The shops have been edited with the new additions, and the new BW Pokédex can now be used. *yawns* Now that's over I think I may just go back... to... Zzzz... zzz... zzz... |
