Levelling RF. Squad up.

Celebii151 03-30-2014 07:52 AM

Cheers, Connor. Let's make a good, albeit short match, Kamen.

Phasma: Level 1 Female Phantump
Hidden Power: Fighting

Sonoré: Level 1 Female Noibat
Hidden Power: TBA

Morpheus: Level 1 Male Drowzee
Hidden Power: Rock

Mars: Level 1 Male Ralts
Hidden Power: Dark

Lento: Level 1 Male Slowpoke
Hidden Power: Ground

Squib: Level 1 Male Inkay
Hidden Power: Rock

KamenAeons 03-30-2014 02:51 PM

Muddy: Level 1 Male Mudkip
Special Training (?): Jet Pack Propulsion (WATER)

Through the fusion of science and space travel shenanigans, Muddy is capable of propelling himself into the air. This technique allows Muddy to fly backwards to a distance of at most 5ft (1.5m) using his Water Gun. His Hydro Pump Jet Pack is much more powerful, of course, propelling him for double the usual distance (10ft or 3m). Due to the force expended in propelling himself, Muddy uses up 15% more energy in using Water Gun and Hydro Pump for these purposes, although using them normally does not incur this extra energy usage nor does using the jet pack in arenas under zero gravity. Oh, and Muddy can use Aqua Jet to compliment his Jet Pack tactics.
Hidden Power: Bug

Lilli: Level 1 Female Petilil
Signature Move: Maximum Drive - Planetary (FIRE)

Lilli enjoys watching shows with the rest of the Troupe, and a Troupe favourite is Kamen Rider Double. Naming this move after the heroes' signature moves, Lilli condenses the energy of her Hidden Power into a large orb high above her head, which continues to slowly grow in size while it moves to the target. This is due to it absorbing heat from the environment and some of Lilli's Grass energy. Although it is a relatively slow projectile once fired at the foe, its heat deals heavy damage with a 20% burn chance to Pokemon within 1m of its point of impact. This technique is fairly dangerous to Lilli due to her being a Grass type Pokemon and may cause decent recoil (10%) if she is somehow forced to fire prematurely, and expends all of her Fire energy pool and moderate Grass energy to fuel the technique.
(It's basically a Fire-type Zap Cannon, but Lilli refuses to admit it. Definitely not the wave-type Inferno though since it only ignites once fired.)
Hidden Power: Fire AKA Maximum Drive

Gabby: Level 1 Female Gible
Signature Move: Spiral Rush (GROUND/FLYING)

Gabby's love of digging for treasure led to her tuition by a Treasure Hunter's Excadrill that she met during Rider's travels. As a result, she has learnt to dig not only her way, but the Drilbur way as well i.e. like a drill. To replicate this maneuver, Gabby incorporates mild Flying energy as she drills into the ground at a faster speed than normal and continues to pick up speed. When she emerges from the the ground, a small twister accompanies her to restrict its movement as she rams the opponent for the usual damage of Dig. Due to the twister trapping the foe and the speed that Gabby soon reaches, she is able to strike even if the opponent is airborne, albeit with more difficulty. She can also incorporate a Dragon Rush into the move, but it expends 20% more Dragon energy than usual. Due to the rapid spinning nature of the move, Gabby can only use this move twice a match so she doesn't suffer fatigue from a third usage.
Hidden Power: Electric

Biribiri: Level 1 Male Joltik
Hidden Power: Ice

Gourgeous: Level 1 Female Small Pumpkaboo
Hidden Power: Rock

Alto: Level 1 Male Swablu
Hidden Power: Ground

Here's hoping timezone shenanigans don't mess around with this RF! And let's test out these sigs! Or I would say that if there wasn't that ghoul of a dryad there.
With that said...
Gabby, let's roll!

Celebii151 03-30-2014 08:34 PM

Lento, you're up. Near the river. Water Gun, followed by Calm Mind. Keep wary for attacks, and should he near you, blast him away with a Water Gun instead of Calm Mind.

KamenAeons 03-30-2014 08:45 PM

Gabby! Let's go! Since Lento's not exactly fast, and isn't in the river, Dig to avoid and strike, then Mud Shot as he Water Guns you!

Connor 03-31-2014 06:29 AM

Using x2/x3 and 4/6 since this is a RF, if you two have any objections say so and I'll edit my scales and summary.

Both trainers release their Pokemon, Lento and Gabby preparing for battle. The Gible is the first to enact her orders, quickly making short work of the loose soil beneath her feet. Lento fires a pressurised blast of water to little effect, the Gible managing to move underneath the surface of the Forest floor before the attack connects. Erupting from underneath the Slowpoke, the Gible grins widely as the attack connects sweetly, but the grin is quickly wiped from her mouth as another Water Gun is fired, this one connecting sweetly. Annoyed, Gabby spews forth a Mud Shot from point blank range.

Lento is approaching the end of his first third already, with Gabby not far behind. Both are fresh, and roughly tied for energy.

KamenAeons 03-31-2014 06:49 AM

Mud Slap, then Dragon Claw. Should you see any typespam coming your way, I guess we can be unoriginal and call for a Dragon Rush instead of swiping with claws.

Celebii151 03-31-2014 09:02 AM

Sweep him away with an Iron Tail during the Dragon Claw, turning around in the process so you have your back facing him. Prepare a Blizzard while your back is turned, then turn and blast him with it. Hopefully the Mud-Slap won't get in your eyes, but feel free to utilize your Psychic senses to hit him.

Connor 03-31-2014 09:17 AM

Gabby dives forward, raking her claws through the ground at her feet. With a flick of her arm, she sends a decent clod of mud hurtling towards Lento, who grumbles as the Gible watches triumphantly. Darting forwards, Gabby this time coats her right claw in a thick layer of Dragon- type energy, but as she strikes Lento with the energy coated appendage, Lento suddenly turns around, slamming a Steel- coated tail into the Gible's side. Gabby is sent hurtling away, slowly dragging herself to her feet, and as she does, her face shows an expression of sheer horror. Lento turns to face her once again, his maw this time emanating a definitive cyan aura. Opening his mouth wide, he sends a vicious blast of concentrated wind and Ice- type energy towards Gabby, who screeches loudly in agony as her health is obliterated.

Gabby is already into critical reaches, the Blizzard essentially totalling her health. She remains good for two, however. Lento is approaching the midpoint of health, and is panting somewhat after the Blizzard.

Celebii151 03-31-2014 09:20 AM

Psychic, followed by another Psychic. And also, how much Ice Energy does Lento have left?

Connor 03-31-2014 09:36 AM

Roughly enough for a single Ice Beam.

KamenAeons 04-01-2014 07:16 AM

Hoping that's no Wave Psychic. But Welp!

Draco Meteor, Earth Power.

I've never used that first attack, like ever, but I know it'll be a nice way to go out with a bang.

Connor 04-01-2014 07:45 AM

While physically slow, Lento's mind is drifting into overdrive as he anticipates his near victory. Lazily closing his eyes, they suddenly burst open once again, a thick blue colour overtaking the normally white pupils. A small grin creeps onto the Slowpoke's face as a churning wave of Psychic energy erupts from his body, and Gabby goes stiff as the attack crashes over her. Her eyes drift to the back of her head, and she stumbles forward, her weight causing her body to crumple.

Gabby is unable to battle! Kamen, your final Pokemon please.

Lento went untouched, and is refreshed. Is just under the midpoint of energy.

KamenAeons 04-01-2014 08:20 AM

Nice and quick, I guess. Ice isn't cool, huh, Gabby. Warm up for now.

Biribiri, let's wreck stuff. Bug Buzz into Discharge.

Celebii151 04-01-2014 09:31 AM

Let's go out with a bang as well. As well as wreak havoc. Flamethrower, then catch that bugger with a Scald. Make a Future Sight for later.

Three.

Connor 04-01-2014 10:04 AM

Gabby is recalled, swiftly replaced by a small Joltik named Biribiri. The Joltik wastes no time in enacting her orders, a shrill noise echoing around the Forest. Lento hisses loudly in pain as the Bug Buzz strikes, quickly retaliating by lancing a scorching Flamethrower towards Biribiri. The Joltik is consumed by the surging fires, but quickly perseveres, generating huge amounts of Electric- type energy before lancing a Discharge forwards. Lento, just barely hanging on, spews forth a Scalding stream of water, happy with his efforts, before expending Psychic- type energy to look into the Future, his enhanced Sight setting in motion a summoned attack.

Lento is hanging on by a thread, well into critical. He's exhausted too. Biribiri is just above the halfway mark already, looking fresh.

Celebii151 04-01-2014 10:08 AM

Surf followed by Whirlpool (non-water version). Good job, Lento.

KamenAeons 04-01-2014 04:53 PM

Welp. Protect, Leech Life. I'm not even sure how a Non-water Whirlpool works, but throw in another Leech Life if it's not down.

Three.

Connor 04-02-2014 04:45 AM

Lento pants heavily, slowly regaining his breath. For whatever reason, Biribiri holds back, reluctant to strike her foe just yet. As Lento finally brings his breathing back to a normal rate, the Slowpoke concentrates, willing a huge wall of Water- type energy into existence before him. With a lazy swish, he sends the wave churning forwards, but Biribiri is prepared. Raising her forelimbs, the Joltik forces a green shield into existence, parting the wave neatly and causing it to crash down harmlessly around her. Darting forward with subliminal speed, the Joltik sinks her fangs into the foe before her, and as she begins to sap away sections of her foes health, Lento's eyes drift to the back of his head. The Slowpoke collapses, his body going limp.

Lento is unable to battle! Celebii, your final Pokemon please.

Biribiri had a fairly conservative round, remaining good for two. Went untouched, notably.

Celebii151 04-02-2014 06:22 AM

Good job, Lento. Return.

Mars, you're up this time. Begin with a Double Team, followed by a Psychic. Should he approach you a la Pursuit, feel free to replace Psychic with Will-O-Wisp.

EDIT: Guys, we should RF the last few rounds of this.

KamenAeons 04-02-2014 06:36 AM

Bug Buzz, spread out enough to hit all the clones, then Confide.

Connor 04-02-2014 06:42 AM

Lento is recalled, swiftly replaced by a Ralts named Mars. Wasting no time, the Ralts flits between multiple spots, creating three clones of himself. Biribiri is nonplussed, creating yet another screeching buzz and causing the sound waves to become spread out, striking each of the clones and causing Mars to cry out in pain. Determined to not be outdone, Mars spews forth a Psychic wave, which forces Biribiri back somewhat, the Joltik clearly angered by the sudden strike. Whispering gently, she causes Mars to fly into an uncontrollable rage, damaging his focus and causing his special attack to drop somewhat.

Mars is near the end of his first third already, looking fresh. Biribiri is below the midpoint, nearing her final third, and remains good for two for now.

KamenAeons 04-02-2014 06:48 AM

Time to stall out. I mean shoot the moon!

Bug Buzz - Focused! Leech Life if it gets close, Infestation if it doesn't.

Celebii151 04-02-2014 06:51 AM

Will-O-Wisp, then another Will-O-Wisp to burn through the Infestation and hit.

Connor 04-02-2014 07:01 AM

Biribiri once again sends a Bug Buzz towards Mars, the red sound waves crashing over the Ralts' body and soliciting a sharp cry of pain. Angered, Mars summons his rage in the form of a small, but frighteningly intense flame, hurling the churning orb towards Biribiri. The Joltik screeches loudly, before spewing form small orbs of Bug- type energy, which surround Mars and begin to pester the Ralts' skin. Shrugging the intense irritation off, Mars chucks yet another Will-o-Wisp at Biribiri, the Joltik this time succumbing as the burning attack does away with her health.

Biribiri is unable to battle! Celebii151 is the victor!

Celebii151 gains 2 KO's and 4 TP.
KamenAeons gains 2 TP.
Connor gains 4 SP.
