1. Yes, I'm sorry for the long absence from it. My reply has been sitting in the "to-edit pile" for far too long, but I do hope to get it posted soon.
2. Not all of them, but I would willing to part with around half of my stock of both of those.

I do ask for a bit of patience on both. I had a death in the family today, so (depending on whether I can take time off of work) I might be mostly unavailable until next week while traveling and attending the funeral.
