Oh, yeah, also the Rocks are brought out of the ground, and this is the ROCK Arena, so the Rocks could be brought from ANYWHERE, including the ground under Rascal's feet. I didn't order without thinking it through, and I thought this kind of thing would only happen on Arenas such as Lawn.

Oh wait I forgot, we're on Rock Arena, it won't take nearly as much time to summon Stealth Rock. My apologies, I'll edit the reffing.

Well, just saying, Explosion's charge time is relative to the amount of energy that the user has left, and Stealth Rock seems to strike quickly when Pokemon are switching in, usually before they can even make a move, buying the opponent a few moments of time.
