Lamest. Appeal. Round. Ever. All the fun from the RSE Contests came from the second round (the one with the moves), and even then it can be really frustrating at times. (See: not getting to do anything at all during a bad Smart Contest run)

kawaiiconcept was the one, though... she's currently taking a break, so the potential lopunny will most likely still be a buneary by the time the event rolls around.

Hopefully the leftover candle won't suck out your soul over this!

There are quite a few mysteries we'd like to see solved at this point. Torn notes, azure herring doorways (everything else is a red herring, okay?), what the heck Mammon is up to, why a real world demon is in a Pokemon text-based RPG in the first place... Little things, little things!

I barely even remember how the Contests in RSE worked at this point lol. I always preferred the animé's interpretation.

Oh? Who would that be? XP (As for me I need to now decide between my two Liltwick which one I want to dress up... And what to dress him/her as. ^^; )

Meanwhile Detective Gumpy has yet to even leave the restroom lol. I want to know what the torn note says too...

Ah. I'd personally recommend them, then, if only for the toe-dipping test. It could be a bit of an awkward transition for you, though, since a good few of the moves function differently in the Appeal Round than they did in RSE- there's no startling and nervousness going on, for example!

Hmm... I can't do it myself, but I might just be able to convince a person...

I wouldn't call that 'business', per see... but it's been almost a month since the last update in general, I believe, and more than that since my own. I wanna find out what's behind "heartless" door #1!

I played up to Black & White, but I never bothered with Contests beyond their introduction in RSE.

Mmhm, although having a choice of props was kind of a fun challenge in and of itself. I just wish the judging standards didn't turn out to be so strict in that regard. >.> Now that you mention it though I kinda want to see a Nurse Lopunny now. XD *shot*

Hopefully continuing the Casino event? *cough* XP

Really? I take it that means you never played a Sinnoh game, then?

We aren't limited to a select supply of props, so that alone gives an awful lot more freedom to work with. Though I don't suppose entering a lopunny in a nurse's outfit's gonna fly so well, regardless of how ghoulish the outfit and makeup may be...

That... would absolutely terrible, yeah. But if things go well, then I have to wonder what the next order of business will be.

I never played the dress-up/dance parts, I'm only familiar with the original RSE Contests. But making it a Halloween costume contest feels fitting. (Hopefully that'll allow more freedom than the CG event's Beauty Pageant anyway. *cough*)

Indeed; if there's one thing we don't want it's to cause a breakdown of communication off the bat.

I've seen quite a few people make that allusion as well. Not that I cared all that much about the dress-up portion of Sinnoh's contests- I looked forward to the dance segment a bit more! That said, I do still like the dress-up bit a lot more than "look at my pokemon for maybe a full second and judge from there", so I really can't complain~!

And hoo, boy, do we have proof that open communication's important now!

Indeed, it'll be interesting to see what everyone comes up with. Plus it does feel like a nice substitute for Contests right now.

I should think it'd be a good idea to let the community see the answers as well. After all, it's good to keep open communication.

Yeah, it's been opened up so that even the event organizers can participate (Emi's blessing to TKF and Naruxami, by the way). Which of course means that we should be seeing quite a bit of variety by the time the end of the event comes around~!

Well, the questionnaires themselves seem to have been sent by PM, so whether or not we'll see the responses is still up and the air. Not that it's an excuse to toss out already-popped popcorn, of course!

Hm now that I take a closer look I guess anyone can participate? I may think about doing something then, but we'll see... (And thanks.)

Ahh I think I see what you're getting at now. Will be interesting to see the responses. *grabs popcorn*
