Undulate prevents damage and effects "done to Mantine". Since Undulate's effect isn't doing something to the other Mantine, it can't be prevented by the opposing Undulate.

Would you believe I completely forgot that Swablu can't learn Acrobatics normally? I thought it was a universal flying move for some reason. But thanks for letting me know, I'll bear that in mind for when I get round to it.

Just so you're aware, I edited your most recent update to include an attack of JJ's I overlooked. It didn't change the fact that Karrablast is being held by a Beedrill with roughly 75% health, though dat Swablu... *shakes fist* Also, be warned that since Acrobatics is an attack not normally learned by Swablu, Cloudy uses double the normal energy that a Pokemon that would normally know it would use.
