I don't like the idea that it's automatic and unending; if it were a Monferno or something, that'd be something different, but Mankey doesn't have enough Fire energy to do that. If you want to make it be something you activate on one move, that's fine, but something that's always on is both a pain for the ref and just sorta implausible.
