There are Special-based Water attacks still (it's only really Water Pulse and HP Water but still) and they should be more effective

My match with D_M's only gone 3 rounds, but I still have a KO from it. He's vanished and hasn't sent out a replacement 'mon. If I call a DQ, do I get points, or no?
