Yep, you can use them in all four of your battles at once if you want to. Only limit is if one of them gets injured in a Realistic match and has to spend a certain amount of battles in the Pokémon Centre. Under normal circumstances you're fine.

I have another Question about Pokemon usable, are Battle-Occupied Pokemon (Pokemon in the middle of a battle) allowed in other battles? (sorry about posting this question on 2 people at once) Just asking.

Hi Lyris. Just throught I'd let you know that UPN's PASBL is the same as SPPf's, so you don't have to submit your sqaud/sigs on both, just on one of the other.
