Hey I thinkkk I'm going to do the Gym Defense. I'm changing around my rules a little bit though so yeah. I'll let you know for sure, I'm hoping to have Muyo approve my new badge before we start off.

A fair bit of physical slowness, think Icy Wind, though slight patches of ice will make it a bit more like light paralysis. Shouldn't affect energy attacks though.
