Hello. So tyoyo completely goofed and thought he had already made his move. He finally posted after I checked up on him earlier today. Do you still want to go on with the match? I think it's fair that I ask, though I'm partially to blame I feel since I didn't check up on him before the DQ time.

Hello kaisap. Tyoyo says something unexpected came up which has prevented him from making his first move in the duel. I figure we can forego the DQ time because of it, waiting until he is able to act.

It only works when a basic pokemon does damage, Weepinbell is a stage 1 pokemon.

Talon87 vs kaisap112: Shouldn't Erika's Dratini's Strange Barrier activate and lower Weepinbell's attack damage to 10HP?! Because Dratini has no status effect on it and Strange Barrier sure was used when it was Talon's Dratini.
