Smeargle Sketch Help

I'm trying to get a Smeargle with certain specific moves, but I can't find Pokemon with those moves in the wild and I'm uncertain of how I could get Smeargle to Sketch them.

The only way I've been able to think up is to have a Pokemon with the intended move, delete all the others, then run into a wild Ditto, have it transform into the Pokemon with the move, then switch to Smeargle and have it Sketch it there and then.

Does anyone know of an easier way?

Double team battles

Ditto + 2nd Pokemon with move you want
Ditto transforms into 2nd Pokemon
Withdraw 2nd Pokemon + Send out smeargle
Have Ditto use the move
Sketch
???
Profit

Well, if Double Team is involved, I guess Ditto can be excluded. I wasn't sure how Sketch worked in Double Team which is why I came up with the Ditto trick. Does it copy the last move used in the battle or does it target someone?

I dunno >.> Try it out, I'm pretty sure it would let you pick a target. It seems like that would work though so give it a shot.

You pick a target. Gabby and Ty frequently encountered an over sexed Smeargle that would Sketch something off its partner then switch out so something could pwn them on my Sapphire.
